We discovered after driving 9 miles back home, that there wasn't any cheese on either Gordita. The rest of the food was good. The Gorditas were bland and blah without any cheese. We have patronized this store many times since moving to the Lansing area from Fort Wayne, IN over two years ago. And we have eaten at Taco Bell since 1975. This was a very disappointing experience. We would like a coupon or some form of exchange to be used at the Taco Bell store. Many thanks.

power menu burrito
I tried the power menu burrito for the first time and was vomiting horribly the rest of the night. I was very unhappy with the turn out . I've enjoyed other Taco Bell items before but this one had me sick all night. I'm not sure if the avocado was bad or the steak but if there is some fix Taco Bell can provide like gift card to compensate I would appreciate it.

On August 24th i drove thru the drive thru to place an order and wasn't sure what i wanted to eat. I asked the lady taking my order if they had anything with 2 tacos and a burrito or something with a taco and just a burrito, the lady was inpatient and rude to begin with and was rushing me, and if she had any suggestions and she acted like she didn't have any, told me whatever i see on the menu is all they have and she kept sighing letting me know that i should just make an order that there were other people to help, i looked behind and there were no other customers, finally i asked for just a taco and a burrito and regardless of her rudeness i still Thanked her she didn't respond but as i pulled i explained it was my first time at Taco Bell there with all the new stuff they had. I gave her my money apology, she snatched my card, told me my total and i thanked her again and she didn't respond but closed the window, so i got my order shortly after and I pulled to the side to check it to make sure i didn't forget anything and thought I'd take a bite. I noticed the lettuce was yellow and a piece had black edges around it, i called and asked for the Manager in whom introduced himself as Gary and he said there was no way the lettuce was no good because he checked the lettuce himself and i stated "Sir, i have worked in the restaurant business before and i know exactly what fresh lettuce looks like and how it should not be served" and i asked if he wanted me to send a screen shot because i can take one and send it to him, he asked me to bring it back in and he would replace it for me or i could bring it back tomorrow. I then told him i would bring it back when i get a chance i had to go to work i was late. So i let him know i would probably be getting off at 8 p.m. and he said he would be there till 9 p.m . I let my boss know the situation and she was ok with me taking the food back and i walked in and the cashier was very kind and asked if i was helped or could she help me an older lady and i asked for a Manager or Supervisor two employees let him know that a Manager was needed and he came around the corner and stated loudly like i was a friend or someone visiting him on a personal matter and said "What's Up?" I looked at him irritated and fed up with Taco Bell already, and I said "Excuse me?! What's Up?

Good Afternoon Mam how may i help you or how can i help Mam or Miss?" Could you be more Professional than that? " And i let him know I was Marie and i had spoken with him about a couple minutes ago about my order and i tried to show him the lettuce and be quiet about the situation since there were others waiting to place and order. He never even looked at the lettuce i was trying to show him. He said "I can replace it with another order or give you credit for another day which one do you want? " I told him neither i just want my money replaced i will never come back ever again and I will go somewhere else that my whole experience there with the rude and very unhelpful drive thru lady was not right and his attitude was unprofessional as well. I had already had my receipt out and had it placed on the counter ready for him and i told him and as he got upset about what i told him about my experience he tells me "I need the receipt back, "i said "It's Right here in front of you Sir. And he snatched it up took out the money and crunched it, instead of counting it out for me and placing it in my hand he put it on the counter and slid it, i picked it up counted it and still tried to be nice and say "Sorry" and smiled so as not to disturb the other Customers i quietly left.

We have been going to this restaurant in Woodland Park Colorado for many many years now and the quality of the management and employees as well as the cleanliness and professionalism of this location has gone down hill.
The current manager (Brent) does not care about the filthy dining area, restrooms and kitchen. He allows the employees to do anything they want and shows no discipline.
A young customer (Freind of several employees) last week challenged the manager and said he would throw a full cup, of soft drink over the counter from the order line and into the kitchen at the staff cooking. Brent told the boy he didn't care what he did. So, the boy threw the cup across the counter into the kitchen hitting the sign board above the register making a high mess on the counter and behind the counter. The manager ignored it and said nothing. The cashier just laughed and did nothing either.
The dinning room and restrooms were a mess and no one cleaned them the entire time we were there.
The roodness and arrogant employees at this location seem more concerned with themselves and there visiting friends instead of the restaurant and the customers. This is horrible. The manager should be fired., the employees disciplined.
We will recommend none of our friends go back to this Taco Bell. We will not go back either. This problem just keeps getting worse over time. We are afraid the food safety is not an issue with this staff and our food may not be handled properly, nor kept at proper temperatures.
speed and food quality.
The Taco Bell in Dickinson, North Dakota is absolutely horrible in many ways! The service was incredibly slow, they got out order wrong and the quality of the food was sickening. On top of that the floors are filthy, the bathrooms are filthy and the toilets don't work. The whole place is outdated, its all an assortment of the colors purple, pink, red, and blue. I have never seen a Taco Bell that looks this outdated and this filthy. I feel that this should be adressed and that this Taco Bell should either be shut down or fixed.
soggy tacos
I ordered my food not too long ago. But the time I got to my destination my food was completely soggy and I wasn't even able to eat. I been at the hospital with my husband all day and not only did I waste my money I'm also still hungry because I refuse to eat it. I don't have time to go back and forth with them on getting my food right. They knew the food was old when they handed it to me. I ordered a Mexican pizza meal with the mango fiesta and a #6 the calupa meal. Everything was cold and soggy. My destination was not even 5 minutes away. I wasted $15 for nothing because we didn't even eat
rude employee
I went to the taco bell in columbus ohio off morse rd this morning i ordered my food pullee around to the window and the lady was rud, she tossed my food to me and closed the window didnt say hace a good day or anything. She acted like i was bothering her i tried to be nice to her but she still was rude i didnt appreciate it and will not be going back.
nachos belgrande, no receipt, no sauce
Did not provide a receipt, claimed that they could not reprint receipt, I said.. You need to provide a receipt . Paid for steak on nachos and extra cheese, received regular nachos belgrande. Backed up behind the 2 cars that were behind me. Asked them to fix it... They were surprisingly not remembering and almost didn't fix it. I had no proof. I understand they may have been busy. I've worked in restaurants. However the customer service was way below par. I did not receive my taco sauce requested either. At that point it was not worth getting back in the drive thru line a third time. Happens Saturday August 25th

I am a frequent visiter of Taco Bell and never had any problem except few time Especially this particular Taco bell. Tonight I went to Taco Bell with my Son to order meal for him. I did order tonight order #196242. The guy taking the order was very rude. After giving order we started waiting the for our order. The guy named phillis threw our order on the counter without calling our order number. After asking is it our order he answered very rudely. We go to Taco Bell for get our Lunch or Dinner, not to get insulted. Very disappointed by the staff of Taco Bell. Cashier Sandy always take wrong order. We have to correct it every time.

I asked my husband to stop by a taco bell (9008 Holly Road Grand Blanc, MI 48439) on the way home from work to pick us up a $5.00 box.he pulled thru the drive thru & asked for the chulupa w/soft taco & brisk mango fiesta.which i found on There own website& he said they all started laughing at him!
They gave him some water down tea& no soft taco or chalupa.everything was cold.it takes him about 50 min and hour to get home.so its not like he could go back and tell them how ignorant, unprofessional& rude they were.i have the receipt, but i will not give our personal info.so these workers cant possible contact us.thanks taco bell.wont be going back.you have cameras, right? You should check them more often.

So, my dad bought my family tacos and burritos, and it was very good, but it is called a bean AND BEEF burrito, not a bean burrito and some beef. I would just like there to be about an equal amount or just put more beef on the burrito. This is just a suggestion but turned into a complaint. All I am saying is that if this happens again I may never get the bean and beef burrito again. Please take this as a suggestion thank you.

We went to Taco Bell at 10:20 in the morning and Taco Bell serves breakfast until 11am at our Taco Bell, we go into the store looking to grab breakfast and the girl and the manager behind the counter were EXTREMELY rude saying that they were no longer serving breakfast, needless to say we walked out of there and we are hoping that something gets done about this. The staff used to be great and it has gone downhill with practically no one to serve you. Very dissatisfied customers!

I get there and order a double cheesy gordita crunch, expecting it to look like the picture and get home. I guess they forgot half the toppings and were never trained on how to make a taco. It's sad to see your employees are to dumb to make the product you sell. Waste of my money and I'm starving. 5 thumbs down! It costs me over 5 dollars in gas just to get there and back so it's worthless to bring it back. Teach your employees how to do their job or they'll keep losing them.
ignoring customers during business hours
The location on Northlake Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens Florida almost never gets the orders right, and OFTEN ignores their customers during business hours. I normally just look past these indiscretions, but when your customers get to your establishment a half hour before you close and you just completely ignore them and the people behind them for fifteen minutes at a time -- that's just unacceptable.

trying to make my boys look bad becauase they gave there 2 week notices and took them off the schedule before the two weeks was up she don't deserve to be a manager, and she was putting some fryer grease inside the beef to make it temp, she don't deserve to be employed there she trying to make customers sick with what she did, and my boys don't need to be treated like that because she wants things her own way. thank you

When ordering soft tacos I was informed that they were out of tortillas and lettuce. The cashier asked if I wanted crunchy taco. I didn't want them but accepted. She then offered to substitute so I said sure please add sour cream. It wasn't until I was At home that I realized that not only had they charged for the free sour cream but there was no sour cream! Next I ordered (2) cheesey bean and rice burritos for my kids. As I was leaving the store 40 minutes after I ordered, I remember hearing the cashier tell another customer that they ran out of beans. My son bit into the burritos and found that we were given nothing but rice and nacho cheese. Finally, I ordered (2) quesadillas and one had literally no cheese! A Taco Bell with no tortillas, no lettuce and no beans? That is unacceptable. I feel that the franchise owner should be notified of their daily manager's incompetence. My receipt number was 4711 and the store number was E720355. I eat Taco Bell quite often but will only be returning to this location in order to speak with management. I have photos of my claim

I filed a complaint earlier today about a manager in Midwest city Oklahoma. I got a call from that very manager. I don't want to have that manager explain away him acting like a high schooler, I just want the Taco Bell owners to know who they are employing. He was rude and he wasn't appreciative of his job. I love Taco Bell very much I just think you should hire nicer employees

You've a terrific TV Ad about "5 in a box" or something similar; looked interesting and tasty. Went to the store on Fruitville Rd. (Tao Bell024541) and they told me they don't have any boxes but they can give me this: Beefy Mini Ques, Beefy Frito Bur, Crunchy Taco, Nacho Cheese and Sml Drink.
While the volume of food and the price were fair I must say the quality was certainly awful. Received each item separately wrapped in aluminum foil, soggy when opened, and most importantly there was little to no distinguishing taste or texture among the items. They were virtually terrible in every way and tossed in the trash quite quickly.
I'd always learned that the Advertising should be designed to fit the product, your Ad should have stated that if volume is what you're after, come on in. If taste and flavor are your goal, go elsewhere.

My food was not made to satisfaction, it was thrown together no meat, a half of scoop of meat ! When I went to inform the supervisor(old Spanish lady) (not sure of her name b/c she was not wearing a name tag) of the problem, she stated " Oh My God " like she didn't want to be bothered, then turned around and ignored me till I walked away! I was not in the mood to curse her out so I just walked away not eating, my horrible food .This will be the last time me or anyone in my family will ever eat at Taco Bell ! rude unhelpful service
Brenda was extremely rude and treated me very discourteous. I would like to see her FIRED! She would not even do what I asked of her and refused to give me to another manager that cared. She has no business at all. I attempted to order a nacho Fri box substituted the burrito for the ingredients of a nacho griller. She is extremely rude every time I go in there and is the only manager that has a really snotty attitude.
