Taco Bell not being open

On several occasions I have come through your Taco Bell and have been told that they will not even for 10 minutes including today arriving at 7:45 and being told one day not open until that ate mark and when people have to go to work and Taco Bell is the most convenient efficient place to go it makes it an inconvenience to get off an exit on your way to work to find that they're not open and that you will be eating breakfast and true I could eat breakfast at home and as the way it looks maybe I should I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience coming through the drive-thru and being told that you are not open my email is SK line 890 @ Gmail my phone number [protected] my name is Shelly

Taco Bell timeliness, cleanliness, and order

This is at I the fifth time I have been to the Park Avenue West (Mansfield, OH) drive through where it has taken at least 20 minutes each time before receiving my food. While I waited the man in front in front of me left with the women at the window yelling to him to him that he had to wait. He yelled back that didn't and that were to slow. Shortly after that a car behind me left as well. After 20 minutes and receiving my food my order was wrong causing me to have to go in and get the order corrected. Although it was only one item needing replaced the manager throw my entire order in the trash and made everything new. While waiting I noticed the floor where the meals are prepared was absolutely a nasty mess. The Man behind me commented on it and said he will probably never return to this Taco Bell. Needless to say it is on my way but I will from now be driving out of my way for a different Taco Bell or refraining from buying it any more.

Taco Bell bad service/incorrect order

The taco bell on michigan ave in ypsilanti michigan is the absolute worse place to go. It's on my way home from work and find myself stopping by once a week for dinner hoping after calling the corporate office a few times that some change would take place. Typically we have wait times of 20-30 mins in the drive thru and 2 of 3 times the order isn't right and you have to go inside. After sitting in the drive thru last night for 15 minutes with 3 other cars and not moving one spot we decided to go inside. One customer ahead of us had waited about 8 minutes and got all of his food except 2 orders of nachos and cheese. He asked the cashier about it since you can see them sitting in the warmer. The cashier yelled to the back (Where there were 3 people in street clothes, untucked shirts, texting) and not one got it. Another 3 mins went by and he finally got them and asked to speak to a manager. The response from the person wearing an untucked nike shirt said i'm one of the two working which do you want to talk to. He elected to speak to the female manager and her response was you got your food so leave. Next, after a 15 minute wait after ordering, I check my box and two items were wrong to which she said I can remake it when I get time or you can deal with it. This location needs a serious revamp in management staff/structure as well as training all the way up the staff.

Taco Bell taco bell

My family and I were held hostage in your drive through lane for 37 minutes at taco bell, 1601 fm 544, wylie, tx 75098 on 10/04/17 at 9pm. I don't know what was going on inside the store but we were stuck behind one car for 37 minutes waiting and could not get out of the drive through line the way it is designed. We ask the car to move out to a parking space so we could leave but the store would not allow. Seriously take a look at who was working that night and why service was so incredibly bad. You also need to look into a method like mcdonalds has to allow people to keep moving through the drive through and not be held hostage with no way out. We immediately left once the car moved and went next door to wendys who had our food ready to go in 7 minutes. The worst experience ever at a taco bell.

Taco Bell quality of food

Hello,

I generally don't complain about experiences with fast food establishments. I have no illusions that Taco Bell is supposed to taste like authentic, homemade Mexican. However, the experience I just had at the East Lansing, Michigan location off of trowbridge was the worst I’ve ever had. It wasn't just one item, it was every item. The food was cold, tasted rancid, and was prepared incorrectly. The amount of chicken normally included with chicken quesadillas is laughable, but I understand that costs are important to monitor, so I order mine with extra chicken. Obviously, there’s an additional charge for this, but I’m willing to pay when I get my money worth. The picture below will show the 4 tiny pieces that apparently qualify for “extra” at Taco Bell. I will never return to that location, but I don't want to give up on Taco Bell as a whole. The purpose of my message is to notify someone that quality assurance is a massive issue at this location, and I spent $20 on food my wife and I couldn't even eat. I would appreciate if something could be done to rectify the situation. Please advise if a resolution can be reached. Thank you for your time.

Taco Bell cashier was very rude to me

I am here at the Taco Bell in Los Angeles, CA. I was just serviced by a very rude cashier. I've been coming to this location since I was a kid. Never have I been treated differently for being white. I came inside and greeted her with a hello, and got a rude, "Can I help you?" So I then chose what I wanted and she kept saying, "Is that all?" As if it was the most annoying thing she ever had to do in her life. It is currently 2:02 PM Pacific time. And the cashier is an older woman who wears glasses and a lot of makeup. She is always rude to me whenever I come here. I have lived in Watts my whole life and never have I had someone be so racist towards me. She just gave me my receipt and said, "Here you go." But whenever a black customer entered, she greeted them and made them feel at home. She is maybe Hispanic or white by the way. I say this because she is light skinned and can barely speak Spanish, if she even can that is. And she always ended their transaction with, "Have a good day sweetie." When there was no one making orders she would walk around to make sure the place was clean, but giving me a dirty look every chance she had. I want something done about this lady. Is this what Taco Bell service is about? Like none of this makes sense. Am I expected to just not come to this location, just so I can avoid her? I have never had a problem at a Taco Bell before. Taco Bell wait

I have been supporting Taco Bell all my life from the 59, 79, 99 days and have always enjoyed their menu and food. Today, I came in and there was only 1 cashier, 1 food preparers and the service took longer than usual. Also, there was 2 business like professionals behind the counter and were taking notes or assignments. Several Customers came in the door and looked and walked out since it was so backed up. Also, there was people in the drive thru. Thanks

Taco Bell unsanitary cashier

On 9/27/17 at approximately 6:30PM I went to the 1050 Glenforest Rd. Myrtle Beach 20579 Taco Bell. The cashier came to the register with a bloody tissue in her hand. She told me "I picked my scab and it's bleeding". The said scab was on her face. I told her that is not good while handling food. I also informed her that if she touched my food I would not be having it. It was quite obvious that the cashier was under the influence of something. When leaving the Taco Bell I met the on duty manager outside. I informed her of what just took place. She told me "she would handle it". I'm so disgusted by what has taken place. This is a location that I frequent often. This matter needs to be rectified. My next step will be the Dept. of Health.

Taco Bell our order# 203731 10/2/17 at 6:36:59 pm

We are in Jensen Beach for a nice 4-day get-a-way. We have gone out to eat both nights and decided to grab some tacos and a burrito as well as Pinto & Cheese. So I looked up the nearest Taco Bell near us and the Taco Bell on NW Federal Highway came up. I read the reviews and they were mixed. We decided to give it a try because we have had some taco bells that are delicious and some that are terrible. I have to admit, this Taco Bell was the worst one we have EVER gone too! I took a photo of my taco supreme (It would not upload saying that the photo was too large). Hardly any meat, no tomato, no sour cream and LOTS of lettuce. The burrito was pretty much the same. I want my money back. This is totally unacceptable for any Taco Bell and you should be ashamed to be serving this garbage to the public. Please refund my money. This one was so bad I just had to complain.

Taco Bell taco bell orders purposefully wrong

2 out of last 3 orders items have not been included. Over the past year it appears about 1 in 4 times Taco Bell does not include an item. This has been too common not to be considered done on purpose. Taco Bell realizes most people won't go back to fix a drive through order as I haven't in the past. But I feel that people who work hard for their money shouldn't be ripped off. Last time was today I'll eat there. Store # 029470 and order 341586. Simple order of a chicken quesadilla, burrito supreme, and Grilled stuffed burrito AGAIN was given to me without one of the items. It is not good business to always short change people of $4 on an order. You are dishonest people.

I was so disappointed with my drive through order yesterday. I did not receive a lot of the food that I ordered, and received some that I did not order.
My order consisted of: 3 sft. Taco supremes, 1 shredded chk xxl, 1mexican pizza no beef, 2 crunchy taco, 1 pinto & cheese, 1 chzy gord crunch, & hot sauce.
Order I was given: 4 crunchy tacos, a chzy gord crunch, (Missing the crunch part), 1 mexican pizza with beef, a crunch wrap?, no sauce, and the xxl burrito was so over sauced (I guess) that by the time my husband went to eat it he had to just peel away the melted soggy tortilla and attempt to eat it with a fork, but decided it was just a pile of mush and found it too unappetizing to eat. I tried to check the bag before I left the store, but the particular store I go to and usually love only has a very small drive unto a very busy street. I didn't check order until I arrived home. I hope this is not a sign to come from my local taco bell, i"m usually very satisfied with my orders although I have not eaten there in a while. I would really like some sort of credit for this order. I would be hesitant to return without one.

Taco Bell freeze machine out of order for months now

We eat at TB/KFC often, but recently there has been an issue that causes my wife and I displeasure when we go there. One of the reasons that we go there is for the freezes they sale (or used to at our local store). It has been at lease 3 months now that their freeze machine has been out of order. Recently we did not return for about a month because we were so disappointed with the delay in getting the machine repaired, but we returned this evening thinking that it would surely be repaired by now. But NO it has still not been repaired. What kind of business would wait 90 days or more before demanding that an important part of their equipment would be repaired? I am very disappointed that this delay is still continuing as this is one of our favorite drinks and do not understand how this could take so long.

Taco Bell store manager

I went through the drive thru after their lobby closed and made two orders from one vehicle. I had two completely different amounts of food in two exact items. Neither were made right. 2nd order was missing two items. I went home then drove back to ask for items but the drive-thru was beyond full and cars were outside the parking lot waiting. I tried to go inside but the lobby was closed after 10pm. I decided to go back home and call to get a credit for my next time visiting this location, but after several attempts with no answer, I decided to wait until the next day. Today is the next day so I called right after leaving church ( I was closer to the TB than I was to my home) and spoke with a person named Teena that sounded very young. I very kindly explained my situation and she explained that I needed to bring in my receipt to get my food. I said okay but is there anyway that I can call you with the receipt information and you put my name on a list to get my items on a later day as long as I bring the receipt with me then. I also explained that I live a good distance from the location and wasn't sure if I could return today or not because I have to pick my daughter up from work and take her back to college out of town, so can I bring my receipt tomorrow? Up until this question everything was going smoothly, but Teena raised her voice and in a very aggressive tone said "where you live from the store ain't my problem and if you want your food, you bring me the receipt or you are not getting anything" I said can I please get your name and she replied Teena. I informed her that the items were under $2 and I would rather just forget the items than be hollered at like a child and I never lost my temper or raised my voice. She also hung up in my face while laughing and talking to someone in the background about her being tired of scandalous customers that are always trying to get free food. I'm not scandalous and all I wanted was the items that I paid for. The value is not enough to upset me and cause me to complain, but the way I was treated and spoken to by an employee of Taco Bell is something that I will not tolerate without speaking up. I'm so upset that I pulled over to write my complaint. I will complete the complaint when I get home to hopefully find a receipt in the bag. I keep all receipts because I am a business owner that's in the habit of keeping my receipts for income taxes. Unfortunately, made it home and there's no receipt in the bag, however I used my debit card to make the purchase on the order with the missing items. The other order was paid by cash and it was just missing the main ingredient (potatoes) on the potatoe grillers. My daughter is allergic to meats and all animal byproducts so I asked them to hold the bacon bits. They held the potatoes. I ended up going home and cooking instead.

Taco Bell out of food and not open this morning...

I visited the Dawson Road location last night round 11:30 ish and they did not have any TACOS the hard shell...the cashier said they have the soft shell and the DLT taco in cool ranch and fiery...Idid not want that, other other morning there was no steak for my #7, I told the cashier WOW this store haven't been having the food i want when i come there. So I asked where was the nearest Taco Bell and I left. This mrg we went before srvice and they were not open at 815 and the sign says 7am breakfast! What is going on with this store! Im not returning!

9/30/2017 auburn indiana, at 7:30pm, the store here in auburn was so dirty, food cups, papers, dirty floors, tables dirty, and rude employee, if I would have noticed this before my order I would have left the wait for a cashier was so slow I seen 2 different party leave, I will not be going back for awhile, then I will check the conditions when I do, thank you I would have interred the 500$ contest but no receipt,

Taco Bell beef and bacon added.

i am really big fan of the taco bell, i ate taco bell twice and thrice in a week. that's 7th time done with me, that's why i'm writing a review. i can not eat beef and bacon be cause it's against my religion. i order Mexican pizza, chalupa and quesadillas, and i told them three times that, no meat, no chicken, no meat, no chicken, no meat, no chicken, still they added beef on my whole meal. this was 7th time happen. and also food was totally cold. i hate that. i think somebody made order and he/she didn't came and pick it up, so they give it me. what should i do. they're not giving me free at all. it's night 2:25 AM and i bought this food, now what i'm gonna do. i'm so hungry now. one more day i had to sleep without food. what i'm gonna do now.

Taco Bell ran out of food

At 10:20 pm my fiance and I went to the drive thru and we noticed there was a long line with nobody moving. After about 20 minutes of waiting we finally got to the speaker to order there was no response so we went to the window and the worker told us they ran out of food and he also said he went out to tell people. This was a lie we were not Informed until we asked. There was still people waiting in line. Because of this mess my fiance was late to work.

Taco Bell food, service

When I went through the drive through of this Taco Bell, they got the entire order wrong, I was missing multiple items. I waited 25 minutes at the drive through for them to bring my food. Then when I brought it inside to fix my order, they took another 30 minutes. Finally I told them I need my money back or the entire order remade because at this point all of the food was freezing, as it was never hot to begin with. I was told to come behind the counter and do the order myself, which is unsanitary considering the fact that I have no hair net, open toed shoes, ect. The manager then went on to tell me that it’s my fault that the order was wrong, and that I should have came in to order and not went through the drive through. When they finally made the order again a hour later, it was still wrong. While I was waiting for my order a drug deal was done from a customer to someone behind the counter, they received free food for pills wrapped in a napkin. This being said, I will never spend another penny at Taco Bell, this experience was truly terrible. Rude staff, food was gross, unprofessional, and all around not worth another dime.

Taco Bell loaded potato grillers

The taco Bell in Redmond Oregon on hwy 97. We just moved from Portland Oregon and have never had a complaint or issue on the amount of food in the burritos. Twice now we have tried this taco Bell in Redmond and both times very unhappy. If the grillers we're still a dollar then no problem. But for a dollar fifty over here is a complete rip off. Please contact them and let them no they are being to stingy on the amount of items in the burritos. That you and sorry to be complaining.

Taco Bell closing early

Good morning,
I am contacting you about the Taco Bell in bridgeton Missouri. I work nights and that is the only place to get something to eat near us that is open late. Several times I have come to the store well before your 2am closing time and every time it is closed. This morning I was there at 136 and again they were closed. I’m not normally the type to complain but it is very aggravating when a store claims to be open to a certain time and then is not open especially when there is nothing else in the area.
