Taco Bell review: service is terrible

My daughter and I arrived for lunch and all but one employee was in the dining room on a computer dancing and acting a fool. One employee had his hair looking like Mickey Mouse. My daughter and I stood at the counter for about 5 min before any of them acknowledge us. Then from where they were sitting in the lobby they hollered "what you want". After I told them what we wanted, she the hollered into the kitchen and said "did you hear that back there". The only guy in the kitchen proceeded with our order. The guy with the Mickey Mouse hair (with no hair net) was jumping around and came to the counter to take my card so it could be processed. By this time our food was ready and he handed it to us. We sat in the lobby and ate and they were so loud, we discussed just walking out. Three couples walked out after waiting for someone to take their order while we were sitting there because of lack of service. One elderly lady came in and I've never seen such disrespect in all my years. Mickey mouse guy was as unprofessional as I've ever seen to an elderly woman. If it had been my mother or grandmother, I would've knocked him on his [censored]. At this point my daughter asked could we leave so we did. Left our food and went elsewhere to eat. Maybe some training or District manager needs to visit the store more often to get issues resolved. I've worked in the fast food industry in the early part of my years as a manager. Blatant disrespect to a company as well as customer service. Good luck in getting this resolved. Social media would have a field day with this!
