Date of visit 9/14/18 2pm. Batesville ARDue to advertising on tv ordered Chrunchwrap $5 box and Taco Supreme $5 box. Charged $14+change. Flabbergasted when a heavy white lady came to front shouting where where her counter people. Not the person. I was going to complain to besides others were in line so here we are. Please respond. My husband and I stopped for Taco Bell after work wth our child and had many issues with our visit. The drive thru person Monica was very rude. When we ordered at the screen - we had to repeat ourselves multiple times because she was having side conversations with the other employees. Once we pulled forwarded - a few items were missing from our order and receipt. we waited for the remaining food we thought we ordered, a gentleman opened the window and said"wad up ?" We explained ordered 12 cinn bites but only got and paid for 4 - but we said it was okay we would take the 4. The gentleman didn't respond and closed the window. As we waited again, Monica opened the window and said to us " can you pull forward or what?" We explained we were waiting on the quesadilla and she said "but did you order it "? We said yes, she replied " I asked you if everything on the screen was correct and you said yes " my husband went on to explain how he did order it regardless if it was on receipt or not. Monica repeated multiple times "is it on the receipt?" ", "is it on the receipt?", "is it on the receipt?" " -she would not let my husband get a word in. A few other employees stepped in and raised their voices towards us not even knowing the situation. My husband just got done working 12 hours and was extremely tired and hungry. My husband was very mad and told them he would be complaining as he started to raise his voice. As we drove off - a few employees ran out the store yelling at us. I worked as a general manager for many years and never have such experience with workers like the ones we dealt with today. We understand we may not have checked the screen for accuracy before pulling forward but we were rushed from the moment we arrived and once Monica was aware of the item missing - the problem could of simply been resolved with an attempt to correct the error by asking us if there was anything else they could help us with, instead of "wad up" and "can you pull up or what?" . On top of our experience- my chulapa she'll was half frozen and the cinnamon bites were cold. We will not be back to that Taco Bell.
hard tacos
I had ordered 4 hard tacos and received the tacos however the tacos only had small bits of meet on the edges of the shell and nothing in the middle of the taco! I expect a taco continuously filled from one end to the other. Feels like being taken advantage of. This happened at the Jonestown Rd Taco Bell in Harrisburg PA. Their service is so rude and now apparently shady as well.
false accusations and mistreated
I've been working at Taco Bell since last year and was being verbally abused and threatened by others. I once letted corpate know about these issues and got things resolved. Ever since I quitted and months later went there to eat I was being made fun of and threaten to get beaten up by black employees over me defending myself and being the bigger person. They sometimes feel I go there everyday but I don't I sometimes go there if I'm in a mood for going there and to buy stuff. They also charge me $1.06 for a cup and give me a free cup which is unexpected and the large drink is only $2.06 and medium is around $1.80 and small is $1.69. I've seen a lot of teens and other people with different color and same color as me do stupid stuff there and employees don't say nothing to them but they look at me whenever I'm playing on my iPad listening to music while letting it charge up they think I'm trying to do stupid stuff and Im the one giving them my money to eat and drink and that's it nothing else. Was once told I was selling drugs there which never happened and was also accused of trying to "use a used cup for a drink" but really I only took it out because I was trying to put my umbrella inside my bag from going outside from giants and was about to throw it out and eat food I packed and charge my iPad and was thinking about getting a beefy Fritos burrito but was told I couldn't be here no more for that alleged issue, I was never gonna use the cup for drink i always buy my stuff and get my receipts and always throw out my receipts and let employees take out my receipts whenever I don't want them. So after I was told to leave I left and didn't say or do anything I just wanted to avoid the nonsense. I just don't want to think about this no more since it's causing me anxiety and stress. I'm just tired of being treated like trash as a customer and an employee and will not go back to Taco Bell ever again. So that's my complaint and will not give them my money again.
And another thing is that when I use to work there and get verbally mistreated there I tell the manager about it and whenever I talk to the manager, the manager doesn’t do nothing but sit there and let it happen and claim to always look out for me whenever I get mistreated. Even the manager use to treat me the same way employees do claiming I’m slow, and stupid but me having ADHD doesn’t make me those I try my best as an employee and always get the job done like everyone else. They knew about my disability but ignores it and mistreats me. It’s been the worst job I’ve ever had and now it’s the worst place to eat.

I wanted to file a complaint against the Taco Bell in Hialeah located 18750 NW 67 Ave Hialeah, FL 33015 - after being in line in the drive thru for over 25 min and I finally get my food what I get is messy tacos the Gordita crunch had an excessive amount of meat cheese was stuck on the paper and the Gordita fell apart - the young lady at the window clearly hates her job. The service at this Taco Bell is ALWAYS the same thing it's garbage but today I've had enough... worse Taco Bell location ever.
I stopped into the Taco Bell in Grants, NM this past Monday to eat a fast lunch. While waiting for my order I noticed the floor in front of the order area was very dirty. I then looked around the resturant' s floors and they looked like they had not been mopped in a very long time. I looked out the side window and saw that the windows looked like they had not been washed in a long time either. I turned to the front entry area and it was also very dirty including the front door that had hand prints all over it. I started wondering how clean is the cooking area and the prep area in this Taco Bell? I like Taco Bell food and I have never seen a Taco Bell look like this one did. Where is the Regional Manager? Do they visit these locally owned stores to be sure they are up to parr? This Taco Bell is located about 1 block from I 40 and I am sure that the hwy traffic comes off the Interstate to eat and this is a poor representation of a Taco Bell.
overcharged and order was wrong
I just went through the Taco Bell drive thru and was overcharged, food was incorrect and got to wait literally 20 minutes for all that. I would've left but Taco Bell has the drive thru that you are stuck in if there are people in front of you or behind you. When I finally got to the window and got my food I advised the lady my food was wrong. She actually argued with me that it was correct and called me a liar. The food was greasy, soggy and the staff extremely rude! I haven't eaten Taco Bell in over a year or more and sadly won't again.

Recently I ordered taco salad from deferents taco bell restaurants here in san francisco bay area, tree times at thorton ave.in newark, ca. 94560. Yesterday at century boulevard, pitsburg, ca. not receiving what I paid for
I just got off work and was craving Taco Bell so I went to go get some tacos and nachos. Paid for 2 tacos, a drink and the nachos.. and I just got home to find out the nachos aren't in the bag but the nacho cheese is? How does that make sense.. not my first time leaving a dissatisfying review for tbell though. Should have expected it. Certainly makes me wanna give my service to other fast food businesses.

Date of incident: 10 Sep 18/5:48 PM.
Today I went to the drive thru and waited (10) minutes in line with the intent of getting the Diamondback special with purchase of (3) tacos contingent o f purchase of a large drink. I finally got to the speaker and requested the special at (5:59 PM) and was told to "hold on a second" and was then told the computer would no longer allow Diamondback Specials. I told the clerk that I'd been waiting in line over (10) minutes and that they "should honor my purchase". Clerk asked me to hold on and spoke with the manager. I was advised that the computer "shuts down" after 6:00 PM. I told them that I'd got to the speaker at 5:59 PM. My watch is a Fitbit and on atomic time - it's accurate. They told me that I could still purchase food for the full price and I said "no thank you" and had to wait another (5) minutes to get out of the line. Poor customer service folks from management/staff.

Went to our local Taco Bell when we saw a commercial for the 3-cheese burritos, which were great. When offer ended we ordered beef & bean
Burritos. They were great as well. Second visit took beef & bean burritos home, opened & they had hardly anything in them- very disappointed! The pic in beginning of site I went to shows these really full burrito/ingredients coming out both ends of burritos. Contacted Taco Bell, explained situation but never received any answer, even said we'd think twice about returning. Figured we'd give them another chance ( we go thru drive-thru) told girl taking order about our dissatisfaction, told her "we ordered 3 beef & bean burritos a few days ago, they only had about 1/3 amt of contents in them & I'd like them to be filled". Girl didn't say a word. Next window paid, father said thank you, no response, went home. When opened bag, took one out & saw there were 4 burritos in bag, but nothing was said to my dad about this. Ate the burrito, it was mostly beans & rice not much beef, was like eating a plain bean burrito with not much taste which is why we go to Taco Bell & not Mighty Taco. Basic cheesy bean & rice burrito costs $1.00, then charge extra for ea add'l ingredient, meat costing $.60 ea. How much for nacho cheese, etc. I would like to

I ordered 2 tostadas at drive-thru at your location in Dodgeville, Wi. 1st the drive thru cashier was rude and unfreindly when i asked if i could please get some hot sauce. 2nd when i opened the package after driving off i discovered the shells had one dry crusty dollop of beans that covered an 1/8 of the shell. It was plain to see that no effort whatsoever was put into msking these edible. With disgust i had to drive back to the location and confront management who tried to make excuses and kept trying to come up with an explanation. The manager was unwilling to take responsibility. Then gave a refund but did not look at the receipt and shorted me. I have pics of tostadas!

I went into the tacobell on barten Blvd in rockledge fl and it took 15 mins for them to get my food to me and when i got it it was all falling apart and looked like it had been rushed to be made, Which doesn't make any sense due to it taking 15 minutes unless they just forgot about the order, When I tried calling customer service to inform them of the issue the person I was speaking to told me they would not call me back for any reason and told me one complaint won't do anything to help the store, It's a shame because I love Taco Bell but after my experience they will never get a dime from me again
my check being shortened in july
On June 30, 2018, I put in a total of 87 hours which is overtime .. Its been 2 months since i haven't heard anything about why i was short 15 hours on my first check in July . I've also talked to the area coach of Taco Bell August 2, 2018 and was told that she was going to get back with me on the following Monday, I didn't get a reply back or anything and I've also emailed her on that following Monday, August 8, 2018 .. I've been waiting and waiting on some kind of information on why it happened .. I have all of the little slips on the hours i put in .. Yes my name is sean and I do postmates and I was picking up my food throught the drive thru. I asked for a seprate order amd he couldn't do it. So I ordered anyway. I got to the window as soon as I got the food. I asked for a receipt and was refused. I asked to speak with a manager and he said I am the manager. I had to cancel my Call and call the customer back to tell him I couldn't deliver. The customer was very upset. I have never had no problems with taco bell till I went to this taco bell. rice price vs qty

I ordered 2 sides of seasoned rice from your Twinsburg Ohio location and it is seriously the smallest serving ever. Ill attach a picture with a quarter as size comparison. For 1.50 each, I expect to get more of a scoop of a rice instead of a tablespoon. Anyway, you guys could make this up to me with a 5$ gift card? beef burritos
Im a 45 year old man that has been a lifelong customer of Taco Bell In Tucson Az.
I live Three blocks from a Grant location store and visit the store approx. 3-4 times a month and usually spend around $20.00 on assorted menu Items for my wife and mainly Beef burritos for myself.
I went in tonight to get some burros and was told that youve discontinued this menu item.
Im sorry to say that this was my preffered menu item and that with the discontinuation of said item, I will no longer remain a faithful customer of your franchise.
I feel that over the years your franchise has gone away from a lot of the original menu items, and tried too hard at twisting what was once a great basic mexican fast food chain.
I wish your company no real bad will, I just believe in spending my money on what I really want
