I pulled up to the intercom at 10:45, and was told we closed due to being short staffed. This is not my first time at this Taco Bell & every time I show up there is only 2 people working, same as tonight! So what's up with the staffing? I had to settle for Wendy's & I hate that crap! Very disappointed Taco Bell! Close early because your employees are lazy!

Taco bell # 030146 on IH35 and William Cannon. I was just told it would take 10 to 15 minutes to make my order in the Drive-Thru. before they even took my order they were already brushing us off. There's only seven cars in the parking lot and I know all of the workers didn't ride the bus. They need help at this store or a manager to regulate staff and production.

9442 SR 52 Hudson, FL 34669 - My friend and I pulled up when an employee named Chloe B. ran up to the door and locked us out. We were not going to dine in; only a to go order & it is posted dining area closes at 10 pm. We went through the drive through and was dismissed by the blonde manager working that night after I told her what happened she said she told her to close the door and then the manager closed the window on me! If I do not get satisfaction; an apology from that manager or something I am taking this to Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp and Snapchat! This is ridiculous!

Hello I've been employed with taco Bell for about two years Now.. I have noticed that there are way too many shortcuts being taken, when it comes to prepared food and Customer satisfaction. I am currently still on Roster but soon will be leaving to Find a better Job. Management at this store needs to be evaluated, the Assistant Manager is Very Rude and spiteful, I've witnessed a few good employees lose thier Job because of Personal Discrimination. The General Manager has too many Friends as employees, and it shows during shifts were there are times where we neglect customers, results from crew members childish behavior. Unexplained Safe/Drawer money shortages sometimes are never recovered, just looked over. I advise someone to follow-up on these notes. I went to toca bell this morning July 23rd at 8:14 a.m. There was a big tall black girl sweeping the parking lot as I start up to order my food it was like she intentionally went towards the intercom to sweep I just figured there's something important over there and waited for her to slowly move I start up to the front window to get my food and There She is again it's not like she did not know I was going to be pulling around she gets all the way up to the front window that fast but yet again slowly moving out of the way like she is sweeping up something so after I stop at the window she proceeds to get as close to the other side of my car as she could and just stands there and stares I have never been so uncomfortable in my life my two kids in the backseat even asked what she wanted I told them I was not sure what she was doing that's how bad it was and I do not understand what she was doing and what was so important under my car that could not wait considering there's a whole parking lot me and my family eat at Taco Bell at least 3 times a week and the last Sunday morning I had gone there she was there and handed me my food through the window for some reason because she wasn't the one taking my money but she gave me a look and just handed me my bag and never said a word I'm not really sure what her problem is but I really do hope something is done and no I do not know her and she does not know me I do understand that sometimes it's hard to tell when it's a true complaint but but maybe from the day and the time I have provided the complaint can be confirmed from a camera or something thank you

My husband and I go into Taco Bell to eat at approx 5:00 and we stand in line forever to order then I go sit down while my husband stands up there with 6 other people waiting for our food. We wait for 30 minutes and then get our food and his chicken quesadilla has nothin on it just sauce! The guy that was behind us for his money back and left and I have pictures of all this. The owner needs to go to Manchester Ky and find out how a Taco Bell does there because their food is awesome compared to Barbourville, Corbin, London and I am not joking. I eat at everyone of them and Barbourville is definitely the worse. This is bad management service and bad management skills. Their manager should be fired for this. They stood there taking care of drive thru while we stood there for 30 minutes. Then drive thru people started coming in with their food not right. Something needs to be done with all of these restaurants and Taco Bell isn't the only one! This [censor] is old and we pay [censor] loads of money for this food and it sure looks like slop compared to the pictures!

Hello...I stopped at the Yreka Ca Taco Bell while traveling on Interstate 5. I ordered a Burrito Supreme to go and when I got back on the freeway and started to eat my Burrito Supreme...it was cold...no sour cream...no tomatoes and no beef. Just a few lettuce leaves and icy cold refried beans and cold and dry tortilla. How disappointed was I because Burrito Supremes have been my favorite fast food for at least forty years!
My BS was 3.69 - senior discount of .37 + tax of .26. So my total was $3.58. Please send me a coupon for another Burrito Supreme or refund my money.

At 12:03am I arrived in the drive-thru to place my order I was greeted by the order taker who immediately told me "sorry we out of meat, it's gonna be a 45min wait" so I asked do you have chicken, she then stated, "No that's cooking too", this is absolutely repulsive that they would deny service to not only me but 4 cars ahead of me, something has to be done about this, it's the third Time that this has happened and I won't tolerate it anymore!

I waited for 35 minutes in the drive thru. By the time I got my food the 7 layer burrito was cold, and the tomatoes were soggy. The cheesy gordita crunch was doughy and the cashier who (no offense) was of a very large size and her entire back was hanging out of her clothes. She was also very rude. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad night so I am willing to look past that. I was HIGHLY unsatisified mainly with my food. It isn't even the wait time that is making me write to you. It's the fact that I waited so long and then my food was just disgusting.

I've been sitting in the drive through line for about 15 minutes now, and have yet to place my order. Unfortunately I cannot get out of the line because it is blocked off on each side. No way out than going through the line. I could have went to any other fast food place (McDonald's, Wendy's, Whataburger etc.) and I would have already been home and finished eating. They just rebuilt and reopened this new store. I was very excited until now. It shouldn't take this long. At all. I hope it improves soon.

crunchy taco and cheesy gordita crunch
This is 100% unacceptable! I received these seriously underfilled tacos from store 027899 on 7/19/2017 at 7:39:20 pm. I know that these are well below Taco Bell standards and they should be furious with this kind of poor quality of product being served to any of their customers! I am furious that I was sent home with such a carelessly prepared carry out order!

My name dana dixon.I was at tacobell 07/13/2017 last thursday.I was there with my family having dinner.There obviously was a big problem when we came in..There was a guy there complaining that his food was very cold really being a dick to a young lady that was trying her best to please everyone that was in there.she receive the food back and told the man to give her a few minutes to figure out what the problem was.she came back and apologized that her line was out and that she can replaced the food on the other side.He begin to get extremely loud that he was gonna have tacobell closed down and that this would be her last day she have her job and that she could've killed him serving cold food.she was on was the phone with her boss telling him the problem also.I dont know what happen.But today i came to tacobell on my lunch break to hear she had been fired, So im guessing he played a part in that.well i wanna state my opinion this young lady did everything possible to please every customer that came in that night and for to be fired tacobell is dead wrong and i will be taking this farther.we waited in that dine-in so she could get that food right Thats sad to hear a great worker lost her job doing what she surpose to do.It wasnt her fault the grill was broken..By law she surposed to closed the store down but yet she was still making things work to serve and she got fired to cover yall butt.This won't be the last you hear from me..I got her name today from another worker sandra that is..This is not over.If i have too i will have her tell this story to the news WHOM I WORK FOR.

I am forced to buy more expensive food than rather get sold what the promotional deals would be... they are always out of stock and coinsidentaly always out of the meal deals ... the last time I got watered down soda with melted ice that had been sitting in the cup for a while... when I called to complain the manager said I could come back the nxt day for a drink... of course with my busy schedule I don't have time to go back just for a soda... why wasn't this told to me b4 I ordered? Once again today they are out of the meal deals... not enough stock to fulfill the orders... this taco bell SUCKS! i ordered online for pickup through the drive thru at Franklin mills taco bell my name is Destiny & I went to get it & they said they didn't have my food but i have proof they took it out my bank without getting any of my food that i ordered at the Franklin mills taco bell. I Did this order on july 19 at like 3:30 or 4 in the afternoon . i would like a refund because the fact i didn't get any of my food or a refund because i didnt even get it for them not to refund me my money . thanks
spicy potato soft taco
I am a Manager at Pizza Hut right next to the Mt Ephriam Taco Bell and I had ordered 2 Spicy Potato Soft Tacos and a Mini Shredded Chicken Quesadilla but when I received the bag of food, there was only 1 Taco and 1 Quesadilla. After walking in and asking why there was only 1 Taco, the cashier told me they put 2 tacos inside of 1 wrap because "that's what the other guy at Pizza Hut orders". I am mad because they assumed I liked my order like another person's. Assuming comes from not knowing and they didn't make my food the way I wanted it.

When I walked in there were two managers sitting in the corner speaking with an employee standing up. I could hear their whole conversation and that is not appropriate, talking about his write ups and having to pay money to put back in his drawer to make up for it along with someone else. He then finally stepped away to take my order as a third manager went out and sat down. He was in the middle of taking my order and started hollering across me to say the safe was left open, NOT a good idea to do. NO manager got up and closed it, it remained open the whole time I was there NOT safe. I finished my order and then finally after about ten minutes of the drive thru people making their orders, they finally made mine. By this time orders were pilled up and the managers stayed in the lobby, no help at all. I kept my peace however then I go home and started to eat with my family and there was really nothing in the tacos I bought. I actually took pictures if you have somewhere for me to send them to. This was a horrible way to conduct business and I am very disappointed.

Went to Taco Bell drive thru in Irwin, PA. Ordered one of my all time favorite cheesy gordia crunches. When I went to eat I noticed it had mold on it. So I turned around and went back to the Taco Bell. I went inside and showed the girl. She said oh let me make anew one. And that is what they did. This is the part that made me disappointed in the service and establishment. They never said sorry or apologized. Nothing just remade it and handed it back. I felt that is poir customer service.
