all food. taco & crispy chicken quasadilla
Pittsfield ma 01201. Took 23 mins to get food. Got to window waited another 7 mins til food came. Went to eat my taco it was ice cold, then went to eat new crispy chicken quasadilla & was burned on outside chicken was soooo dry & cheese was dark brown. Had to throw out cuz was so dry I couldn't even eat it. Everything I go there it's atleast a 25 min wait even of 1 person in front of me. Foods usually not warm. I've been inside & waited 13 mins for someone to take my order cuz there outside smoking & on phone. Then they don't come in & wash hands after smoking ciggs. I've also been in there with my bf when 4 employees were talking out very loud about someone being a "w[censor]" loud as can be with customers they didn't care nor tryn be at all quiet. It's a fast food restaurant. No matter if I go to drive thru or inside never got my food in less than 23 mins. Even with only 1 person in front of me. Always cold or under cooked. Shouldn't have to deal with that when ur on the rd if u wanna eat & go. As much as I luv taco bell. Pittsfield ma 01201 is by Farrrr the worse 1 ever. Which sux cuz only 1 close to me within 50 miles.
the spice in some of the meals,
My wife and I went to your restaurant, location in Winter Haven Florida. The service was very good clean and respectful. The problem is some of your meals such as the quesadillas, why don't have warning or asking if you would like the jalapeno sauce. My wife got sick over that spice, I can't take it that well either. My question is can their be a way that the employee's ask do you want jalapeno sauce or not on you food. I am not asking for any freeby's just respect for your customers stomach's Please. I spent $21.95 for the meals and they were horrible.
I just want Taco bell, to be a little more mindful of peoples' digestive needs !
poor customer service
I arrived at the Taco Bell at 2501 Babcock rd. San Antonio, Tx. 78229 at 10:01 pm. An employee was in the process of locking up the lobby doors. He advised me they were closed. I asked what time the lobby closed. He said at 10:00 pm which I already assumed of course. I advised him my car was not running very well right now and I could not sit in the drive through line and I was getting an order to go. He just said sorry and continued to lock the door. So I went home and had a lousy sandwich for dinner. Thanks a lot for the POOR POOR POOR customer service. That particular Taco Bell just reopened after being closed for remodeling for a couple months. Nice way to welcome your customers back. It will be a long long time before I go to Taco Bell again if ever!
It isn't poor customer service (technically it was no service). They have posted hours for in-store business and closed at the advertised time. It's no one's fault but your own that you didn't make it on time. If your car has troubles, find somewhere else that is open or leave at an earlier time. You are an inconsiderate person for expecting this individual to make exceptions for you.
rancid crustos
Went through the drive through at the Rainier Ave Store in South Seattle. Thought the bag smelled somewhat rancid when driving home. Thought it was probably my imagination.
Got the food home. Opened the Crustos. They were so rancid I almost threw up. Had to get them out of the house the smell was so awful.
I don't know if oil isn't being changed or they just left Crustos around for a very long time.
always out of everything, slow, and rude
This taco bell is always out of everything. Including ground beef. What do you order at a taco bell what is out of ground beef? They never cook their shells, they are extremely slow, and they are very rude. I live very close to this taco bell and no matter what time of the day I go, they always do a terrible job. When they told me they were out of ground beef I asked for a recommendation on what I should order and the women couldn't even give me any suggestions. This taco bell needs to change.
worst customer service ever
On Wednesday October 25th 2017 at 9:15 p.m. I went to the drive-thru window at Taco Bell Macon Road Columbus Georgia and was spoken to by the drive-thru window Teller in a unbelievably condescending Manner and tone which I have never experienced before in my entire life of 54 years She was obviously full of hatred towards me or her job or both to the point of so belligerent uncaring of my needs or wants and I was totally disgusted and completely lost my appetite unable to eat my dinner furthermore I did not get a receipt nor did she ask if my order was complete or correct on the screen added to the order from the time I left the screen to drive around after she told me to drive around .She added something I didn't order and was totally unconsoling about her mess up and basically tried to Bully me into paying for something I didn't order.
bad food
We ordered good for the family and the good was hideous. This is the first time I have had a complaint at this store. The store # 033766. Order# 346094. Date 10/25/17. We got a lot of food so I am not going to list everything. Instead I will let you know the bad. Tostada (old style) literally had half the toppings. There was about an inch around 95% of the shell that was only shell . I was gonna let that go till I opened my taco and it was half full I took a picture of it. Then my bean burrito was supposed to have no onion and it seemed to have extra onion and no cheese. Thank you

Today 10/25/2017 @ about 5pm I decided to take my son out for dinner, considering to dine in. It was a long day and I wanted to enjoy some time with my son who I hardy get time with. As I walked into the taco bell in sanford on 17-92 the employee by the name of Kayla M was very rude taking my order. She stood their rushing me and making me feel very unwelcomed. I'm a customer service associate in my job and I know what good customer service is. I can say that my experience today was not good. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. I'm not one to complain but today I felt very disrespected and decided to leave the restaurant and go elsewhere. I would not want anyone else to experience what I did today hence why I decided to report. Thank you for your time.

Yesterday on 10/23/17 at 4:50 my husband went to a taco bell location on south 1st in Abilene, Tx. They proceeded to tell my husband that he is not a firefighter after showing proof of his firefighter card. They then proceeded to tell him he is not worth that discount because he could have taken the card and his fire shirt someone one. As a wife of a first responder your company should be ashamed to let someone like this work for you. This is very disrespectful to all first responders. My family will no longer eat at a Taco Bell after being disgraced like this. We have already told my husband fire department what has happen and they have agreed to not go to a Taco Bell after one of their own got treated like this.

Taco bell in Forrest city, AR 72335. For two days in a row their coffee machine has been out of service at around 7:30 in the morning. I would be very interested in knowing whether it is a severe technical issue or just laziness. the did the complete opposite of my order.
I ordered a soft taco with no lettuce and add the cheese sauce. What I received was a shredded chicken taco with extra lettuce and no cheese at all! I told them the messed up and the just laughed. On my receipt is says just like how I ordered it. Not only did I get charged for the taco but all for extra cheese which I did not even get. I want a complete refund and an apology letter. 5 dollar quesadilla box
Went to two different Taco Bells in Jacksonville Florida. Neither one sold the box for five dollars, said they couldn't honor the sale price. I ended up buying 7 boxes at 6.29 instead of 5 dollars each. That is false advertisement! I have my receipts and believe Taco Bell should reimburse or send coupons. But you also need to make sure you have a deal everyone will honor before false advertising!
the flour tortillas
Every time I order anything with a flour tortilla it’s gummy. Why did you guys change them? Please go back to the way you were making them before. I’ve quit going to Taco Bell because of this fact. Also the beans don’t taste as creamy as before or maybe it’s because they are not prepared right. I dont know but please make the flour tortillas soft so I can go back to Taco Bell.
beef in vegetarian order
There was beef in my mexican pizza.. I’m vegetarian and it says sub beans from beef on the receipt too, this happened to my mom a month ago as well, we’re vegetarian. I have my receipts from these days and pictures of the meal with beef. I want a refund for these, mexican pizzas are not cheap. Someone should make sure vegetarian orders stay vegetarian

I ordered a bean burrito and a steak challoppa...I Received a beef challoppa instead so returned to drive thru to explain and they replaced my order but I noticed no sour cream on my order as i origianly ordered it so I then advised them of this so then I gave order back to them again for the second time so they proceeded to open my challoppa in front of me and the manager put his finger through my food with his glove on mind you and says there it is right there...well I didn't see it and thought that It was so disgusting to put his finger through my food. I took my order and left and I felt that it was so unprofessional that he had fingered my food and never once apologized for their mistake. I am so upset over the whole ordeal I will think twice before eating at taco bell again anytime in the near future...

Stopped at Taco Bell today, 10/21/17 (in Meridian Idahoboff of Linder Rd) after my daughters soccer game because she wanted their breakfast... After waiting at the counter for 10 minutes with no service, a worker wandered to the counter wiping his nose with his bare hand asking me what I would like to order... it was 10:58 at this point and I asked about the breakfast menu. He explained that they were no longer serving breakfast and when I asked what time they stop serving breakfast he explained usually 11:00am... but today "they ran out". I have no idea why we continue spending our money at this place! Constantly missing orders when we go thru the drive or getting they order wrong so today we decided to go inside to order and no one is there... this place is a joke! People frequent it out of convenience because we don't have a lot of fast food drive thru in this part of town- poorly managed! I will NOT be back!

Two of the managers at this Taco bell are having sexual relations outside work. The names of the two managers are Marcus and Bri. From my understanding this is not allowed in any of the Taco bell establishments. The general managers name is Greg Graves it is to my believe he is unaware of this please correct this problem, before it goes any further.
taco bell bay minette, al
Bay Minette, AL Taco Bell is open 7am to 1am on Friday nights, we pull up to the drive through at 11:30 we're looking at the menu and as we are reading they shut off the lights and say they are closed. You can see in the kitchen and see about 3 workers standing around not closing. They are standing around talking and goofing off. We sat and saw multiple vechicles come through a drive through that is supposed to be open, drive off and not be able to get their food because they were "closed". We stayed there for about 30 minutes and witnessed people being paid to stand around and say they are closed so they could goof around and socialize.
taco bell's variety 12 pack
I have recently went to Taco Bell, and ordered a taco variety 12 pack. The tacos were suppose to be supreme with all the toppings on them, although they only put sour cream on some tacos and not the others, this has happened to me before as well. It's almost as if they got lazy and didn't want to put sour cream on the rest. I love Taco Bell and go their often but if I am paying all that money for a 12 pack I should receive sour cream on all of my tacos not just a few.
