Taco Bell review: speed and priority

I went to taco bell #028546 on 190th St in Torrance ca. There was a line in the drive through so I decided to go inside. When I got inside there was only 1 customer ahead I was in a hurry so I ordered a burrito supreme with a soft taco. I waited for about 10 minutes and they served the couple ahead of me first I waited about another 4 minutes and they served the couple behind me. I waited another 2 minutes and then asked why my order was taking so long. My order was brought out shortly afterwards and the explanation was that they were very busy, however they managed to serve the customer ahead of me and behind me in a timely manner. and when I finally got my order it was cold. I subsequently missed the appointment I had because the office was closed when I got there. there was a white couple in front of me and a Hispanic couple behind me they were sure to serve them well why not me a black male?
