My husband ordered 2 taco salads & 2 tacos, 1 without red strips & sour cream. When ready, he asked if the 1 was without strips & sour cream. They said yes. Got home & it was wrong. I took it back, upset cause he asked if it was right. The manager & girl was very rude cause I was upset. Manager pushed the food back at me. I was the one to apologize for being upset, then got home 2 find the tacos were also wrong. This is far from the first time this has happened, but that manager knows nothing about customer service & showed it when she pushed the food back at me. They never did apologize, and said they might have if I hadn't been upset.
horrible condition of us flag flying over the store
On my 12/17/18 drive thru visit, I couldn't help but notice the disgusting condition of the US flag flying over the store . It was tattered and torn at least a foot in length, the entire side of the flag, and dirty and stained. I spoke with the manager about it and asked that it be removed and properly disposed of immediately. telling him how disrespectful it was to fly it and how badly it reflected on the store in general.

My chicken rollers were hard as a rock, my soft taco was soggy and cold, and one of our beefy five layer burritos had the ingredients all over the wrapper rather than inside the burrito. Not happy with this service. The lady who gave us our food was very rude and acted as if we were a bother. This location has never been great but this is definitely the worst service I've ever received here

I stopped by the Taco Bell in Collinsville Il on my way home from work to get food for me and my boyfriend, the wait in the drive thru was long, I got my drinks and a bag of food. I got home and pulled the food out of the bag to eat and realized that I did not receive half of the order. My boyfriend called the location asking to speak to a manager, however they were unavailable, so he was connected with another person, when he told them what happened she advised he she was training a new person and the bag went out the window before everything was put in it. He explained that it will take about 15mins to get up there and asked if it was possible to remake the entire order so it would all be fresh and hot and we could eat together, she said that was not an option, she could only give us what was missing. He told her that he would bring all the food back and have them remake it all and she stated again that was not possible however she could refund the money. I feel like this is very poor customer service, and not good for business.
paid for $100 gift card that does not work, however really has a balance of $100 but does not work.
I bought a $100 giftcard for taco bell. I have never been able to use it. I have tried online through the application for the last four days. On Thursday and Friday after calling customer service for taco bell they claimed the website was having issues. Got off from a long day at work 45 minutes away, and get to the location for it to be closed. Mind you, it's only 12:30a and it closes at 1a weekdays, 2a weekends. Not only was this inconvenient, but bad business. Considering working in the restaurant business, I know you aren't supposed to close 2 minutes before closing more or less 30 minutes early. Underpaid for a reason!

Taco bell in Rayne, Louisiana. On Sunday December 9, 2018 my husband my children and myself went through the drive through to order dinner. We get to the order screen and the worker says "im sorry we are shift changing right now this register is closed so you will have to get down and come inside to order ." So even though we really didnt want to get down we did. We unloaded all the children get to the counter and the lady says "oh well the worker who is working this register is on break so this register is closed right now too! Now usually I dont make a big deal about stuff like this but this was absolutely ridiculous ! We left and I will not be returning to taco bell in rayne, louisiana ever. They did the same thing to another family that was right behind us . They were quite upset also.

On 12-11-18 me and a co-worker visited the Taco Bell in Muscle Shoals Alabama. We entered the restaurant to order our lunch. There was no one at the cash register. A lady was standing behind the counter and said she wasn't trained to operate the register. She turned to another young lady and ask her to come take our order. In response the lady said she didn't want to. At this time I asked for a manager. I was told she walked that way. After 10 minutes we left. Not good business.

1 large Sierra Mist. Bill totaled $9.80
Paid with credit card.
Went to pick up... no Dorito shells... I asked for plain instead. Was supposed to be supreme and they were not. The Sierra Mist had no syrup or carbonation, had to be thrown away. No change was made to my bill because of the difference in order. Very disappointed. Taco Bell is right across from where I work, we go there a lot.

Went in to order, went fine.
Got home and realized 6 things were missing!
4 orders of cheese nachos, and 2 cheese roll-ups.
I go back with my receipt and tell them what was missing.
I received four bags of cold chips and a few things of cheese along with two cheese roll-ups.
I paid 6 dollars 4 little bags of cold chips, needless to say, I'm not happy

While waiting for food at Taco Bell on Dewey in Greece NY, I observed very unsanitary work area...overflowing garbage with garbage and food all over the floor while they worked and walked around in it. This is disgusting and I couldn't believe they were allowed to work and serve people food like this. This has really made me not want to eat food from there. Please adress this sanitation issue. Sub-par: 8-10 minutes per car at the 2101 Rosa Parks Blvd TN location. Each time I've gone through that line on my break, I've been late coming back to work. I understand taking TOPS 5 minutes per car, I immediately go to my car, takes less than a minute. No customer service skills, orders messed up or wrong entirely. Quickly losing a customer here
