Taco Bell product

My daughter on two separate occasions received a metallic taste in her mouth after eating there. The last episode (10/10/16) was recent and caused a burning sensation in her mouth and chest. If I was not a medical professional I would have taken her to the emergency room and even considered it but instead I stayed up all night monitoring her condition. The first time she ate nachos and the second time she ate chicken Quesada. I called the store shortly after incident and I was told that maybe something scraped off the grill and advised the manager would call me in the am (but she never did). I did go by the next day and spoke to a supervisor Bobbi and requested a full refund which she did grant me only if I bought the what I called poison food back (I did keep the food). No one seemed concerned or interested in my daughter's well being. Needless to say my family will not be eating there anymore. I wish someone would have taken these incidents more seriously.

Taco Bell food and service

The woman that waited on us at the counter was dirty looking and smelled like cigarettes, her pony tail looked like it was never washed and the clothes she was wearing looked like rags! I thought taco bell could do better than this. Never eating here again as long they employee dirty people

Taco Bell service and unethical behaviour of employees

When did Taco Bell start hiring drug dealers to work in their store? The taco bell in Alma Michigan use to be a great fast food place with great service but has gone downhill with the current employees. Doesn't the manager screen his employees before hiring them to serve the public? My wife and I observed a employee passing what looked to be a small bag of pills to a customer at the food counter, also at a different time when driving thru the drive thru lane the same woman was outside smoking what looked to be an illegal hand rolled cigarette! MY WIFE AND KIDS WERE IN THE CAR WITH ME AND OBSERVED THIS OFFENSIVE CONDUCT! The worker had brown hair in a pony tail and was a large built woman, dressed sloppy, as were most of the employees! I refuse to eat at this place again while she is still an employee and dealing drugs on the side. We have advised all my family and friends what is going on at taco bell and they shall not eat there until this mess is cleaned up by management. We live in the area so were understand the problem with drugs, but it seems the law enforcement officers turn a blind eye to most of the drug deals going on around town. local business need to observe employees better and report them when a law is broken.

Taco Bell customer service

5 LMPD officers denied service at Taco Bell in Louisville Kentucky. We wanted to share our disgust and disappointment in your franchise after hearing this. Do you not screen or interview your employees. They do represent the entire franchise with their actions. This is a large trauma hospital and we truly value all of our police officers. What is this world coming to. I bet these people would be the first ones to scream for the police when they are held up. I can guarantee you that we will never eat at another Taco Bell again and as far as I am concerned the entire police force should follow this. What a disgrace.

I went to the Taco Bell in Byram, MS this afternoon @ 1:37pm, and order two D special for 5-layer Burrito, and one C special Beef Gordito meals to go.
When we got to the house we had two sandwiches that looked like burritos, but one of the was not a 5-layer, and the other was a soft taco.
My wife could not eat the burrito, that was not a 5-layer, and I ate the soft taco. About 3 hours layer on the way back to the house that we are moving
from, we stopped to get this straightened out. The cashier said that she would straighten this out and make the correct sandwiches for us. Then the
manager came out of the kitchen and berated me that she made the order and that she did not make mistakes. She ranted and rave, and I said forget
it, I will not be back. I use to be an Operation Manager for a competitor. My job there was to make the customer happy, not to isolate them. My cell

Taco Bell timeliness and rude behavior

Taco Bell is usually a great company - but it took over 14 minutes for our order - the drive thru was packed so we went in and I can see the catering is to the drive thru - I am assuming this is timed? The drive thru was cleared probably two times over. I understand this to a point but we placed two small orders and it took 14 minutes for us to get our food and everyone else in the restaurant who ordered after us was served. I talked to the manager and she made excuses that made no sense. I was looking for a simple I am sorry - that is all a customer is looking for. I ordered a Chicken flat bread and a Quesarito and my daughter's friend ordered Quesarito and a chicken Quesadilla - she did not have her receipt. The order number was 215819 place on 7/1/2016 and 12:34:44. I don't think any manger was on staff at the time of the mix up - not sure? Both orders were missed.

Taco Bell wrong price

Recently I went to Taco Bell and ordered some food. I had a limited budget that day so I checked the menu and ordered some cheap stuff. When the cashier told the final price it was bigger than I expected. I asked why, because according to their menu I was supposed to pay $10 for everything and the girl told that it was $15! She said nothing and offered me a discount and then it was $10. I'm wondering how many people fell for this scam.

Taco Bell unsanitary conditions

Recently I have visited Taco Bell, I was so hungry and this was the closest place to go to. When I entered the place I was shocked, the place was a mess, floor was dirty and it was cluttered with food and trash! And there was no one around, no visitors and no employees. I went outside and found two persons from Taco Bell that were talking and smoking. I told them that I was a customer and wanted to eat something. One of them told "we'll be back in few minutes" and continued to smoke. What happened with Taco Bell? It was a great place and now it is a complete garbage can!

Taco Bell horrible service!

I ordered some food from Taco Bell and when I arrived home i realized that they gave me a completely wrong order! So I called them and was told that I can come back and they will give me the correct order! Yes, right! Who in their right mind wants to drive to a place, then drive home and then drive there again! These people are unprofessional! They should have given me the correct order from the very beginning because it is their job! Horrible service!

Taco Bell wait time in the drive thru

I love taco bell, could eat there everyday. I am in a small town( Arkadelphia, AR) where we only have 1 Taco Bell, the closest one outside of town is 40 miles. Anyway, I get 1 hour for lunch, drive 10 minutes to Taco Bell. Place my order in the drive thru and wait and wait and wait. It took 20 minutes to get to the window to get my 2 tacos. I have went inside to order a few times and waited at the counter while everyone tried to figure out which one of them was going to wait on us. Like I said I could/would eat there a lot more often if the service was better. And I do under that this is a college town (we have 2) but surely management can train them a little better.

Taco Bell incorrect orders

M so angry! I like sour cream with my taco bell food. I pay a lot of extra money to get extra sour cream on the items I order. For the bazillionth time, when I got home with my food (I live 10 miles away and am not driving back to get it corrected), not only was there no extra sour cream on my items - there was no sour cream at all. (Beef burrito supreme and chili cheese burrito - which I know doesn't have sour cream on it unless you order it - which I did - I paid for double). If this weren't an almost every single time occurrence, I wouldn't be writing. If I didn't make a point to ask the person taking my order to make sure the people in back understood there was to be extra/double sour cream on both items, it would be different. And i've had this happen at other taco bells in the area. Soooooo... As much as I enjoy taco bell (On the few rare times when I get it prepared correctly) I will not be visiting tb again. Not even talking about the extra money I pay - the frustration is just too much. When I visit the taco bell on s r 19 in elkhart in - they always get it right - so if i'm in that area - I will stop there. Angry angry angry. I can't begin to tell you how angry. I realize they may be short handed - most fast food places are - this tb seems to be more so than others - poor management I believe.

Anyway, i'm done. Thanks for listening - is anyone really listening?

Taco Bell hot taco, chicken soft taco, beefy five layer & chili cheese

It's the seasoning. We got our food at the one on Skinker. I noticed the personnel that was there was changed; but so have the way the food is made. The hard taco wasn't very good, the chicken soft taco tasted nothing like the ones I had elsewhere (salty!); the beefy five layer was missing "something" plus the sour cream, and the chili cheese had too much "chili seasoning" in it. I had gone back the second day to try something else hoping it was just from that night; but the balance of seasoning needs to be adjusted. I was used to pieces of chicken in my taco, not prepared like pulled pork! I spent almost $20.00 for the two times I went, and was very unhappy about our meals. I think it will be awhile before I go back to this one again.

Taco Bell coffee machine has been broke down for a month.

It is very sad they have a breakfast menu and the coffee machine has been broke down for a month. We have to take our coffee in from another business to have it with our crunch wraps. This is a multibillion dollar store seems like there could be a bun coffee maker with 2 pots instead of a one cup at a time thing. We go in every day theres about 8 of us that goes in. They tell us they wont fix the machine as they are building a new taco bell at Dewitt, Michigan and all the help is there how sad. Making another store and they cant do justice to the ones they have. Thank You hopefully they can get it fixed soon.

Taco Bell tacos and food

I am very dissatisfied with your service your services are rude and i found a black hair in my tacos and my quesadillas was thrown together as if it was slop i eat here on a weekly basics and i spend at least 20 or more at this restaurant . I use to love it here but now im not to sure if i will be returning

Went in to get family meal. A dude was riding around on a mop bucket, acting like a fool. This was at the taco bell on galvin rd in bellevue nebraska. Taco Bell my order

On December 22, 2015 I used the drive-thru at the Taco Bell on Navarre Avenue in Oregon, Ohio. The time was 5:10 pm. I ordered a Nachos Supreme with no beans, a soft taco supreme and a large pepsi. The nachos not only had no beans, but it also did not have much of anything on it! I had quite a few dry nachos, there was not enough meat, cheese or sour cream to spread around. What really made me mad was the taco. I ordered a soft taco supreme but what I received was a plain hard taco. And that didn't have much filling! I will not be visiting that store again. I am a big fan of Taco Bell, but I was very disappointed last night.

We have had problems with this taco bell before, but this one take the cake... We were ordering a taco salad they didn't have the shells for them, then we decided to order a cantina bowl. Then they didn't have any beans or rice for it... We ended up ordering two beef supreme chalupas, two taco supremes, two regular tacos, and two bean burritos. Everything...

Taco Bell equipment always out of order/slow service

Would the owner/franchise owner of the Taco Bell in Ft. Payne, AL please buy that store a coffee maker that works? Numerous times I have been told "that the coffee machine is down today". This last time, I know for a fact it had been down for close to a week, if not longer, because I had ordered, been told to drive around, paid, been given my food, then told they had no coffee! I saw the workers messing with the machine trying to make it. Not only do they hardly ever have coffee, on the rare occasions they do, and I place an order, it takes 5 minutes or longer to get 1 a.m. crunchwrap, cup of coffee and a cup (actually abt 1/4 cup) of ice. All I want is for them to have a good working coffee maker! Is that to much to expect?

Taco Bell slow

They recently built a new Taco Bell in our town - Not sure who was the one to design the biulding on the lot - Whoever sat the building where they did must not of even visited the site - The drive thru goes right between the only parking there is. So if you are parked on either side and want to get out, you may be screwed because the drive thru is so slow so you will be sitting for a while. And why are they so slow - I have been there twice and the first time I waited almost a hour i the drie thru and the next time over 40 minutes - It may be a drive thru but not very fast - Something also needs to be done with the management training the kids - The second time I went the kid at the drive thru window was laying his back on the back of the window while handing me my food, I felt like saying stand up straight

Taco Bell mildsauce for tacos

I went in to order 2 soft tacos to go, they were made quick but there wasn't any mild sauce ?
I asked behind the counter, the lady gave me 1 and said were out ?
How do you sell mexican food and run out of mild sauce ?
All i can figure is when they were fired off the cruise liners they got a job with taco bell management. . You dont run out of mild sauce.
Run out of air to breath but not mild sauce"duh"
