Costco slice of combo pizza

The pizza I got was dried and definitely put under the warmer too long and however another customer was given a fresher one that I believed had better looks and I feel that I was given a bad piece of pizza and served such bad quality food because I was not good looking and fat I feel real offended by this act and I have been a loyal Costco customer for 5 years this is definitely ultimate disrespect and discrimination. I had to throw it away because it was so dry.

Costco udis gluten free bread

I have always purchased my Udis gluten free bread from Costco as it is the only place I can get Udis that the slice is like a normal piece of bread. At all the other grocery stores, Udis slices are about 1/3 of a normal slice. Well that seems to no longer be the case. The last two times I purchased Udis at Costco, the slices are the same as everywhere else. No longer worth the trip to Costco.

Costco tire center and their service.

Date of incident: 09/23/2017
Invoice #: [protected]
I had bought and replaced 4 tires from Costco, Richmond, California. During replacement they found dent at inner side of a rim and asked me to replace it.
I agreed to replace 3 tires at that time and order rim come back with new rim and replace 4th tire on new rim on later date.
In the mean time I decided to keep existing old tire/rim as spare/donut. I discuss with on site person and ordered a new air pressure sensor for new tire.
Next day I got call that the sensor is arrived and I should come before 03:00 pm on Saturday/Sunday to complete this job.
I arrived to Costco well before time but the manager/supervisor, Shannon, refuses by saying we have enough work and cannot take your work order.
I asked to talk to his manager and he left and came back with word that he is going to take my job but deliver my car around 07:00 to 08:00 pm.
I agreed and I told him to keep the old rim/tire intact as spare/donut. When I was talking to him he was rude and few thing which he asked and I did not properly answered he rudely says "this is not what I asked". His behavior shows that he is not interested to listening to me. He was doing other work while he was attending me.
When I went back to get my car I saw technician is placing only old rim without tire on it in my car and I told him that should be rim/tire intact which I will use as donut.
I told him that I provided new rim, tire and a new sensor and technician argue with me and ask to provide him new sensor receipt. He obviously did not install new sensor.
Then all technician start looking for my old tire in pile of old tires they have and pull out a tire of same size number and install on the old rim and gave it to me. I am not sure if they install a sensor in it and what happen to the sensor I ordered. The manager did not even come to me to explain situation and the technician just handed me car key and shut shutter door.

I lost my confidence on Costco Service and I am sure new air pressure sensor is not installed in my new tire and old tire may not have sensor. Old tire given to me may not be the actual tire from my car.

Costco employee complaint

I today was into Costco in Saint John New Brunswick. As I was waiting to enter the building I stood in line with my membership card in hand, as I stood there it became clear to me that I would not be recognized right away as the woman who was the greeter at the door was deep and talk with some people. I proceeded to wait for a minute and still after not being recognized I decided just to walk in as I was just picking up my ink refills as this was me on an errand for a job.
I walked over to pick up my ink refills and after receiving them the woman was standing in front of my heart making a scene and embarrassing me. There was no discretion used and she flat out said you are supposed to stop and show me your card and you did not do that do you not know how this is done here. I showed her the card and she stood there with her hands on her hips and giving me this evil glare.
I found this very inappropriate and very embarrassing. She could have just as easily asked me to see it without making the scene.

As I proceeded to the front checkout I saw this woman passed by I ask the cashier if she knew the woman's name. I was told that her name was Marion. I will admit I did say to the cashier when she asked me if I would like to speak to a manager regarding her I said no that I would call it in.

I would suggest that if we are paying for memberships that maybe possibly there should be more people on the door. I left there very embarrassed and humiliated by the actions of this woman. I myself am usually a very quiet person who deals with a lot of anxiety. I cannot wait to get out of that building as I felt like I wanted to cry from embarrassment.

I really felt like this something that should be addressed.

Thank you

Tessa

Costco cashier behavior

To whom it may concern:

Dear Madame/Sir,
I would like to bring to your attention the following:

While shopping at Costco warehouse #55, 7423 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC, I encountered a very distasteful incident. My Costco membership number is [protected]. Invoice number: 34523. AUTH: 016487. Date: 09/22/17. Time: 16:36:39. Reference number: [protected]-[protected].

Facts: I was at the cashier, when it has been noticed that one of the item I purchased did not have the price tag. Therefore, the lady that was helping with placing the merchandise in the cart, gracefully offered to go and bring/replace the specific item.
In the mean time, my daughter started to help placing the items we shop in the cart. I was reaching for a cake that I could not grab and hold from the client side of the counter, and I asked the cashier to help me with the cake. She looked at me very offended and said: “ Excuse me!”.

After that she turned her back on us, while my daughter filled up the cart. Please find attached the photo I took of the cashier turning her back on us while we were filling up the cart and waiting for the other lady to bring/replace the item without the price tag.
I found this behavior highly offended! I have been in Canada for almost 20 years and I shop at Costco, I believe since 2004, and I have never ever encountered such inconsiderate and disrespectful treatment. It might seem minor to that lady cashier, but it was deeply hurtful to me.

The problem is that when I discussed the issue with the shift manager, she also took it very lightly, she apologizes in behalf of the cashier and practically showed us the door. It is completely unclear to me if the shift manager was even willing to talk with the cashier about the incident.
In the end, I have been left with the impression that clients do not matter to Costco. It felt like this type of attitude: “Shop here if you want, if not, we do not care. See ya.”

If this is the Costco spirit, then I guess it is nothing for me to do or hope for.

Respectfully,
Mirela-Anca Gorjanu

Costco rude food court employees

I am very disappointed in my experience getting a pizza at the food court. Sounds silly but this is the second time I ordered and was forgotten about. This time the pizza sat for 10+ minutes after they told me they’d call my name. The pizza was cold and starting to harden. When I mentioned it the lady just stared me and walked away. If the regular order is to come back up fine but I was not told that just that they’d call me. The

She also didn’t want to serve me the sundae I paid for. Said it was watery from use. So was she going to refund my money if I said no?

I get it it’s just a good court but honestly I’m paying my money for a service they claim they’ll deliver but don’t and the could care less. Very frustrating

Costco service at the food counter

I think they should teach the food service a little customer service . I did not get a name because ahe wasn't wearing a name tag. But Friday September 22, 2017 the food service rep was rude and had the audacity to roll her eyes at me when I asked for foil to cover food to go. I asked for her name and she refused which is why I am here making this complaint

Costco service

At about 10 am yesterday (11/21/17) I walked into Costco (Eubank location Albuquerque, Nm) grabbed my items and stepped into a line going all the way back to the flower display. It is now about 10:15 or so and there is ONE that's right one register open. One opened up but an employee decided to jump in front of paying members. gotta give the manager credit he let her know members come first especially when you have a line that long and one register open. I'm sure your single cashier was not too happy about being the only register open and her attitude towards myself and other members showed it! Costco needs to run right and and when it happens to have problems your employees should not be dumping their emotions on members. My cashier didn't even say "Hello" and never gave me a total for my items. She scanned my items and just sat their waiting for me to give her the money indicated on the screen that was facing the opposite direction form myself. Also she didn't even have the curtesy to put my change in my hand she just slammed it on the counter and said there you go. I don't like dealing with your employees emotions because your club is not ready to take a handful of customers 15 min after opening. You screw up and I, the paying member, has to deal with. Why?

Costco staff member and bagging my purchases

Tuesday, September 19, 2017 @4:53 p.m. St. Albert Costco
"Bob" was finishing bagging my items - I had 2 bags total. He sneezed right into the one bag (holding a blu ray and Tex Mex Cheese) .. he wiped his nose then sneezed again this time into his hand. This is not sanitary at all. I was so grossed out - we are told to sneeze into our elbows and for gosh sakes, COVER THE SNEEZE TOO. Don't put your cooties into my bag. I went home and used rubber gloves to remove and wipe everything down.
again, it was St. Albert and his name was BOB ... beware of him.

Costco customer service

As me and my partner were getting my spouse member card, we were greeted by a very unwelcoming face. The employee "Davide" did not look at us once, nor did he say anymore to us then "what do you need?". Once he verified that we were co-habitatirs, he said "you need a picture" a proceeded to walk away, I assumed he wanted me to follow. I stood in front of the camera for 2 minutes or so, without any direction, he did not look at me once and then proceeded to very rudely say "you're done". When I walked over to get my card from him he did not look at me, nor did he say anything to me. And then proceeded to walk away.

Me and my partner said "hello, how are you?" At the beginning, as well as numerous "thank-you's" as well as "have a great day". None of these were met with any replies. Nor one glance.

The part that makes us the most upset is that he was so polite and upbeat with the customer right before us. This was a horribly rude experience and I expected more from the employees of Costco.

Costco employee

9/19/17 at Hawthorne Costco in California #564. 1107am
A customer was purchasing a deep freezer that was not in the box and was a head of me, member #[protected]. Jesus who was the cashier asked the manager to get the sky number so he can ring the customer up. The manager told Jesus to push the deep freezer aside and take the next customer which was myself and asked wasn't there deep freezer in the box? Jesus said he don't know. Instead of ringing me up Jesus keep conversations with the deep freezer customer in Spanish. I asked Jesus can he ring me up while he waited for the sky number. Jesus said he couldn't because he already had the customer in the system. I told Jesus the customer isn't purchasing anything that have been rung up and he was waiting for the sky number for the deep freezer so nothing was in the system. Jesus ignored me and keep talking to the deep freezer customer in Spanish and kept myself and other customers in line waiting instead of what was instructed of him to do from the manager and my request. Jesus was inconsiderate, deliberately ignored his manager instructions to continue to ring other customers up and was very unprofessional. Please address this matter with him. He represent Costco, a very reputable company that I have enjoyed being a member of for fourteen years.

Costco item #431391 60" lifetime tables and cart combo

I ordered this product in July 26th, 2017 along with another cart. I am still waiting to get the table and cart combo. In the meantime I have received 4 carts and no tables. I have had the total ($3, 966.28)put on my card twice on and off all summer.

I have been calling weekly since August. I have been calling almost daily in September. I had ordered these products for our church. We have had 1 big event which I had to scramble and get other tables. I have a bigger event on Sunday, Sept 24th and will now need to rent tables.

I have been given NO information on why it has taken so long until yesterday. I have been moved to priority since at least Sept. I get an email stating they are sorry for shipping wrong item yet no contact information to reach this person.

This has gone on long enough. It is causing me sleepless nights, stress and it is unacceptable. I have ordered things personally and for my work at the church. I am ready to no use Costco anymore. With working in a church the whole congregation knows that we have been waiting for the tables. That is a great deal of people who have heard we still do not have the tables.

Every time I call I get a new person which has to read my file and still no results. You have done a poor job of having contact information if having problems like I am having. If someone would have said at the beginning that the tables were on back order that would have helped.

Costco customer service / discrimination at aurora co. store

The incident happened On 08/25/2017 17:59 my son went into the Costco store located on 1471 S. Havana St. Aurora, Co 80012 to purchase his medications.
He was refused entry to the store . He was told that Costco store policy does not allow backpacks. However the policy states that you have to allow inspection which my son offered immediately.
The assistant manager came by and lied about the policy my son pointed it out and then was allowed entry. The backpack contains necessary medication and he let them know this. Other customers came in with big bags and were not questioned.
My family makes a combined income of about $400, 00 a year and we had chosen Costco because we don't support Sams Club or its affiliates. We used to spend a large amount of money there before this incident. We have not returned since then and will not be doing so. I have made my personal and numerous business contacts aware of this and they too will not be shopping there. I will just give my business to deserving companies like Whole Foods and Natural Grocers. They are continuously friendly and provide great customer service.
Costco should train their staff better in policy and customer service. My son was stereotyped because of his look, he is a bit darker skinned than I am and because he carries a backpack that contains vital medication. This is both medical and racially motivated discrimination. I will be reporting this to the ACLU as it is in inappropriate and unfair.
Thank you.

Costco kirkland organic hard boiled eggs

Hi I've been purchasing the Wilcox brand of organic hard-boiled eggs for quite some time and I have sold them to so many people that I know who were also using them. A few of them told me lately that you guys replaced it with your own brand and they were horrible and threw them out or had to return them. Including my 90-year-old parents Who loved the Wilcox brand like me. I tried him for the first time today and they are absolutely disgusting. They smell weird the texture is weird the taste is horrible they are just not even edible. Please bring back the Wilcox brand. As I was standing there today another gentleman came up behind me because he was hoping that the Wilcox were going to be back. He said he tried the Kirkland brand twice just to make sure and both times he brought them back. The date code on the ones I purchased today was November so they're not old and I think you should just go back to the Wilcox! Thx

Costco is still selling these vile things and they still taste like a saltwater oyster farted into the bag before they sealed it. This is not something inherent to all pre-cooked eggs. I buy hard boiled eggs from Walmart and Target and they taste fine, like you would expect a hard boiled egg to taste. But these things are inedible. They haven't gone bad, they're just preserved awfully somehow. It doesn't smell like vinegar, it smells like a stagnant tide pool. Do not buy unless you like throwing your money away.

I totally agree! The Kirkland brand is horrible! I have purchased the hard boiled eggs for quite awhile, and similar to other comments, in the past my family totally enjoyed them. However, the new brand smells horrible and is nothing close to being edible. The white part of the eggs are mushy and melt in your mouth...it's disgusting! We've tried buying the Kirkland brand several times thinking we just got a "bad batch." Not so. Please Costco, go back to the other brand and you will make your customers happy again!

I am so glad I found this post! I have been buying the hard boiled eggs since they were packaged 6 in one package! Lately, though, I have to agree with the comments here. I recently bought the Kirkland hard boiled eggs and each package I opened had a funny smell. I, too, thought it was because the best buy date had passed, but no, I still had 3 weeks to go. This current batch with a best buy date of October 18, 2018, looks like the eggs are disintegrating. When I tried to dry them on a paper towel after rinsing them, the whites were soft and came off on the paper towel. I have been rinsing and drying the hard boiled eggs for years and this is the first time I have ever seen anything like this!

OMG, I thought it was me! The first time buying the Kirkland brand (after buying Wilcox for several years) every time I would bite into these, my involuntary gag reflex would kick in and I'd throw the remainder in the garbage including the unopened ones (thought I got a bad batch). Tried them a second time same thing happened. So stopped buying them altogether. Then, about a month ago, they had them as samples. Tried the sample and it was fine. So I bought some. Those were fine. Bought them again and the severely, gag-inducing, nauseating taste has recurred. How on Earth does someone mess up hard boiling an egg?

I agree. Recently, the hard boiled eggs at Costco have dramatically changed for the worse. They taste sour, "off". I also tried a second box of them and the same weird sour taste prevails. I hope the return line is short today.

Costco warehouse customer service

Was at your 12350 Carmel Mountain Rd location and almost ran into one of your female employees outside with our cart. Please tell me when is it ever a good idea to use your [censor] to direct traffic? Whatever happened to using your words to let customers know to stop as carts are coming by. Obviously we did not see it coming but turning your back to us and using your [censor] as we are approaching is not a smart idea. She was VERY RUDE. what happened to customer service? It must be dead.

Costco roast chicken

I bought the roast chicken yesterday, and when I opened the box, I found out some weird small white granular stuff on the chicken. So I went online and did some research to see what exactly it is. I found out that these are flies eggs. I don't know how the eggs appear on the chicken, but it is absolutely disgusting. I felt sad that I found this in Costco just because I used to trust this place, but I probably will never buy that again.

Costco customer service/cashier

I just left my favorite Costco in garden grove. I'm used to the traffic in the parking lot and even inside, as a family of 6 we visit every week to restock. Typically when we're checking out the cashiers are friendly and engaging, unfortunately today was different. Dustin was our cashier at the garden grove Costco in .CA. (september 16th 2017 @ 12:30)He was short with me when as soon as he began scanning our items. The couple in front of us weren't done paying before he started grabbing my items, I let him know that the items were separate and he cut me off and said "yeah, yeah. I got it I know." I let it go and as the couple finished in front of me I asked him to put my veggies and fruits in a box which I actually sent my son to get because I knew it was busy. Again he cut me off and said in a short and irritated voice, "Well, I can't load your veggies until he comes back. When he comes back I will load them. I can't do anything until them." Obviously he couldn't load them, and I didn't ask him to until my son brought the box back. I really don't understand why he felt the need to even mention it, except that he was irritated by me asking to begijn with. Upon getting the box which he grabbed from my son, he shoved the veggies in there without any care or concern of weight or bruising & grabbed our bag of veggie chips and crunched them in as well. On top of this we purchased a box of tomatoes with a thin plastic cover on top that he loaded diagonally on its side pushing against cans of tomato sauce which punctured through because of the pressure. We shop at Costco because it's a good deal and there's a level of service and carr that's expected. I could get similar items at Wal-Mart but I can't get the customer service, and today I fell ripped off.
