Nov.19 my brand new car was getting new winter tires ( purchased at Costco) and rims installed at 6pm. I waited for almost an hour and a half. When I got my vehicle keys back, it was extremely dirty. My car was also extremely dirty, dirt on the inside door handles, steering wheel, drivers seat, gear shift and brakes. 2 of the all season tires were put in the back seat where my beige sweater had drips of dirt on it as well and my back seat was also filthy with dirt. I immediately went inside to speak fo someone. They apologized and asked me to bring my car up to the garage to have a look. The employee had a look and agreed it was filthy and said he would have his manager call me the following day when he was in. He provided me two rags ( one wet with soap and a dry one) to wipe off the dirt everywhere. It was a nice gesture but he should of did it, not me. I am still waiting for his manager to call. When I got home that evening, I took out all the tires from my car, the two that were in my back seat made my seats extremely dirty. I spent 2 hours cleaning out my brand new car. This was a terrible experience. I had two more pics but could only upload 3.
Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for my time in cleaning my car, dry cleaning my sweater and the terrible experience.
Costco citi visa
I'm concerned about the Costco citi card processes I believe that they are comitting fraud when reviewing accounts without authorization. And the only reason I chose to do business with them is the Costco brand. My credit limit was reduced, apparently because they perform a status update once a year. My issue with that is they are not authorized by me, to have my credit reviewed annually without cause. My account with them has been outstanding I have paid and full filled payments of my credit limit several times, paid and exceeded my monthly obligations to Costco citi. And I even paid off my card completely just to have them screw me over and reduce my credit. Completely loss of trust and confidence in that company to provide me with the service I expect from the Costco name. Worst of all is to have an employee lose faith in what the Costco name stands for. And my ability to recommend this card to anyone else after the service and unfair treatment I've received and falls under a racist system in the way black Americans are treated, to think Costco stands by companies like Costco citi who clearly is violating consumer rights is shameful. They directed me to equifax during my call with them to explain the reason for the decision and the Agent found all my accounts to be in good standing and no reason other than I'm a black man in America apparently to reduce my credit limit. I have read other reviews in which they have done the same to others who have kept their account in good standings to have this happen with zero prior warning and no derogatory events or remarks on the Costco citi accounts something is wrong with the Costco citi visa practices, I find that an investigation into Costco citi is warranted in regards to personal information being accessed, race based infraction and miss conduct. How do I trust Costco Citi to guard my information at this point?.. Costco Concierge Service

On 10/12/31- Opened a case with COSTCO Concierge
On 10/25/21 -Sent laptop in (near new Lenovo but just past manufacture's 1yr warranty) on 10/25/21.
On 10/29/21 - I confirmed laptop arrived at center for repair
On 11/6/21 -received it back damaged. Small tear around left hinge now extends all across the bottom of screen, with 1/2 inch opening exposing internal parts, and display has discoloration along the two sides where it appears to have been yanked hard. Laptop cannot be closed nor display properly.
During the 4 wks experience with COSTCO concierge, they:
(1) Never emailed or called me back when I contacted them nor to inform me of status/report of problem.
(2) Each phone calls I made require minimum 45 mins mostly to hold and repeat info to several employee who sounded half a sleep
(3) Couldn't get me the shipping box to send laptop in correctly. Misspelling both my name and address although I repeated this countless times
(4) Constantly "transfer" my calls and blames between "Concierge svc team, "Concierge dispatch team" and "tech support". And there is an Escalation team? And the people I supposedly need to speak CANNOT BE REACHED DIRECTLY EVER, only to be sent a msg. I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY/CALL BACK.
(5) Damaged my near new laptop near destroying it without any note, email or explanation. Just dumped it in front of my house via UPS.
My near $800 Lenovo laptop which I sent in for minor hinge repair only has damaged display and tear ripped across the bottom of display. (See photos) And not a word from COSTCO on what happened and what can be done? My 4wks experience with Costco Concierge has been so horrible that I physically feel ill from stress and frustration. I see on Yelp and other platform many others with very similar experience with Costco Concierge. Something must be done!
I have the exactly same problem with Costco Concierge! I bought a Dell laptop from Coscto.com in August 2020. It became extremely slow in June 2021. I called Costco Concierge several times and they went through many trouble shootings with me, which telling me this is a common problem with my Dell model. After 7-8 phone calls over TEN HOURS on the phone with them, I finally gave up, and started costco online chat for customer service. Then another nightmare started. The girl I talked to initially was very nice and told me it is really unacceptable for a customer to go through what I went through, she said to initiate a return for me and I should also get a UPS label, and I could also return the laptop to the warehouse. So I got a return notification email but nothing else. Then I went to the warehouse and my return got rejected! I was told the return was not properly authorized by the Costco Concierge. So here it goes we started a rat chase, costco.com chat said they can't issue a return without concierge's approval, and the concierge asked me to continue to trouble shoot with them after 10 useless hours! I was on the chat for over three hours today, and requested three escalations. Now waiting for a manager to call back.
This is an absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, unreasonable, unethical process that Costco is putting its loyal customer through. I have been with Costco for over 25 years, will never but another piece of electronics from them!
Kirkland paper towels
Always bought these towel and the last time I purchased them the cardboard roll inside the towels are much smaller than before. I have a paper holder with a 1 inch and 3/4 holder. It is a Aram holder that cost me alot of money.
Need to get them to make the same size roll as before. I rteturned the paper towels to the Costco in Dallas on Coit.
Desired outcome: have a company make the holder the correct old size.
Computer Concierge Service
I bought a Lenovo Flex14 laptop from Costco in Mason, Ohio in Nov. 2019, The laptop battery was dead the end of 2020. I felt lucky to have Costco extended warranty. I called the Concierge service, sent my laptop to them, and got a "new battery" in April 2021. However, when I got my computer I found the so-called "new" battery already had 145 cycles on it, and it died after 5 month less frequent usage. I called and requested a good battery for my April service. The Concierge service asked me to send my computer again, without responsible for any shipment damage. This time I would not take that risk for a terribly used battery.
I am very disappointed with Costco Concierge Service after this my very first experience.
I do not recommend Lenovo Flex14 laptop because of its short battery life.

I purchased solar panels from Sunrun, thanks to Costco at the cost of 45, 000 dollars in June or July of 2019 ( not quite sure of the actual date). They were up and running until December of 2019, now for the last year in a half they have not been working.
I have called Sunrun several times over the last year - and they schedule a date for a technic to come out, and it all ways the following month. And a week before arrival time they send me an email rescheduling the date without an explanation. This has occurred over five times, each time scheduling a month out. Note: my monthly energy bill + solar panel bill is over 500 dollars.
Desired outcome: Reimburse me for lost revenue and/or give me a battery storage at no cost.
No Notification Reduction in Credit Limit
2 Days Ago Citibank lowered our credit limit by 60%. We rely on our credit line for our monthly bills and expenses, have never made a late payment, in fact hpaid $6000 towards the card 2 days before they lowered out limit, and they lowered the limit basically to what we had left as a balance. All our monthly bills come off this card. My credit got hit because we bought a second house, and they are using that against me. I make 2 house payments, have 8-10 credit cards, all of whom I have never made a late payment, the only negative is that we bought a second house so my DTI went up, well guess what. We have been paying both mortgages, and all our cards without a single late payment for the better part of 6 months, and we won't just stop making them now. I make about 150k a year, this is just absurd and put us in a bad spot. To make matters worse I have spoken to many people including managers and there is nothing they can do because they won't look at my situation as an individual.
Desired outcome: Restoration of our credit limit.
Laptop
It is a shame of Costco. It is unbelievable that this department is one of Costco's departments. My laptop had a fan issue. It took me a while every time when I called them to reach a person but nobody was helpful so far. The even worse thing was two of them hanged up the call since they didn't know how to handle. I have called them more than 10 times but so far I haven't got a satisfying answer. Funny that in the middle of factory reset process a woman hanged up, I called back but they told me to contact Microsoft. I thought it is a benefit with second year warranty from Costco but it is really useless.
Citibank / Costco Card Credit Limit
I have been a Costco Business Executive Costco member since 2000. The initial credit limit on my card was set at $10, 000, but is now inadequate since I am booking multiple trips and construction projects exceeding $10, 000. I called Citibank to increase my credit limit to at least $20, 000 if not $30, 000. My credit score has always been between 800 and 820. They of course stated that they would do a credit check and I told them to use TransUnion, since that is the easiest one for me to unlock. They sent a rejection letter saying my Experian credit report was frozen, which it was, but no-one had ever told my they only use Experian. I called back and explained I would unlock the Experian report for ten days, read them my income directly from my 1040 return and Citibank said they would give a response within either 24 or 48 hours. I received neither an e-mail or written response. When I called back they said they sent a response already and would resent an e-mail and letter, after verifying my address and e-mail. Neither were ever received. I called back again and asked to speak with a supervisor and someone in the Credit Line Management department to find out why there was not even a response and why they request was declined. They said they couldn't do anything but "file a complaint" - to which there has been no response. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The result is that I will not be able to get the full Costco rewards for travel and other expenses that have been promised as a condition of using the card.
Desired outcome: Increase the credit limit on my card to at least $25,000
They are doing this to everyone. They are even lowering customers in good standing credit limits at will.
Costco delivery damaged tile in my home
Costco delivery damaged a tile in my entry way when delivering a couch I ordered on line. They dropped the dolly and cracked off a piece of one tile. The driver admitted doing this and both he and myself took pictures. I sent a claim to Costco and they initially contacted me, sent a person to give them an estimate for the repair and they have been ignoring my calls and emails ever since. This has been going on since they delivered the couch on August 13th. I would just like this taken care of by someone either replacing the tile or I will even take a cash offer at this point providing it is reasonable.
Costco CitiBank Visa
I have had an Executive Business account with Costco for many, many years. I have had the CitiBank Visa through Costco since 2007. I have ALWAYS paid my balance in full every month all those years. My credit limit on this card was $33, 000 (I never came close to that). Imagine my surprise when I receive an email from Citi telling me that my credit limit had been lowered to $1, 500 and NO cash advance allowed! They based the decision on the Equifax credit report, and that I would receive a ltter in the mail explaining their decision. When I checked Equifax, my credit score was 791 with NO late or missed payments and no account balances over limits. I waited for the letter from Citi, and when received sent them a letter in return (at that point, a snail mail letter was the only option open to me). Then a second letter came from Citi, telling me to call with information on my income and my monthly mortgage payment information. I called, waited forever on hold and when I did finally talk with a representative, was told that my account was locked and nothing could be done about it. And, no, I could not speak with a supervisor. And that was it.
Desired outcome: creddit limit restored
Same thing happened to me as well, in the same weeks yours did too. We use the card for all our monthly recurring expenses, and keep it paid down, I literally have to contact everything and everyone we pay and change it to something else and yeah I tried the same things you did too.

Golden Nest soup
Bought the Golden Nest soup from Costco. When drinking one of the bottles, my throat felt so hurt! I tried to spit out everything, but some teeny tiny pieces were still in my throat! Rinsed many times finally spat out all of them! I saw glass chips lying there. One is bigger and recognizable, others are all very tiny. I collected the bigger one and put it back to the original bottle and found there still some tiny chips at the bottom! I can't imagine what if I swallow them! This is so terrible! I hope there are not any other product like this on sale and nobody else get hurt! OMG!

Large appliance (Samsung Washer)
I've started a claim July 31/2021 with the Concierge service.
I've had to call multiple times to get information on the claim.
August 27th a repairman came out and stated that he needed to order a part and that it would be in the following week.
Date set for repairman now is Oct 12/2021.
I find it unacceptable to be without a washer when I've purchased the extended warranty to avoid this problem.
Validating the use of good rx coupons
I had a prescription sent from CVS to Costco Dallas because they had an online coupon for $8.05 compared to $30.00 with CVS. the prescription was sent over to costco and when I went in to get my prescription filled they stated they wouldn't honor it. If the coupon is online I would think they are liable to honor it.
If they don't support the coupon it should have been removed from the internet.

First I need to say I already let the membership manager cancel my Auto renew this March, but recently I got the membership renew bill from my bank.

I'm expected to have my washer and dryer today. And I **MADE BUNCH OF COSTCO LOGISTIC CALLS** to indicate and trying to make sure the delivery time, since the building service elevator will close at 4:30pm that is **normal** in NEW YROK and is something that I said in front, and that is something I cannot change.
Logistic team promised me they will come at 3pm, or latest 4pm since they made call. Guess what? The delivery team doesn't show up, and there's no even one phone call to me. No phone call one day before, no phone call today. No notification on anything. nothing!
Now, I have reschedule this [censored], I also have work, and I have to ask time off from my company, I wait a whole day in vain for nothing, and I have to ask another time off to wait it reschedule which is not even my fault, and plus request time off is hard, who will reimburse the lost?
Let me conclude,
1st I don't think it's my fault, because I said in front, and in several times, that I cannot accept deliver after 4:30pm, because it's not I cannot, it's building cannot, and it's normal in New York.
2nd, Logistic team made the call to delivery, and the delivery said they will arrive at 3pm, or latest 4pm, which they didn't.
3rd I suppose/expect to get a notification on delivery schedule call, one day before, and delivery date, which I got nothing, not even a phone call from delivery company.
4th, with such incorrect information, with such unpunctual behavior from delivery, it waste me bunch of time. I have to make the phone call, you don't know how long I have to wait in line, and I have to request time off from my company, and I have to request another time off from my company again, which is super hard. Now who will reimburse all time for me?

Qualicat Scoopable Cat Litter
I use to love buying the kitty litter at Costco. I have three cats and it's nice to always have that extra litter on hand to add to the litter boxes. I have noticed the past while that there's now a scent to the litter. I absolutely deteste scented litter simply because when the cat uses it, the litter produces a 'scent'. I find the smell very overpowering and sickening. My litter boxes never had a smell. Something I was always pretty proud of. Now when I walk in the door or am close by to the boxes I can smell that sickening scent. The scent is my biggest issue but for something being 99% dustfree I'd be interested to see something with a lower percentage. This is terribly dusty and my little closet where they go to use their boxes is full of dust. I clean two boxes out once a day and have been known to do it twice. Can you sell something unscented with less dust? Please! Thanks for your time.

Citibank credit card
My banking information was hacked through another vendor causing all my auto payments to reject! I make two payments to my CItibank per month, I forgot to update my auto payment info but made the additional payments with my bank card which was not compromised. Three of the auto payments were returned but they did receive my extra payments. I incurred fees which is fine but they closed my account causing me to loose the $300 in cashback I had earned. Wrote a letter, showed proof of the breach to no avail. They cancelled my card and lost my cash back. I have never been shown such lack of concern from a CC company and I had Citibank in the past. Very poor customer service. My card was cancelled in June while I was on vacation, I called while out of town and wrote a letter when I returned beginning of July, wrote a letter to them begiinning of August and again at the end of the month.
