Taco Bell customer service and food portions

I ordered three (3) of your crunchy tacos and a senior beverage (since I will be 70 years old soon). As I was eating my tacos, I noted that the second taco had less ingredients the first taco. When I opened the wrapping for the third taco, I saw that this taco had around ten shreds of cheese. I proceeded to the front counter and waited to be acknowledged, since no one was present. One of the workers shouted out to me, asking what I wanted, while she was in the food preparation area making an order. I asked her if she would come over to the front counter so that I could show her my taco. Just as she arrived at the front counter, and I was showing her the taco, a second (female) worker came over and examined the taco. This particular worker was attired differently so I guessed she was a supervisor. She told the first worker something which I could not hear, and I returned to my table with the taco. To my surprise, the first worker came to my table and gave me a small container of shredded cheese for the taco. After I had completed dining, I returned to the front counter to speak with the supervisor. I waited until she came to the front counter, at which time I asked if she was the manager. She stated in the affirmative that she was the manager. I then told her that I was surprise that I was given a container of cheese for me to put on the taco. I asked her that as a manager, would it not have been more appropriate for her to have the taco remade rather than have me place/prepare the shredded cheese on the taco. She just stared at me as if in disbelief, and then stated, "well you got more cheese than what's normally on a taco, didn't you"? I replied that if I were to complain to Taco Bell, as I was holding up my receipt and pointing to the reverse side which states "Tell The Bell", that I was sure Taco Bell would agree with me that I should not had to place cheese on my taco and the taco should have been remade. At that point she asked me if I wanted her to make another taco. I told her that I had completed my dining and I left the restaurant.

Taco Bell service

This is the 3rd time I have gone to taco bell in helena, arkansas around 12:00am and they have not served us! The hours state they do not close until 1am! This is reduculous! They were sittin in their cars outside the restaurant and stared at us as we pulled through 2 times tonight! They need to do their job since that's what they get paid for! They are representing taco bell in a bad way! And i'm about to completely stop going there!

Taco Bell no tomatoes on tacos or pico de gallo on the fresco tacos last week or today??!!

Last week we got take out at the Taco Bell in Seffner, FL on Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Our crunchy taco and our Chalupa had only meat and lettuce and cheese and our Fresco tacos had only meat and lettuce. We didnt' want to go back so we just ate them. Today we went to the same one and ordered lunch to eat there. AGAIN, no tomato on our chalupa and tacos had only meat and lettuce. I asked the girl behind the counter that took our order and she said they no longer put tomatoes on those items. Guess they no longer put pico de gallo on the Fresco tacos either although I didn't order those this time. She said you have to ask for them and it was now an "add-on", I guess that means more money charged! Is this true or just something they're doing there? Not fair to just stop preparing the food as it's always been done and just not say anything. Not very good tasting without tomatoes! I wont' be going back there if it's going to be a charge for the few little chunks of tomatoes they put on food that's supposed to have them anyway.

Taco Bell service in drive through.

11:40 a.m. Taco bell on south 5th Avenue, Pocatello, Idaho 83201. Went through drive in, ordered food. Passenger also wanted food but had to pay separately. Window worker told me I would have to go through the drive through a second time or walk in for him to ring up my passengers order, that it was more convenient for them on getting orders out on time. There was no one else in the drive through but me. So I went in and played for my meal and asked for a second order for my passenger. It took them 10 minutes to get me my already cooked food because they didn't understand that I just drove through the drive through and then walked in like they advised me too? And then they finally took my second order, and it took them another ten minutes. I was late for an appointment thanks to MY wasted time here at this restaurant. And mind you this was before lunch rush, there was no one else In the drive through but me, to begin with.

Taco Bell bad product and service

9/27/18 taco bell 015366 - ashland road, mansfield, ohio - dining room is closed so had to go thru drive-thru - ordered crunchy taco supreme, cinnamon twist and small drink. Taco was "old" - shell stale and bottom was soaked and nothing but grease. They forgot my twists - so I had to go back thru the drive thru to get them - then - they had absolutely no cinnamon on them yuk! You hire these kids who don't have a clue about customer service or "listening" to what the customer says, and don't pay attention to what you ordered and what they are giving you and then wonder why your customers complain. Wake up - your reputation is going down the tubes.

Taco Bell hair found in my food

I ordered around 8:00 got my food to go and when I got home about 20 minutes later I was eating my chalupa beef supreme I found a hair in it. I tried to call the store but got no answer. I would like to talk to someone and see what can be done. Taco Bell poor customer service

This Young Lady Works At The Taco Bell At Tittabawassee Saginaw Michigan location She is Always On Drive thru with a bad attitude She Does not explain Nothing on the menu an if you ask for anything extra you will not receive it. I Happen to be looking On Mlive An came across her picture this is pathetic that Taco Bell has a criminal work at there store the girl looks exactly like this picture "Rough" I Don't Advise anyone to Visit this location

Taco Bell taco salad

I purchased the taco salad like I oftend due. The shell tastes like soap. This was a waste of my money. I ate the everything except the shell so that I could at reduce the amount of waste I created. I order that taco salad at least once a week and have never had this problem but I don't know if it was soap or a chemical that had been sprayed onto my shell. This should be investigated by the company. I would hate to find out that we are eating posion because employees are spraying chemicals around our food.

Taco Bell middlesboro location

I've always wondered why the Middlesboro, Ky location can serve such small portions on everything! I've visited other locations across the country and never had this problem anywhere else! When I complained to management I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about and told if I wanted my tacos, quesadillas, burrito, nachos, etc filled like other Taco Bell then I'd have to pay for extra. I was blown away. So if I want a quesadilla without 2 out of 4 pieces empty then I pay extra etc. I have to order more food at this location to equal what the other chains do. I got in the habit of ordering 2 extra soft taco supreme each for my family to make sure they were leaving full. Then at any other location it was way too much because they actually filled the food up. My family loves Taco Bell anything and anytime but we have stopped going several times a week because of this. We love to go if we are out of town and always do. Knoxville and tazwell TN. Barboursville, Corbin, Richmond, Lexington, Louisville KY. Are all locations we frequent on trips and have no complaints at any of them. We took a two week drive out to San Diego CA and ate at several along the way and never ever ran into another location that does this. I've been having this problem and complaining for 5 years or more and I went today for the first time in almost a year to see if anything had improved. Well if anything it's worse. Someone please tell me who to complain to so that the local people here can enjoy this restaurant and actually get what we are paying for?

Taco Bell food/ menu

Went to Taco Bell on Lockwood ridge In Sarasota FL I asked for a double stuff cheesey Gordita crunch comb and was told they didn't have it but could make it and ring it up. I told them Nevermind just give me a 7 with a Baja blast and just the cheesy Being that worked at Taco Bell I know what they could've done. So when I get to the window after waiting about 8 mins I didn't have no quesadilla then was told I'd have to pay an extra 5 dollars for their mistake

Taco Bell customer service

I want to thank you for being care about me and thanks for your great manager at Miami Lakes Store she was very nice, smiling, know how to handle customers she told you will send me a coupon but I don't remember I gave my address anyway I'm so glad you fix the situations as me Gelo St.Fort I won't use it because God so blessing me I felt hurt when I came people not believe me not fair I'm paying for people mistake I was, I'm and I will still stay customer to Taco Bell since 2006 when I was at Miami Lakes School if in case I receive it I will give to someone who in need even the dollar coupon they gave I will never use it I give it to someone the only thing is matter you fix it my voice has been heard thanks again specially your very great Manager you have .God is good.

Taco Bell 2x potato, gbb, no egg fresco

On 9/8/18 I Received the 2 burritos and found that they had nacho cheese on them and couldn't eat them when I arrived at my house. When I returned 9/25/18 to get my order fixed the order was still made wrong, this time they put egg on it and they took my receipt. I am constantly having issues and 75% of the time I don't get my order fixed and it makes me feel like Taco Bell is robbing me. I'm sure this complaint will go unanswered too.

Taco Bell mexican pizza

I am a vegetarian who doesn't eat meat at all especially beef. I had beef bits in my Mexican pizza which I had said substitute beans instead of beef. When I had received my food the cheese wasn't even baked properly. It was as if they put it in and took it out right away.
I would appreciate it if they told the employees to correct that for any other future customers.

Taco Bell shredded chicken tacos

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 shredded chicken hard shell tacos as I normally do. They're usually delicious and the chicken is always great. However, I went through the drivethru tonight and have no idea what in the world I received. First of all, as soon as I opened the first taco the smell coming out of it was HORRIBLE. I immediately knew something was not right... I didn't know what hit me. I opened the taco and saw BLACK chicken and pulled it out and this is what I got. Absolutely disgusting. In both tacos. I don't even know if this is chicken. I have never seen or smelled anything like it.

Taco Bell robbed at drive-thru at utica, michigan restaurant

At around 5 pm Saturday, September 22nd I was at the Taco Bell located at 45201 Schoenherr in Utica. I had paid a male teenager a $20.00 bill for my order of $10.95. I was given back $4.05 change. I noticed that he had rung up that I had paid $15.00 on the receipt. This was discovered when I had arrived home with my order. So I immediately returned to the restaurant to talk with a female manager.

She explained that they would have to check the register to check if the billing was accurate. She was not happy to handle my problem. After about 5 minutes a female employee explained that the register was accurate. With not an apology or a show of common courtesy towards me. I did not think that I would get my money back but I had tried anyway. The drive-thru male teenager employee had pocketed my $5.00.

So one needs to check the receipt and make sure that the numbers match up or one may find that he/she has been robbed. It is only $5.00 but Taco Bell employees or any fast food drive thru employees may be indiscriminately robbing customers. If I was paying attention when I was still at the drive-thru window I may have been able to call him out on it.

Taco Bell customer service experience

At 9:10 last night 9/17/18, I had a horrible customer service experience with your store manager in Maumelle AR, store number 027494. My order number was 315098 and Alex was my cashier. Alex S. was wonderful, he was pleasant and showed an interest in doing a good job. However, there was a mixup on one of the items I ordered. I ordered black beans in place of the meat on my nacho supreme and Alex listed ‘light beans' instead. I admit that I didn't catch the mistake in the reader board. However, once home my wife and I realized the error. My wife also ordered 2 servings of your pintos without cheese. When we looked in the containers we realized that they placed bean juice in both containers. I took pictures of both because it was hard to believe that an individual didn't take enough pride in what they were doing to at least restock the pintos if it was needed. I called back to the store and was placed on the phone with Sheila the manager on duty. She was horrible!
Sheila accepted no blame or responsibility was unapologetic, showed no empathy, raised her voice and offered no resolve of my issue. At this point my wife and I drove back to the store to get a refund on the beans and to show her what was served. Sheila was nonchalant and dismissive in her tone and didn't apologize once! If that's a representation of how your management is trained to handle customer issues then I don't blame her. However, if she's trained to handle customer issues in a courteous and professionally manner and chose not to do so...then she's the wrong person to have representing your franchise and store.

She was rude, short, raised her voice and was very condescending.

My fault does not lie on Ms. Stephanie alone. I have a serious issue with your corporate standards when it comes to pricing and fairness. My family and I are vegetarians and will only do the black beans that you serve in our taco's, burritos etc... My issue is that we are charged to replace the meat. We don't order items with beans in conjunction with the meat, we order in lieu of the meat. I find it very unfair to pay extra for attempting to live a healthier lifestyle. We pay extra for the beans and yet you've loss nothing as far as inventory on the meat. You're getting paid twice for an item. Do you charge for the meat on your items? No, it comes with it, the price is baked in. However, when items are removed do you charge less? When a request for No tomatoes or No lettuce is made do you reduce the price? Why not just charge for a shell and EVERYONE pays extra for what they want in the shell? That's fair right?
I challenge your corporation to do better. The landscape is changing and their are a lot of people transitioning to vegetarian and vegan based diets. It would behoove you to get in front and show a willingness to offer items and work with those of us that chose a healthier diet. Thank you for you time and consideration.
I've sent a complaint to the store which I'm sure this horrible manager intercepted.

Taco Bell inappropriate behavior by an employee!!!

On Sept. 16 I ordered two chalupas at the 031850 American Canyon Taco Bell in California. My son is a vegetarian and can't eat sour cream. The order was sub the beef for beans and NO sour cream. I arrived home and my son said he couldn't eat it the food because there was sour cream. I was so angry. This is the third time they have gotten the order wrong. I live on Crawford so it's my gas that is wasted again. So I called up and told the guy they will have to deliver my order because is the third time my order is wrong. The guy said they don't deliver. So I slammed the phone. Inexcusable-they messed the order they need to fix it! So I went today, on Sunday, 9/23/14 at 6:20 pm and this guy said: "so you're the one that slammed the phone on me." I said yes, I was so angry. He went to put the order together and said: "this is the last time I will fix your order." I said what? My son is allergic to sour cream; he couldn't even eat that night. He said "I get it" and I said NO you don't get it-in a loud voice, but no screaming, I said you will fix the order. He said "no one talks to me that way, " I said you are full of [censored]. He said "get out or I will call the cops on you, " I said GO AHEAD. The two customers that were there said: "that guy is something else." One of the employees said, "I am sorry for his behavior." I said I am filing a formal complaint and posting my Yelp review and will be talking to the American Canyon taco bell manager. He came back out and said "get out! You will not talk to my employees like that." I said they are not your employees you wanna be manager. So first of all if you people make a mistake you need to fix it. You don't get to tell people that you've wronged that you won't fix your error. Second of all you don't threaten people and say you're going to call the cops because a female stood up to you. Third, no one talks about my kids. If my child is vegetarian and can't eat sour cream you should get the order right! If you can't make substitutions, you need to say so I don't waste my time, money, gas and patience. This behavior is totally unacceptable and this guy is a total male chauvinist pig. God only knows how he treats those poor women who work there. Someone has to stand up to this guy. I will not be going there again until he is fired. He is bad for business and I am going to make sure everyone hears about this. You people need to get rid of this guy fast. Also, he personally went to make my order. I will not be letting my son eat it because he may have poisoned the food or urinated or spat on the food. He looks like a total uneducated angry character. Watch out for this guy he is going to be the next gun shooter. He is totally out of control. You totally need to investigate this and talk to the other workers about this guy without reprisals. For the safety of others, you need to do this ASAP.

Wrong food order received in drive thru. Ask for 2 soft shell supreme tacos ($2.50/ea) and got 2 soft shell sloppy tacos with meat and cheese. Horrible. I called the store when I got home and they asked me to come back. Seriously? Manager was rude (Brittany) and told me to report to this website or bring back the tacos.

Refund plus a gift certificate please.

Taco Bell entire meal

Hello Taco Bell, I'm from Windsor Ontario and we order Taco Bell a lot, my last two experiences haven't been great at all! My
Last experience at the Huron church Windsor Ontario location was horrible. The tacos were soaked and they were not very busy.. we had a big order and the messed up the dorito and gave us a just tacos. But besides that everything was soaked ! The fry surpreme box was even soaked and fell apart. Then the soft tacos were soaked we couldn't eat them . Everything was soggy and gross ! It was also night time so they were closing and I didn't realize until I was home which is far away from that taco bell
