Taco Bell

Ordered family pack and I believe the total was about $14.00. When we started to eat them, we found that we had only taco shells with a smear of onion/gravy and really nothing else. I paid $14.00 for empty taco shells. Very disappointing.

We had gotten them before and there was more of a mixture. I will never stop again at The Taco Bell on Union Avenue in Memphis, TN.

In the past, I have gotten food from the store on Estate which was actually food...instead of a bag of taco shells.

Please investigate the store on Union.

I was so disgusted with the food, tired and hungry that I don't have the receipt. I don't have the money to spend on "nothing".

Visited for a "quick" meal before going to the races. Waited about 10 mins to order finally ordered them waited 20 mins for food only to be given wrong order ordered loaded nacho taco box got grande nacho box not happy as had to eat it anyway as we were already half an hour into our visit. Wasn't given option to get right order anyway. #disgusted. With Taco Bell won't visit again unless something changes for the better manager rude to staff who were clearly trying there best looked short staffed.

I was on my way home from the Hospital with my son whom just had a major surgery. He wanted Taco Bell. We stopped at the Taco Bell Berea Ky 119 Brentwood, Berea, Ky

My son ordered the Nacho Taco box with drink and I ordered the Nacho Bell Grande. I told the man make it however you make it minus the guacamole. We decided to eat when we got home which was an additional 25 minutes away. When I opened my Nacho Bell grande to my surprise it was loaded with Guacamole. You know when you order food the way you like it or want it you get to expect it the way you ordered it. Then to top it off the receipt says add Guacamole and I was charged extra for something I stated to omit!

Every time we order tacos there is so little beef in them its hard to call them a taco, it's basically a salad. We have only one taco bell in out area so I'm not sure if its the same everywhere but it is always this way in our Canon City Colorado Taco Bell . The Taco Bell prices are so reasonable especially for our large family it would be so wonderful to get their taco family packs but we don't go very often because its sad to get tacos wirh so little meat in them. Send someone to check and find out for yourself

May 26, 2019 After watching a TV commercial for the $5 Nacho box we went down to our local Taco Bell at 360 Broad St Fairborn OH to buy some. We were told that they didn't have the supplies to make these? How can that be? So after that disappointment we proceeded to order 3 other $5 box deals and 2 bean burritos with extra beans. When we got home and opened our food...wow what a rip...all burrito shell and taco shells with hardly any filling...also the bean burritos hardly had any beans and we paid for extra beans; needless to say we were all very turned off with our food...20 bucks of dough and stale taco shells and not getting what we went there for in the first place..a $5 Nacho box.

Omg! I've been enjoying meximelts for 20 years! Just drove thru to find out they're gone. Noooooo! They are simple, and delicious. WTF?! FU ! Bring back immediately or it's red burrito, local Mexican, or [censored]in McDonald's. Hell, I'll eat little Caesar's. Bojangles is great too! You must have typical corporate [censored]s deciding menu items. Rich corporate [censored]s don't eat taco bell. Dumb [censored]s!

Please tell me how you run a promo that no one can buy?Ive been to three different Taco Bell's here in Gulfport Ms for the $5 promo about 4 different times and keep getting we out of chips or it's unavailable at this time but the commercials are still airing and they have taken it off the menu board all together ..so I see this as false advertisement and I need to be refunded for my gas I live 13 miles from Taco Bell and 4 trips that gas so please get it together or I can eat somewhere else.. AND I WILL BE CONTACTING UPPER MANAGEMENT .

We went thru the drive thru at 1221 Oakland Blvd in ft worth texas. We ordered 2 of the Grande double beef nacho boxes. They were not eatable. They had no beef on them just beans, little cheese, guacamole and pico. And it was only on top of the stale chips. Nothing under the chips. The guacamole tasted soured and was brown. I am very disappointed in taco bell. We could not even take them back because we do not have a vehicle a friend took us to pick it up.

Hello, the day 5/18/2019 my husband and i we went to the drive thru i Elkton MD Taco Bell 002298, 110 E Poulasky HWy, we spend 20.30 $ of food .When we got home, of course we was ungry and happy to eat what we choose, BUT when we open the food, we was very dissapointed .The 2 Grande Nacho BF BOX, the nachos was taste very old mix with a couple of fresh one, it was suppose to have meat, cheese, and a lots more stuff like you see in Tv, well is not at all, have almost nothing, later i order a Chalupa Beef Sup, more dissapointed, few lettuge little tomato, little beef almost nothing, my husband got 2 nacho cheese DLT, what can i say, to taco whit almost nothing and the taco OLD .Im very dissapointed, in Tv they show you one thing, later you go at the store buy, go home and have this surprise .Need to have more good manegers, and good workers, people like me, we pay for the food, we work hard for the money, but is not good you sell old food and just a little .This is happen to us, but i wonder how many people have this surprise when they got home .I love Taco Bell, But please make it better if not you will loose customer .Thank you THis is my email if you will respond to me .[protected]@outlook.com Thank you

I followed all rules and protocole and I am a manager please call me at [protected]. I was at work and a employee caled me a pedifile so I called him a girl which the employee is gay and dresses like a girl. And so the employee threaten meand went back to work. I later was ask to have a private conversation with the mom she yelled at me and threaten me mutiple times so I said k and went back inside. I love ataco Bell, but LATELY, I don't know WHAT is going on in Phoenix, that they can't make a simple tostada. It used to come with a good portion of tomato, cheese, and lettuce. I went to two places, and I'll give you a photo of what I got. I had to ask for extra lettuce, which should have been the regular portion. Maybe your franchisees are on the cheap side. From now on, I'll make my own.

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOU! Why did you take away the empanadas?!?!?! Please bring them back! You already barely have any dessert and now you take away the best one you have on the menu! This is ANARCHY! Please reconsider your terrible decision and bring it back! It's ok we all make mistakes.

I ordered a taco supreme & burrito supreme meal 2 hours ago.
This is the first time I've ordered from this location for I just moved to this area.
I asked to have extra cheese & extra sour cream on the burrito. I paid $.60 extra, not including tax.
When I got home and started eating,
I noticed there was barely any cheese & one bite of sour cream on the very last bite of the burrito.
I've eaten at different locations, ordered the same (the extra cheese & sour cream) and I've always got what I asked for.
I'm not too happy paying for something I did not get

Went to Taco Bell can night and got a chalupa Box and it was the worst experience of think I've ever had in any situation of going out to eat it was absolutely horrible the chalupa was cold and like rubber same with a crunchy taco in that 5 layer burrito was nothing but a big pile of beans it was disgusting the whole thing couldn't eat any of it I'm seriously considering never going to Taco Bell ever again over this deal absolutely horrible biggest waste of money I've ever spent

Drove up to the drive through window, woman dressed in regular clothing, placed her arm out the facility window to take my debit card, there was a gap of 6-12 inches between her hand and mine, she did not attempt to reach further for my card, so i reached as far as i could to hand her my payment, then when she returned my card to me, once again she just extended her arm out the window not attempting to hand me the card, i then said to her "aren't you going to reach?" she said "reach out of the window?" i responded "yes whatever it takes" she said "no" and shut the window in my face, then when handing me the purchase she again just comfortably extended her arm outside the window without reaching the food to me, i had to over reach again to reach my purchase from her hand.
I called the store to submit a complaint and it turned out that she was the manager. This is very poor customer service! and a manager with a poor servants attitude. She has no business being in customer service
