12 pack taco
I went to taco bell and ordered a 12 pack taco first off I had to what five minutes to be waited on when I did receive my order in the box without a bag I proceeded to leave has I was walking out the door the bottem of the box fell and my food fell to the ground I turned around went back to the counter and told the manager on duty (Torry P) he had an attitude about having to make me news ones then I get home with the food we went to eat there was no meat or very little( like some one just put a pince of meat) and all lettuce when we called to complain Torry answered the phone and was very rude and said we were wrong I do have a picture of the tacos we eat at taco bells all the time and this was the worst case ever I am a manager at a restaurant and if any of my employees ever acted like this or made the customers order like this because they had to remake it the would no longer would be working

My boyfriend and I (who go to Taco Bell literally everyday) went to the drive through at 7:56 am and we had to repeat our self because she kept saying what, which didn't bother us but she forgot to turn her headset off and she called my boyfriend a [censor] and which I I called the store to report it and turns out it was a manger.
If that's how mangers treat customers I will never go back to Taco Bell and I will put it all over social media. No customer should be called names especially if they are being super nice
5$ box limited edition double chalupa
At approximately 8:30pm Friday July 28th, 2017, we entered the parking lot to the drive thru of Taco Bell located in Johnson Creek, WI. There was at most five vehicles that were parked ( assuming the employee's ), with absolutely no other customers in drive thru, except my friend and I. I love the 5$ box deal's, so I preceded to tell my friend I'd like the one with the double chalupa, regular hard shell taco and the Doritos locos taco. With a medium soda. We waited for at the very least 5 to 6 minutes. Yes i have patience. I live less then a mile from Taco Bell. No I didnt have A/C on in the truck. Nor at my home. My entire order (excluding my soda) was ice cold. The meat hmmm what little there was definatly was not kept warm. My son was hungry and ate the 2 tacos. Very disappointed for reasons this is the 9th time in less then a year my order was either not all there, cold as ice, or wasnt even half correct after recieving it. I've never complained nor have I ever gone back to get the right food items. Well now 10 visits total that have been just gross i would like to a get my money back and have a few meals compt to my family and I. My mother and I went to your 028512 location located at 10300 Alondra blvd. Bellflower, California on [protected] at approximately 8:40p.M. we entered the drive thru and notice4, ONCE AGAIN, the lights in the parking lot and surrounding structure was off and very, very dark, making taco bell look closed, but we have seen this scene several times, so we knew that wasn't the case and they indeed were open. So we proceed, with caution, through the darkness until we reach the menu board, that was lit up and a person speaking to us through the speaker. My mom begins to tells the person speaking from the speaker, that it's very dark and they shouldn't do that, it's unsafe, he, the voice from the speaker says oh we don't have them on? We say no, he say wait just on second, long story short, after a couple of minutes of going back and forth with are they on no, then he turning the menu board off, the lights were finally tuned on. So I assumed everything was great. I still have my recipient where I CLEARLY asked for three potato tacos, no sauce and a Mexican pizza, exchange the beef for beans, that's it. When I looked at my food when I got home my Mexican pizza had way too much sauce on it and sorta sloppily made and the coup de Gras was the potatoe tacos were also filled with beef! What a dirty thing to do to someone that doesn't eat meat all because you were pissed at the lady for calling you out for not doing what you should have done in the first place. Maybe you didn't like her tone of voice, or the fact that she called you out period, but to mess with someone's health is disgusting. I haven't been a meat eater in 5 years. It's was just a tiny piece, but you don't know what kind of reaction I could have had. Shame on you.
"double" chalupa
My wife and I get two double chalupa boxes, as as usual, the tacos have only a sliver of meat, but the crazy part is the "double" chalupa hardly has any meat either. I mean neither has a piece of meat evident by looking at, ad when we dug down deep, past the mega sour cream arely a sliver in he middle. This Bell is nototius for trying to save a buck by scrimping on meat. I have received a quesadilla in the past with only a shred or two of chicken. As a result we rarely eat there, and his was our second "stab" at trying the double chalupa. First one also almost meatless, and mushy as hell. Joke on me I guess for trying again. Will not make third mistake. Should sue [censor] for false advertising, as one on TV looks to have 1/2 pound of beef. I get it has barely a crumb of meat, and I am not one prone for exaggeration. Would have sent photos, up disposed of in disgust immediately.

I came thru this Taco Bell around 9 tonight with my boyfriend and son and the girl on the headset wasn't very friendly at first but then seemed ok but then the other lady I'm guessing the manager was eating a Twix right at the drive thru window just putting it in her mouth then she puts our nochoes in the bag and touches our food very gross . We go to this taco all the time

Marina and husna are he worst managers ever. They always leave their youngest underaged workers alone in the drive thru. They over work them and they get mad when the underaged workers ask for breaks. Then they never give them help with anything and it's frustrating to have to see that it has caused multiple anxiety attacks amongst the young workers. Fix the problem because it's not the location it's the [censor] running it.
drive thru on howe ave and hurley way
I was in line at the drive thru for 45 mins last night. The address is the one on Howe avenue and Hurley way. Sacramento. ca. this is totally unacceptable. 45 mins my god. And when I finally reached the window. I was not even apologized to about the wait or anything. Didnt even ask if I wanted something free to drink. I will be calling corporate management over this. Thank you
service never open on time (6 to 8 times!)
I frequent the 3rd and Townsend location (San Francisco) every day since March of 2016. On at lease 6 occasions, they have not been open at 7:00 a.m. and I have been told at times, will not open until 8 or 8:30 a.m. This is frustrating and unprofessional! When the manager Joga, comes to fill in or whatever, it is ALWAYS open on time!
I rely on this Taco Bell for my breakfast and I think Vanesse and Arriana need to be let go if they can't get to work on time! I have complained on numerous occasions about this and will continue to do so until this problem is fixed.

double chalupa
I eat taco bell all the time and when the double chalupa boxes came out I tried one and had barley enough meat in it to be a single chalupa, so I tried it one more time and there was no difference so I am paying for double and getting enough meat for a single. I always get good service at this taco bell but feel that I am being shortchanged when it comes to quanity of food

I eat at your restaurant and you all dont seem to care about your customers complaints. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke. I have written your company several times and have gotten not one reply back so I will just have to go somewhere else to eat I guess. You have an employee that I am for certain smokes marajuana. You can smell it on him and it makes me sick cause I am very allergic to it. The employees name is Deshawn. if I smell it again on him it will be the last time that I dine in. I was calling taco bell and whenever taco bell answered, the phone was making a screeching noise and then go silent. I called off of two phones and it kept happening. I called the third and final time, a lady answered the phone and told me to “[censor] off, call again and i’m calling the cops.” I tried talking and she proceeded to say, “caller id, stop calling”. This was an employee!

Purchase smothered burrito and a burrito supreme beef the smothered burrito was perfect the burrito supreme had no beef. Do not want a refund just wanted you to know. Well it says I need to complain more the service was fine this smothered burrito was good but the beef burrito had no beef. As the picture will show. I have eaten there lots of time 70% of the time it is very good the other 30% of the time it is fine. But they always have the meat on the product.

I walked into the Taco Bell on Farmers Lane and Hwy 12 (Santa Rosa, Ca)at 530pm with two young children. I ordered my food and observed the tables to sit at. The tables and floors were filthy. There were maybe 2 other guest at a table. I found 1 of two tables that were even clean enough to sit at with my children. The floors had garbage in several places. My youngest spilled a drink all over the table and floor. I sat at the counter waiting to get help to clean it up. I was given a blue paper towel. I explained it was a bigger mess. I was given one more. A strange man felt so bad for me he went and grabbed napkins to try and help me clean it up. At no point did any employee attempt to help or give me what I needed to clean it up myself. So for the next several minutes this gentleman and I worked together. When we were finished eating I asked to speak to the manager to share the concern for the state of the restaurant. A woman stated she was the acting manager. As I talked to her and got a less than desirable response, a young male employee joined the conversation and said have a nice day. I live near by and eat at this restaurant on occasion. I have never been so appalled by the condition of this store. I expect a response to this complaint immediately as I have recorded the state of this restaurant and will be reporting it to the health officials if it is not resolved.

drug activity
I went to the taco bell located on winston rd store number 029866 lexington nc last night around8:45 9 o'clock, the worker was taking out the trash then a car pulls up then they both entered the workers car made a transaction right in front of the store and got out like nothing happened. The worker drove a white jeep with new england patriots front tag, I will never spend another dime in that store espically with drug activities on and around the premises, I will also be telling everyone I know about the situation as well. The worker was either a white or asian man. I had my kids with me and I did not appreciate what I saw, what my children saw! So I think you all should rewind the camera and take a look for yourselves. Yesterday's date was monday july 24. Thanks in advance

On 7/25/2017 at Taco Bell 027326, 2445 Laurens Rd. Greenville SC I ordered at 12:15:46 and didn't receive it until 12.36 pm on a hour lunch, I witness three individuals leave who ordered after me and instead of letting people know if the wait time they kept taking orders, this was one of my worste experience I ever had at any Taco Bell, for me I'll never return to this one again

My name is monica and I have been eating at the taco bell in irving texas for over 10 years. Tonight was the last night I will ever go there again. I felt humiliated & have never felt more disrespected by an employee or a manager in my life. Around 10:16 pm I went through the drive thru and ordered 10 crunchy tacos, 3 crunchy tacos with only meat and cheese and a chili cheese burrito. Before driving off from the screen I noticed that it said only 3 crunchy tacos & another 3 crunchy tacos with no meat and cheese. I said excuse me but the employee was no longer answering on the speaker. When I drive up to the window ready to pay I told the employee that the screen said 3 and 3 tacos but I wanted 10 if he could charge me, he rolled his eyes and closed the windows. Right away I knew he was upset and not happy. He opened the window and said no I cannot do that for you. I said excuse me? You can't charge me for another 7 tacos because I wanted 10. He said no I cannot. I then asked for his supervisor he waved his hand and said she was somewhere in the back and that she told him not to do it. So we said "you mean to tell us that we have to drive around and order again?" he looked at us like we were [censor] didn't answer back. I am hispanic but was born here in the united states I speak perfect english but I felt like he did not like me because of my color. All employees there are from another race. I have friends of all races, I love people! I was never rude. I started feeling upset did not raise my voice asked for corporates phone number I cannot believe his response. He responded with "I don't know the number I just work here gosh" with an attitude and he rolled his eyes and threw his hands in the air. I started feeling an anxiety to cry I was hungry, I worked for 12 hours. Crunchy tacos sounded perfect for a quick dinner. I was crushed because I immediately knew I could never come back to this location ever! I have never been treated like that by a family member by anyone. I stayed calm holding my tears in and asked for a supervisor. He closes the window and brings her. She asked what's the problem, I explained what happened and she had nothing to say, the employee kept mumbling behind her that I didn't ask for 10 tacos that I was lying... It's just tacos and I had my card ready to pay? Why would I lie? I never said I demand free food after this. The supervisor had to hold the employee back it seemed like he was ready to jump out the window and attack me. I told her he was very unprofessional and I could not believe the way he treated me and that I was going to write corporate. Sometimes these emails mean nothing but honestly me writing this message is making me feel better and I am hoping to get a response. I ask for nothing in return but honestly and apology because I hope that no one gets treated like specially customers that truly enjoy your food and have nothing bad to say about it. I will never return to that location although it is only 5 minutes away from my home. All this time my husband was in the car and when the employee acted like he was going to attack me my husband did said "we just wanted 10 [censor] tacos" and you refused to ring it up and charge us again. I didn't want this to go further I said sorry I will not be taking my order I will writing corporate and said sorry about all this and drove off.
I might not ever hear back, I spend about 2k or so a year at this location which is nothing I know but if someone ever reads this. Customer service is everything. Happy customers are loyal and proud. I always snapchat my food and always check into your location, I feel like a fool. I hope no one else has ever been treated like I was tonight.

I sent this exact email to your facebook customer service on july 10th but they have not been able to resolve anything. It feels as if I am just another customer and the way I was treated was nothing. I did not go through all that to not be heard. I'm reporting a manager that work at the taco bell in port st. Lucie on us1. Her name is irene jeronimo but goes by the name of "carolina" i'm addressing the fact that this woman is very unprofessional as her job being a manager. She acts different toward every employee. She doesn't allow "employee meals" for the employee's to get a meal discount for working there. I've been working there for almost a year and it's been ups and downs working with her. I can't get along with someone who act like a prejudice person. She's for her own kind more than she is for others. Her attitide is horrible and is very disrespectful. Demands respect but doesn't show respect to others. I feel like she need to be replaced because I can't work with someone like her.

When I went back to my place of employment to eat, I experienced and nasty taste in my food, so I spit it out and noticed it was a usual bug. It totally grossed me out. So I took it back, ur employees there didn't show me any kind of concern about what I have experienced with your company. They refunded my money and sent me on my way. Yesterday i went to Taco bell at 444 N Bolingbrook Dr, Bolingbrook, IL 60440 and ordered bean burrito many time i told the associate just bean and veggies burrito without any meet. After repeating 2-3 time and also confirming at delivery that its bean and veggies burrito, after a bite i realised its include meet. When i went back as told talk to the manager he is very harsh and took my receipt and gave me bean burrito when i told him why he gave me meet burrito he keep quite and even didnt apologies for his mistake. It heart we are very religious and we don't eat meet after repeating many time if we get the burritos with meet then what kind of services Taco Bell is providing. When i ask for my receipt he said he trash it and could not find and was busy with take other order and ignored me. The service at this location is very very pathetic
