Costco customer service return

I have had the worst experience with returning, i bought a tv samsung a little over 2 years ago and it went out tvs should last longer than that. At time of purchase i wasnt aware of any kind of warranty nor did i see a sign. I come to return the product and your customer service gives me a card for concierge and tells me call them and see if theyll let you return. I call them there rude she hung up on me for being a lil upset her operator id#4374185 this has been the worst experience ever with your corporation

Costco mocha freeze price increase

I was genuinely disappointed upon return from a vacation to learn that your Mocha Freeze price at your Food Court in Birmingham had doubled from $1.50 to $3.00! My wife and I joined Costco as Executive Members about two years ago after persuasive friends convinced us of the benefits, and we have been very happy to be in the Costco family. The Mocha Freeze has been a consistent pleasure on each visit for us with its reasonable price, great taste, and cool enhancement to the shopping day. For such an excellent company whose management places its customers first, this doubling of price seems highly inappropriate. Was this an error? I'm confident that we, as customers, realize that inflation and cost increases would certainly justify a cost increase to $2.00 per unit without causing significant negativity with customers, but $3.00? A Costo response to customers of "We heard you and, even with our increasing product and service costs, we desire for your Costco experience to be the very best; thus, we are rolling back the price of the Mocha Freeze to $2.00 effective July 4, 2018. It's time to Celebrate!" Thanks for your consideration.

It's surprising to me that I am unable to revise or delete my own post from this web site. I requested the Complaints Board to do so, but the only option offered to me was to remove my name which they did. I appreciate the removal, but am very surprised that a poster apparently has no ownership of their own post on the Complaints Board site which is highly unusual.

I had mistakenly thought this was a Costco Wholesale site for member complaints, but it is not, and the post was directed to Costco Wholesale. I have alternatively written directly to Costco Wholesale to denote my concern. Actually I like Costco Wholesale very much. So, overall, kudos to Costco Wholesale.

Costco rude service by checker in santa rosa avenue, santa rosa store

I am an 80 year old man who comes down to Costco about once a month. It has been 40 years of great service. Today, in the afternoon an unfortunate incident occured.
I could not find my wife as I waited in the mid aisle. Finally noticed her checking out down the way.. As she has the credit card I went right up to the station and put my 7 items at the end of hers. . I did not crash the line as my wife had only half of the order processed. The woman behind her grumbled and I apologized and said I had been waiting.
The clerk scowled and started to berate me about items that I had duplicated that were in my basket. He harshly asked me what I planned to do with these. My wife answered we want to have them put back. It was like he was accusing us of trying to steal the items. I finally said, " In 40 years this was the first time that I have been treated rudely at a Costco." The guy was livid and threw up his arms and called out a number ... maybe #5. and left the station.
A calm and understanding ( I suppose manager) came and asked what happened. I told him everything and the air seemed to be clear. I would guess that the checker was at the end of his shift and was harried. After a long day of driving and shopping we hit the road for our 2.5 hour trip back to Mendocino. Irritated and a bit angry, but realizing that this was a first time happening in a long number of years of being a customer of Costco. Richard Karch, 937-0334. [protected]@mcn.org.

Costco nature's domain puppy chicken and pea

For almost twenty years I have fed my dogs the Costco Kirkland Chicken, Rice and Vegetable dog food. It's rated four out of five stars by the independent Dog Food Advisor. https://www.dogfoodadvisor.com/dog-food-reviews/kirkland-signature-dog-food/. All the way up to last year I was also feeding my puppies the Costco Kirkland Chicken, Rice and Vegetable puppy food to my puppies. That is rated 4 1/2 stars out of 5 by the Dog Food Advisor. Unfortunately last year you stopped carrying it at our Costco and you went to Nature's Domain Puppy Chicken and Pea. https://www.dogfoodadvisor.com/dog-food-reviews/natures-domain-dog-food/. Although rated four out of five stars, since that time I have three one year old puppies that I have kept to be hopefully added to my breeding program. They have been on this new puppy food their entire lives along with three litters of puppies sent out to clients that had their puppies raised on it. Many of these breedings have been repeat breedings which previously have had no issues. Until this year. All three of my puppies that I have kept that were feed the Nature's Domain puppy food are ten pounds underweight and below breed standard in height! Two puppies that I have sent home, although they had their hearts checked before they left my home and both parents have had their hearts cleared last year by a specialist approved by OFA, they have heart defects. One passed away at ten months old. The other is declining and is expected to "drop dead at any time", according to the doctors at Pullman University. There have also been some other issues that have shown up this past year that I have never had before.

Although the first thought is yes, these things happen in any breeding program, I am seeing more of this within the past year than at any time before in my 11 years of breeding Labrador Retrievers! After reading several articles about peas, it seems to make sense that the new dog food is the culprit. According the the articles, "Once lectins from the peas are in the blood stream they can attach themselves to tissues such as joints, thyroid, pancreas, and the intestinal villi therefore blocking the absorption of nutrients at a cellular level. The body's immune system can then send out antibodies to attack the protein along with the tissue it is attached to. Researchers believe this inflammatory process can lead to a multitude of inflammatory diseases including thyroid, diabetes, arthritis, and cardiovascular disease."

Although I do believe the peas in the Nature's Domain Puppy Chicken and Pea puppy food have caused numerous health issues in my puppies and it has cost me thousands of dollars, I am not asking for a refund of any sort. I have been very happy for nearly twenty years with your Kirkland Signature Chicken, Rice and Vegetable puppy and dog food. However, I am extremely unhappy with the Nature's Domain Puppy Chicken and Pea puppy food. I will no longer purchase your Nature's Domain Puppy Chicken and Pea puppy food nor will I refer my clients to do the same. However, I ask that you once again carry the Kirkland Chicken, Rice and Vegetable puppy food at our Missoula, MT Costco. I would be happy to purchase it and once again refer my clients to purchase from you!

Costco Customer service

Good afternoon, the first Costco's I shopped at was In Mayfield Heights, Ohio 44124. I felt that they were very dry. Not friendly at all. So the next following week I decided to shop at store #1226. Experience was even worse. I was asked to provide my Costco's card when I walked in but no one else showed anything. Hmmmmm...Do I look like I shouldn't be in the store? Possibly maybe I appear like I cannot afford a Costco's card. I was told that Costco was a better store. I wish I could agree. BJ's and Sam's Club gave me better treatment. I refuse to shop in a store that doesn't value my money as a customer. My family and I will no longer be shopping at Costco's. Please cancel my membership and refund my money back.

Costco ready pac bistro organic 2 pack salad

I'm so disgusted by this ready pac salad that I purchased at Costco Iwilei. At first I thought it was an organic black bean in my salad but it was an actual dead worm. It's so gross. Of course I threw the salad away, but I did take pictures. I also dont have a reciept because I bought this 2 weeks ago- I'm sure you could also look up my purchases if you needed too. I also sent a consumer's complaint to the readypac company. I'm not asking for anything, I just thought I'd let you know.

Costco costco.com

I have my brother and his wife coming to live with me for a few months so i ordered two Alera Garment Racks from costco.com so that they would have somewhere to hang their clothes. Order was placed May 1, 2018 and it said that it would take 1-3 days. It is now May 14 and i still haven't received it. I received one of the two on May 11. I've been calling both Costco and T-force (delivery service) almost everyday to try and resolve this. It looks like Costco only sent one piece to T-force or T-force lost one. I can't figure out which is correct because both companies blame the other for the mistake. Regardless, i have mountains of clothes on the floor and i wish i would've just gone out to Bed Bath and Beyond and picked the racks up. Everytime i call, they tell me they will look into it and call in tomorrow. Now Costco tells me they can UPS it. I'm thinking why didn't they do that first then? Or even maybe after the first 5 times i called? Now my brother has gone out and bought a cheap temporary closet from Target. At the end, we spent more to waste time, stress over bad service and still not have the product we needed.

Costco cw/kendal floral supply

On Friday May 11th Mother's Day flowers were delivered to my house. They were shipped by Kendal Floral Supply 1660 Kellogg Avenue in CA zip 92008. My daughter who lives in New York had them sent. I told my daughter they were fine because I didn't want to hurt her feelings but the truth be told they were far from it.
They were a bunch of tulips and the leaves were anywhere from pale green to yellow with dirt in the leaves. The buds were closed but the edges had dried out and when they opened the petals started falling off. I followed the delivery instructions and cut the tips added and mix the floral packet in water. I am a costco member and so is my daughter. We trust costco quality whether it is a kirkland product or other. My only reason for contacting you is to let you know this supplier does not deliver costco quality. Purchase order 0084708652075 customer ord 702277675 vender 94969 costco item 1219817.

Costco kirkland signature protein bars

I purchased Kirkland ProteinBars approximately two weeks ago and have largely enjoyed them however, I received two bars in the box of 20 that did not have any chocolate chips in it. While the bar is good, the chocolate chips are definitely the best part of the protein bars. I am worried that there are more in the box that do not have chocolate chips.

Order went well. Received quick email confirmation and received a text re delivery. We scheduled workers to begin project according to delivery date of Friday, April 20. We received a call on April 20 that the delivery truck broke down. Delivery rescheduled for April 21. We rescheduled our workers for their next earliest date, April 28. Upon unpacking, damaged floor panel was found. Shed could not be started. Workers rescheduled for May 5. Replacement floor panel arrives. It is the wrong size. Company called again. They recommend purchasing the floor panel locally and submitting receipt for reimbursement. Worker (at our cost) runs this errand. Workers also provided lumber to replace very poor quality lumber sent in shed package. Workers provided nails as the package did not include the needed 3" nails although the content list said they were included. So, two big delays, several extra expenses regarding local replacement of floor panel, workers extra charge for board and nail replacement, trip to landfill to dispose of damaged parts and incorrect floor replacement panel. It has been a very stressful month! Today, Mothers Day, is being taken over by shed construction. Our biggest concern is that we trusted this product because we trust Costco. We have been Costco members for years. We have never had any problem with or complaints about any merchandise bought through or at our local Costco store. However, this situation is out of hand. It has caused us great inconvenience. We feel we made a big and costly mistake purchasing this shed through Costco but the exact reason we did so is because we trusted Costco to provide good products for a good price. We are unhappy and feel taken advantage of. We hope to receive a response from you soon.

Costco unable to purchase $300 worth of merchandise for my handicap father.

Today my cousin Matthew Bayley-Hay and I went to Costco for my handicap uncle, Mark Bayley-Hay. Upon arriving the woman at the door asked to see our membership card, which my cousin went to hand her and she waved us in, never looking at it. We shopped during a very busy time for over two hours. We had about $300+ of food and they refused to serve us w/my uncles membership, UNLESS we used cash only. Insinuating we had stolen cards. We explained that my uncle was ill and couldn't come himself and they insisted if we had ONLY CASH could we purchase anything. First of all, why cash only? Because the man on the card was black? My cousin is light skinned and I'm Cuban? I am appalled at how we were treated. I wish I'd have taken the mans name who mistreated us but I was trying to leave before he insulted us any further...making a huge scene and saying over and over DO YOU HAVE CASH? Marthew said I can pay for it with a debit card. It's my disabled father, we have the same last name. The man AGAIN demanded cash as though his debit card was stolen. If my uncle was a healthy man, I'd ask him to go as far away from Costco as he could! Unfortunately, he's not, so the closest is best for him. He is at times (like now) recovering from surgery and can't get out of the house. I understand your policies and card sharing isn't allowed but to stand there and say they'd let us purchase the items only with cash is both insulting and degrading! I think the person at the door should do their job and screen, actually look at the cards and if you can't purchase anything then tell the person BEFORE you spend two hours finding things you need to purchase. I also believe the person who makes the decisions or decided to then, should be told to have a bit more consideration for people and not raise his voice repeatedly saying CASH ONLY! Matthew had a perfectly good debit card. Your associate can break the rules and allow us to purchase items but only with cash as though we were thieves of debit cards. How unprofessional can you get?
I feel as though my cousin was discriminated against due to our skin color. The fact that my uncle Mark is a black man and my cousin is light skin and I'm a Hispanic woman is the only reason that man demanded cash. Why couldn't he take a debit card (equivalent to cash) be used? He said how are you paying? What difference does that make? I'm sick to my stomach as he also kept asking does she have one? Does she have one? We'd already given him the card showed ID which shows the same last name and address, explained my uncle was unable to shop himself.

I am unsure if I'll ever shop at Costco's. Or have my uncle get me anything there anymore.

Pembroke Pines, Florida is a beautiful place and I expected more of the people here. I'm not sure if he acted upon his own judgement or your policies, either way, I'm so upset. My cousin feels discriminated against as do I. I thought this was 2018 and humans knew how to treat each other. This has been humiliating, degrading and insulting.

they literally can't help you if it isn't your debit card. it doesn't matter if you say it is your uncle or not. they can't willingly accept his card or they will get fired, they don't care if you shop there or not. and quite frankly I don't think anyone does

Costco wireless department

I bought an iPhone at Costco in South Ogden, Utah, today. A young woman named Hailey was the employee in the Wireless Department who helped me. As she went through the provisions that I was to initial and sign in the paperwork, she said that I was already covered by some program (jump?) which, as I understood it, provided insurance for my phone and also allowed me to upgrade my phone annually. I wasn't aware of that, so I asked her about the details. She looked up my account and concluded that I really wasn't covered by the program, which was fine because I wasn't expecting to be. So I asked her if any of the provisions I had initialed were incorrect, since the facts were different than she had explained. She apparently took umbrage at my question, because she very rudely got in my face about how everything was correct, I was paid in full and therefore (I assume) ineligible for the program. I wasn't inclined to argue with this twit, so I just walked away as she glared at me. It is not uncommon for millennials like her to be dismissive of us stupid baby boomers, but this behavior seems inappropriate when dealing with a customer. She needs to be taught some customer relations skills and some simple good manners generally.

Costco tire center/greenville, sc

Dear costco.
My name is blake harris. I was at your store in greenville, sc on may 9th 13:40. This is a costumer complaint. I had a screw in my back left tire and it was leaking really fast. The time was around 12:30. I walked into costco after parking my car next to the tire shop outside. I asked the lady at the deck if I could get my tire fix whatever needed to be done with it. Then went to ask her manager if they could help me in a timely manner. Giving I needed to pick my kids up at 2:30. Then she told me it would be a 2hr wait. I said to her, can they please just change it to the spare tire for me. Till I can get back with my kids and then they could fix it. She asked the manager again and he said no. They could not have time for me. I said I can't believe I can't get any help in this situation that i'm on right now and said i'll have to change it my self in the parking lot where it sits because i'm not driving on a flat tire. I walked to my car and proceeded to change my tire. I was getting my spare tire down from under the car and the tire manager walked outside and told me I needed to move my car because I couldn't park their. I said excuse me. He said again if you don't move the car when have to call for someone to move it. I told him I don't car what he did. Call the cops if you have to. I've got to change this tire since y'all can't do it at all. Then he said. Well we can it just might take 45min if we can even get to it. I said what, I need a guarantee that y'all can at least change it for me. He said he could not guarantee me they could. The I said i'll just change it. Then again told me I could not change my tire right where I was. I told him I had no choice. Do what you got to do. He said i'm trying to help and said no your making it worse. He then he said if you want us to do the spare just leave it right their and we'll do it. I've got a car coming off bay 4 and we could change it fast. I said I thought you did not have time. Then he said I don't car what you do, I don't have to help you at all. At this point I was really mad. I just told him to change it for that fine. I've got a baby in the car anyways. I drop the spare tire for the tire shop and went inside to shop and pay for my tire fix. Then! It started again when the shop manager called me about 30-40min later. The shop manager told me the tire was demanded unsafe to be fixed and they do not have any in stock. Then he said, my spare tire did not fit my car at all the lug nut size patterns did not line up. I was really. What can I do now. The shop manager told me he put air back in the tire and I could take it to a gmc dealership to have them fix everything. I said ok I guess I can try that. As I was leaving costco with my baby, on a tire that is going flat. I went to discount tire that was right down the road. Because I don't think I could have made it to a gmc dealership. They looked at it and repaired it and even put the spare tire on my car. Note: my spare tire fit just fine. Even got a picture with it on my car. They had the tire and everything fix in least then 3min on top of all of that. So, the manager at your tire center in greenville, sc lied to me. I then I called the store to talk to a manager on duty. Daniel the market manager told me he was very sorry to hear about what happened in his store and that would not have taken place the way it did. Then told me he was going to follow up with the tire shop manager boss and his boss would call me back with in 24hr about this complaint. I told him thank you for understanding my complaint and look forward to talking to the other manager when he calls me back.
This is the end of the conversation that i've had with anyone with costco and I writing this to inform costco what very bad customer experience i've had. My membership number is #[protected]

On May 7th, 2018, I went to Costco to get my medicine from the pharmacy. There I did not appreciate the negligence and rudeness of the staff. I was the first in line to receive my medicine but the pharmacy employee, Chelan. U completely ignored me and asked for the person behind me in line to step up so that she could assist her instead. The person behind me and I were in line for the same exact reason but Chelan was showing bias against me which was extremely degrading and rude. This is not the first time I have encountered this person. There have been other times where she has ignored me or not given me the proper service required. I do not appreciate this kind of ignorance by the employees and I would like for action to be taken.

Costco cashiers

Hello! First and foremost I am a huge Costco fan and shop at your store near Long Beach Island weekly. I own a small business and get most of my supplies at Costco. Owning any size business is challenging, and if the customer service is not spot on, I know personally, I will shop elsewhere. My issue is with some of your cashiers. On most occasions the cashiers are engaging in personal conversations while scanning the order. Last night took the prize. Two cashiers were having a personal conversation about a manager reprimanding one of them for her tank top. We had a $300 order and we were not greeted nor acknowledged until it was time to tell us the amount we owed.. They [censored]ed and complained in hushed voices the entire time😖That was IT! This happens more often than not.. in my business this is not tolerated or acceptable. I felt the strong need to make you aware. If it happens again, off to another warehouse store we go. Thank you for your time and hopefully someone will take the time to observe this behavior

Costco lennox

Would like to launch a formal complaint about the worst possible customer service experience metted through the hands of one of the service providers at costco ajax location.
I am a regular (in fact daily) shopper at this location. A few days ago I happened to notice a kiosk inside Costco advertising Lennox air conditioning and furnace.
Attracted towards the kiosk due to the brand name of Lennox and the fact it's working under Costco and the fact that I am in the market for air conditioning for one of my rental properties.
The initial step of booking the appointment for an in home consultation was booked and today I received a call from a lady Michelle Demers from phone number 289 275 3345.
From the start of the conversation she was using aggressive tone. She was condescending. She was not accomodating and the worst of all her use of words was totally inappropriate and defy the norms of customer satisfaction.
She used the sentence that 'I find it hard to believe'
That was when I was trying to explain to her that how can I arrange for someone to be home while a person for quote comes over.
I was perplexed at the fact that how could a person in the business of dealing with a customer can use some sentence like that.
I tried myself to be calm and composed but nothing worked out.
It appeared that she is in the business of bringing in a bad name for Costco and Lennox, in addition to her own company.
She did her best to ensure that I am unhappy and do whatever it takes to launch a complaint against her.
As an avid customer service provider myself, I find it un believable to swallow that someone would willingly stop that low to defame such a reputable company.
I am bringing this to your notice with the hope that she will be reprimanded and ensure such incidents will not be repeated.

Costco produce

I shop weekly at costco for my in home daycare. 2 weeks ago I bought bananas that completely rotted in 2 days. I also bought a avacado bag-over half rotted within 3 days before they even ripened. This last weekend I bought Organic spring mix- Saturday, by Monday evening over 2/3 of the container was slimmy, and had to be thrown out. I also bought 2 boxes of cheese its- one box all the crackers were crumbs even though the box looked fine.

Costco executive members rebate coupons

Whereas I appreciate Costco's control on rebate coupons geared to Executive members only, the mechanism was tedious, time-consuming and utterly inefficient. The coupon booklets in paper (killing lots of trees) were mailed to selected members to tear out and keep on person in order to use at the warehouses. When I did not remember having received the booklet, I had to pay full prices on the products at the cashier. Then incompassionately told to get the booklet at the members service counter, where my various IDs were verified to get the booklet, as if I were a fraud! Then again unempathetically told to tear out the relevant coupons at the refund counter (another queue) to get the minimal refunds on the products of interest, as if I were an illiterate. The various customer service agents seemed to forget how to smile! This is the treatment for their so-called valued EXECUTIVE MEMBERS!

Believing Costco would be at the technology front in this world, APPs similar to McDonalds, PC Optimum and Tim Hortons, to download coupons on electronic devices and be readily used when needed, might be considered and adopted!

Costco product availability and cashier training

The selection of canned soups, and canned protein items, such as ravioli, campbell's chicken noodle and tomato soup, stagg chili, progresso soups have become non-existent in this store. Costco has always had a revolving selection of items to choose from, but i've noticed over the past three to four years, that it's getting worse. Items such as lipton iced tea mix have not been available for years as well. When I travel across the country, primarily in the south, the selection is much more varied. As far as your cashier's are concerned, they are not being trained on how to properly ring in customer orders who are also paying for yearly membership fees and cashing in their rebates.

I had two cashier's who simply admitted that they did not know how to do it. It's very confusing for me as a member when I go into costco assuming that the membership has been paid after giving the rebate to the cashier, and requesting that the membership fee be included with my purchase on a previous visit, only to find that it was not added, and therefore has not been paid. This is a case of poor supervisory leadership and training.

Costco customer service from the front door person her name is grace

since I am moving the new house. So I need washer and dryer and refrigerator. After research I decided to choose the Costco Since my husband has their membership card. Before we purchase. I want to go to store check the details. The funny thing is happen since I walked into the Costco Wholesale store in chino hill.
An Asian women whose was standing in the fron door talk to her friends loudly. I was walking in with bunch of people. She only head off my way and ask me rudely: do you have membership card ? I told her the reason I came here. Even I showed my husband online account. She was so rude ingroed me and say loudly if you don't have it. You can't come in. I was 33 weeks pregnant and drove all the way to want to Check it out . I was so upset . This is the worst experience I ever got.
And also since this happen. I am not gone be spends $10000 pay for this. Sorry you guys lost my business.
