Costco Citi card

Citi bank closed my acount due to a matrix trigger that was set off by 2 attempts to pay bill weeks early, and then a third all early. Finally had to pay by phone with debit card nov 5 due date nov 6, person phone says all good, next due date dec 10th. November 28th they close acct, unbelievable!. My credit rating is 748 and I have not made a late payment on any of my other accts for three years. Thank you for repeatedly asking me so sign up so I could be treated this way by your corporate partners. Costco Kirkland pots and pans

Four days ago I emailed Customer Service at Costco and have not received any acknowledgement or reply.

First let me start with I love my Kirkland Pots and Pans but I'm very upset with what happened last night when I was preparing Mussels Marinara (mussels purchased at Costco) and after 2 minutes of heating the mussels the glass lid exploded/shattered sending glass shards all over the stove top, flying towards me and into the dish being prepared. Dinner was ruined, I was visibly shaken luckily only receiving a minor nick on my arm from the glass.

I'm not sure how to handle a request for replacement because the lid and pan were too damaged to salvage and not safe to handle for an in store return. I took photos of the damaged items (attached). I have been a very loyal Costco customer for 20 years and never had a Kirkland product failure like this happen to me. I'd appreciate how you suggest handling this situation for replacement. Costco Kitchen appliances

Had delivery today. No installation till 01/10/2021. Try to contact. Customer service they hang up on me. Very disappointed. How I can get refund for installation because we have to hire people to install. Nobody told me that installation would not be done on delivery day. Refregirator tipping and we have to do water line. Costco Delivery - conflict

After several days of trying to contact your delivery service for my Whirlpool microwave I canceled the order because of the mass confusion in this process. I ordered the product and immediately received the notice that the product would be delivered on or about Monday, November 23. The Friday prior to delivery I received a call from a delivery service you use asking that I call them to confirm and arrange for delivery. I started calling them on Friday, November 20 shortly after receiving the call and was finally able to get through this morning, November 24. They advised me that in spite of the notice I received from Costco that the delivery would be an additional four or five days - immediately cancel the order. Creates confusion when Costco sends out an estimated delivery time frame only to find out is approximately a week off. Not good for customer service

Costco Costco shipping

I order a set of knifes for Christmas, good price. I'm a full time RV'ER so I shipped them general delivery to the usps. Yes I KNOW ups does not deliver to the post office but they have contacted me in the past and I make arrangement to pickup at the UPS facility. Well within a 2 minute window UPS posted package undeliverable and returning to sender costco, no notice to me, I was even signed up for text updates. Called both parties and nothing could be done due to item returning to costco, thats crap, tracking showed item sitting at UPS Newport. People at their computer screen sitting somewhere in the world not having any idea what is going on. just what they see. Offered a refund but said it will take 3 to 5 business days, WHY NOT TWO MINUTES...or verify with UPS THE PACKAGE IS IN NEWPORT, AND THEN HOLD IT FOR ME TO PICKUP...

Costco Purchase patio online

I purchased a patio online you guys canceled it because you didn't have the product I had to wait a few weeks I purchased it again you guys set up a delivery date with me then two days before supposed to be delivered you canceled you're very unreliable I invited people to my home because I thought they could be outside on the patio and now i'm left with no patio set your irresponsible and i'm gonna tell the whole world what you've done to me in this dangerous time of covid-19

I'm so disappointed that the combination pizza has been discontinued! All you offer is cheese and pepperoni! The pepperoni is the worst I ordered two whole pizzas for a birthday, it was awful! Why did you discontinue it? Please bring it back it's our favorite! I cannot believe you would discontinue that! It was your biggest seller! The pepperoni pizza is your worst choice!

Costco Samsung oven

I purchased an oven for my daughter on January 14, 2016 from the Costco location in St. Albert, Alberta. The model number is NE59J34215S. She was elated as she has never had a self-cleaning oven. For the past several months, she has been having real serious concerns over the temperature control. She cannot keep the temperature at the selected control. She complained to me about it some months ago and I knew that the warranty would be already expired, but it was with great dismay that this large purchase should only last 4 years. Her husband related the problem with the self-cleaning feature and asked her to stop using it and so she had discontinued it. I just returned from their home and while I was there I wanted to bake bread and cookies. While preheating, the digits came counting up rapidly which is highly unusual. It didn't reach the temperature that the panel indicated. I called the St. Albert Costco and the representative was rather unprofessional and was not at all helpful. She suggested calling the manufacturer. We knew they would not honour or consider our complaint. I mentioned this to an individual in Alberta and she told me that her sister had the exact same thing happen to her after purchasing an oven from Costco. Without a doubt, Costco has proven to be a very customer-friendly business and so I am appealing to you to please consider this as a legitimate complaint. There is definitely something wrong with this product and I know that you stand behind the products that you sell. It took months for this individual to receive a replacement and I am confident that you will realize that this is a faulty product and should never have been on the market.
I live in Saskatoon and my daughter lives in Clyde, Alberta. I can provide the membership number upon request. Thank you for your consideration to this matter.

Costco Rude behavior...

On Nov. 19, 2020, the undersigned entered the Costco store in Kalispell Mt. Upon entering, my hands were occupied with basket, my membership card, and my mask. A chubby lad working the entrance stated that masks must be worn... I am aware of that, and to give me a chance to put it on. In an instance, a "stormtrooper"looking chap, with his new "marine" haircut sprinted up and got in my face about what I had said. I told him what I had said and put on my mask. This caffine driven lad appeared to be some sort of supervisor, short on manners, and tact. He then "granted" entrance to the Costco "kingdom". I have been a Costco shopper since the days it was called Fedmart, started by Sol Price in San Diego, later called Price Club... My membership expires on Nov. 30... I will never be seen again in this establishment.

Costco Policy changed that occurred 11/16/2020

Costco is breaking federal ADA laws. Autism causes sensory issues making it impossible for many to wear a mask or face shield
I have a family member that is Autistic she attends HCS elementary school. Primary area of Disability is Autism, 2nd area Intellectual Disability severe per the IEP she can not wear a face mask because of sensory issues. Her mother was embarrassed, severely harassed & asked to leave several times trying to shop at Costco on 11/17/20 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Craig Jelinek President & CEO Costco changed the policy on "11/16/2020, we will require all members, guests and employees to wear a face mask or face shield at Costco locations. Entry to Costco will only be granted to those wearing a face mask or face shield. Children under the age of 2 are exempt. Costco has had a face mask policy in effect since May 4, 2020 but members who could not wear a mask due to a medical condition were exempt. This is no longer the case. If a member has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask, they must wear a face shield at Costco. This updated policy may seem inconvenient to some, however we believe the added safety is worth any inconvenience. the goal is to continue to provide a safe shopping environment for our members and guests and to provide a safe work environment for our employees."

Costco does not offer all items for sale online. Many items they sell are only available for store purchases only. Not available online in any way. Shopping in the store is the only way to view many items that are only offered for a short time period. Therefore they are not offering Alternative measures for those that are disabled.

This is a clear violation of ADA Federal laws. This is discrimination for those that are disabled and clearly unable to wear a mask. Not allowing someone to enter a property because of a disability is against the law. Looking for a powerhouse attorney that can take on Costco. Parents when you go to Costco make sure you have documentation to show that your child is disabled and unable to wear a mask. This is against the law.

This policy must be changed or a lawsuit must be filed to stop Costco from Breaking the law.

Please go to HeathyAmerican.org and get your info & documentation for your state, we all can sue them for violating ADA.

As a person who played a small role in the drafting and review of ADA in its early and late states more than 30 years ago, I agree with this person. Costco is violating federal law and is discriminating against people with disabilities. I further agree that the claim that the ability to purchase online that is being offered as the 'equivalent' fails on more counts than I care to elaborate on here -- although the author did a great job pointing out several of the more salient points.

States and corporations cannot over-ride federal laws. Costco does not have enough evidence (beyond falling victim to the hysteria) to claim that going beyond the former mask policy will make any material difference in the spread of the any of the corona virus family -- which, by the way, is a different thing than the spread of Covid-19 and which is not confirmed to be spreading.

Costco Hearing aids

Membership # [protected] letter below was returned by me to costco with a survey about their customer service:

October 29, 2020. I had an appointment with ed gluza to be fitted for plastic tips to fit in my ears because of reoccurring allergies from the silicone tips that came with these hearing aids.
Ed took my hearing aids out and then he told me that I didn't have enough time left on my warranty to try out the plastic tips that I was expecting to get fitted for that day at my expense.
There has been an issue with ed gluza since 2010 (at which time one of the silicone tips of that hearing aid set somehow disconnected and unknown to me got lodged in my ear and was not discovered by anyone for about 2 years. Since then i've had occasional flare-ups (i'm not sure how ed gluza can diagnose it as an "infection" as he did on the recent return document.)

I had no intention of returning my hearing aids but ed had different ideas and he then proceeded to refund my money and coerced me into accepting the refund.
He also told me not to come back to the costco hearing department and to go somewhere else.

I was then and I still am in shock that ed wasn't willing to work with me.

History during covid19
March 2020. I had been fitted for hearing aids and paid for them. I was scheduled to get the hearing aids but then covid19 forced closure of the hearing dept. My appointments were cancelled and they didn't have any idea of when the hearing department would be able to resume normal business so that I could receive what I had paid for. We requested a refund until such time that the hearing aids that I never received could be delivered. Ed called that a "return" he also said that the manufacturer had to destroy the hearing aids, absorb the cost and start over. Who does business like that? We even had a meeting with ed, the store manager, I and my wife. We didn't feel we were being heard and we didn't feel anything was settled but decided to put things to rest but I guess it wasn't that way. I sure didn't expect ed to take my hearing aids and react like he did. I do not wish to speak with ed gluza or deal with him. We have been costco members for many years and if someone from costco wants to resolve this matter please have them call me

Costco Membership

I'm currently trying to purchase a GMC vehicle and the dealership asked if we were Costco members. We weren't at the time. But they said if we became members, we would receive $1, 000 rebate from GMC to go toward new vehicle purchase. So we looked it over and bought a membership. Little did we know, that in y'all's fine print it showed that persons needed to be members before 9/30/20 in order to receive this rebate. This is very misleading, for the simple fact that, this requirement is only shown in a disclaimer which is at the bottom of the second webpage link we were brought to, to sign up for rebate certificate. Not on the original Costco auto webpage under disclaimers. So if we are not able to get this rebate, we want a full refund of our member ASAP. Thanks

Costco Alert!! Prepared food - "traditional shepherd's pie"

Item - ...00039846. PACKED ON - 20/OC/19 - 17:12. Best Before - 20/OC/24.
1.94 kg.
We have this product 3 or 4 times a year and have always enjoyed it: however, this one was very, very HOT, in a very unpleasant way. None of the others even come close to his HOT spiciness! It one tasted as if a hot batch of jalapeños had been dumped into the mix. Hot, burning acid. I say acid because it burned our mouths, throat and stomach. We had cool coffee on the dinner table and drank it down. My stomach and bottom of my esophagus burn for quite some time afterwards. Milk and tea did not help much.
It said "traditional" not new Mexican Hot! There is something wrong with it. This is an alert. We kept a sample in the freezer.

Costco Kirkland pacific bold coffee k-cups

We have purchased this brand Pacific Bold K-Cups over the last 9 Year's. The last two or three years we have had a bad experience of receiving a box of 120 K-Cups that had 15-30
K-Cups with flat tops. (Most K-Cups have a rounded top that is Puffy). The flat top k-cups do not have a fresh taste. We know to return for refund however this is not the quality we expect. We purchased a box 10/15/2020 and the entire box was full of flat top k-cups. We understand that the vendor that makes these k-cups for Costco is Starbucks. Why can't Costco demand quality control so we do not have to experience this poor product? We really enjoy this product and hate to change.

Costco Dryer washer delivery issue

I put online order from costo.com for Dryer-Washer combo from in September 2020. Delivery date shows Oct 13 2020. I waited no one called. I check couple time order status online still showing Oct 13 2020. I called on Oct 13 2020 and talked to receptionist and asked when will I get my order as no one has call me yer, she can't find anything and she told me that she will call me back with the status. No one call me back and now my order is automatically cancelled. The same day I got e-mail I try to reorder it and it shows it's out of stock, how is that possible? That means they lied to me for a whole month and then they cancel my order. When I call and asked for a reason receptionist stop talking even I was calm. I was holding but he never spoke a word. I called second person and new person told me that I have to wait 5 to 6 days until that appliance back to warehouse. Are they carry only one item? Does that mean if many people like to order one product only one can purchase., I think that silly. This is my first bad experience. I hope this is my last one too.

Costco Ruprecht's braised beef short ribs with sesame bbq sauce

This product is the most disgusting meat I ever bought from Costco. It was sold for $22.87 a package comes with 2 narrow thin pieces of ribs that are worse than animal food and tons of plasticy fats. We dumb it in the trash. Costco must pull this product off their stores and stop ripping off their loyal customers.
