Taco Bell dropping a favorite product

I want my Beef Enchirito back !... Found out this week ( 4/25/19) that it had been dropped from the menu AGAIN. Right! This is the second time in recent years it has vanished from your vast menu which includes a zillion repetitious versions of tacos and burritos - only to be brought back again. How many times is this going to happen before you guys wise up and leave the enchirito alone ?

PS: Another customer hearing my reaction to the bad news chimed in that the enchirito was a favorite of his too. The cashier seemed genuinely embarrassed like he had heard from a number of other disappointed enchirito lovers.

Bring back the enchirito once again - and for good! If you were smart you'd even feature the enchrito which separates TB from every other taco and burrito serving joint in the Universe.

Taco Bell taco bell location - 1859 w county road 419 oviedo, fl 32765

To Whom It May Concern,

I am a frequent patron of the Taco Bell located at 1859 W County Road 419, Oviedo, FL 32766. I went to the store today April 26, 2019 around 6:30 P.M to bring food home for my family. I ordered 2 mexican pizzas and a Grande Meal with 5 hard and 5 soft tacos. I proceeded to the drive through window and paid for my order. The gentelman at the window provided me with my bag not even asking me if I needed anything extra. I asked if fire packets were included in the bag. He responded "yes, everything is in the bag", I looked and saw the sauce and proceeded home (approximatly 20 min away). When I arrived home, I noticed only the soft tacos were in the bag. I called the store and the gentleman, (Jason), advised I could come back to the store to get the tacos. I informed him that I lived approximatly 20 min away and it was in the middle of rush hour. He advised he would compensate me for my wasted time & gas used to return to the store by providing me with a free taco or two. I dorve the entire way back to the store and wated another 10 min to get back through the drive through line. When I reached the window the employee advised he would get the tacos. I informed him of what the gentalman, Jason, stated on the phone. The employee comes back to the window with the bag and stated "we put 6 tacos in the bag for you". I thanked him and I took the bag and left, not thinking I would need to check as they had forgot my order the first time through and this time the order had to be correct. When I returned home, I looked in the bag and what do you know there were only 5 tacos in the bag. I called the store and was extreemly upset with the employee, Jason, and asked to speak with the supervisor. The supervisor declined to provide his name. I requested an answer as to why the employee lied about the order. I was rudly interupted and told there was nothing he could do and I would have to call back in the morning. I do not want to call back in the morning, I just wanted what was promised to me over the phone.

I am extremely upset with the way your employees & Managers handled the situation. This is not the first time the employees have forgotten a large portion of my meal. This has also happened on 4 separate occasions and the fact that the employees lied directly to my face at the window makes me question what other things are done by the employees / managers that the customers are not able to see. Taco Bell may wish to re-evaluate their leadership at this location.

As stated above, I am extremely upset with the whole situation and will not be returning to the Taco Bell at this location due to the below poor customer service which was provided. The only thing I am requesting, is for Taco Bell to refund my money. I have attached a copy of the reciept for your records. If this store was on the television show Undercover Boss, every employee and manager that was working that shift would be fired.

I will not be responding to any more messages. I will be sending my letter to the franchise owner tomorrow via certified mail. I hope the employees and managers who were working that shift all get fired. I understand it must really be awful to work at Taco Bell, but you are in the customer service business and if you do not like your job then go learn a trade or go to college and get a better job. I hope you have a great rest of the night.

I still have the Tacos because I believe the employees spit on my food. I also located the franchise owner and am sending a certified letter to him. I am a civil trial attorney and I have no reason to lie over 20 dollars.

Taco Bell taco salad removed from menu

This happened in Midlothian Texas and Waxahachie Texas.
Please bring back the taco salad and the chicken taco rollups. The taco salad has been around for years and then one day it's just gone. I love to eat at Taco Bell but the menu has gotten slim. So many things that you bring out for a limited time and they should stay on the menu all the time.

Taco Bell enchirito, meximelt

My husband & I went to taco bell to specifically get enchiritos. That is our favorite. We were told you no longer had them or meximelts. What's up with that? It doesn't make any sense beings you have the ingredients not to have the option of either one. I like the meximelt too. Also the bellbeefer that the other person mentioned too. It would a new thing now.

Taco Bell ld nac taco advertised on tv for only $1.00 and at taco bell charged $1.29.

My friend and I went to the Taco Bell in Fallon NV on 04/17/2019 and ordered the above LD Nac Taco and it is advertised for only $1.00 each, on the cravings menu .
and a couple of other things we also ordered Senior Drinks. We were charged $1.29 for each Ld Nac Taco. MY Order no.107, time 10:41;35AM, Cashier Sarah H

MY bill came to $3.85, with tax .

Taco Bell enchiritos, meximelt

I'm not sure who is making the decisions about what food Taco Bell puts on there menu? Whoever it is should be fired and strung up by there fingernails!

WHO TOOK THE ENCHIRITO AND MEXIMELT OFF THE MENU?!

PUT THEM BACK OR I WILL NEVER GO TO TACO BELL AGAIN!

AND IF YOU COULD BRING BACK THE BELLBEEFER, TACO GRANDE, AND BEFFY TOSTADA FROM THE 1980's!

Taco Bell customers service

The other day I went into this restaurant and I had to wait 5 minutes before someone waited on me! to top it off there was no one else in line with me, and the manager Matt (I am pretty sure is his name), and a female employee were talking to each other while looking at me! even worse Matt put his earbuds in his ears and stated listening to music right before i said "excuse me, can you help me?!" instead of acknowledging me he looked at me, turned his head, and put in his earbuds! not one time did he say hello or can i help you?! are these people here on drugs?! I will never be going back to this restaurant ever again! worst customers service!

Taco Bell about the service & food I received

I frequent Taco Bell several times a week. I visited the one at 4141 E 14 Mile Rd in Sterling Heights. I always get the #6 (2 Chalupas & a soft Taco with drink). But after receiving my order to go I got in my car and saw that it was a beef chalupa, I took it back inside and a different lady ( the one that prepared the chalupas) said, with a very mean hateful voice "Now -what's wrong with your food"? I said I wanted a chicken chalupa, she said "well you didn't say that, there will be an up-charge for that" I asked her (Did I do something to offend you? What is with the snotty attitude?) she then said to the cashier to charge me for that mistake. But the cashier didn't. When I returned to my car. I opened the bag only to find the chalupas was lightly wrapped, and when I picked the chalupa the whole thing (both of them) just fell apart in the car and on my clothes, Never have I been so infuriated & upset. When I returned to court, I was a mess. After all these years, never have I been treated this way, the lady was black (I also am black) It was store # 001439 .

I would think that a lawyer would know how to order what he wanted properly. I would think that a lawyer would know how to open up a chalupa and eat it before spilling it on himself. Guess I was wrong.

My son and I was there on 4 21 2019 and the place was ran with a bunch of people that didn't know what to do they have messed up our food twice was rude about it threw our food on the counter broke all our taco s was cussing and the place was dirty water all your floor that's a slippery hazerd people was coming in left in right about how they messing there...

Taco Bell taco bell 017105

I stopped in at this Taco Bell listed above and I love your seasoned fries. They are always to perfection. But this was this one the first time I had gone to this one.
My fries that I ordered were old tasting and were wilted and not cripy like I have gotten at so many other stores.

If they would have really noticed the fries like this, these should have never been served to a customer.

Taco Bell breakfast burrito sausage

So looking forward to taco bell breakfast burrito this morning with mother an this is what we get I realize it's only a dollar honestly look at this mess an where's the food inside the burrito at
And sausage was dried out an very little of it, too much cheese, shell was also hard too like being uncovered anyways this is on south limestone street in springfield oh an it was the manager I know because of his striped shirt

Taco Bell dine in experience 227 e. little creek 00o492

Me and my two sons coming from Williamsburg to Virginia beaches decided to stop and eat in at the store. Took 5 mins to greet us and take our order. The card machine did not work correctly. I went to use the bathroom and the bathroom was so disgusting and toilet did not work or soap! After 22 mins we got our food and ate in the dirty dinning area. They forgot my sons quesarito. When leaving my son realized his cheese quesadilla that he order had chicken on it. Tried to address it to them but no one came to the counter. We just left. Never again would I ever recommend that site to anyone. Well I think the store needs new managers on afternoon and night shift' toilet and bathroom fixed and a new card machine.

Taco Bell drive through order

Well I've never had an order so messed up before that I didn't even get a receipt. I asked for nachos with avocado dip, I got just cheese. I ordered 2 supreme chalupas, I got one with a soft taco. I also ordered cheesy potato griller, I got nothing. These people want to get paid $15ph for a job they can't even do. Not even gave me a receipt ?. So I know I paid more than I received.

Taco Bell rattlesnake fries

I was greatly disappointed. The fries cost me $3 and should have cost $1 since the item is so small. I find that time and time again taco bell advertises in such a way that a consumer really thinks they are gonna get more than what is actually served. In other words, the burritos on tv look huge but it is not the case in reality. I waited with great expectation for a time to go to taco bell and get the rattlesnake fries and was very disappointed with how much i recieved. Had it been $1 i would have not been hurt.
