I am highly disappointed in costcos decision to stop selling the Kirkland 1 liter water bottles. I dont see why they stopped carrying them and would like an explanation. I like to count my water consumption very closely and the next best thing at costco is 700ml bottles which are not satisfying me. This is a serious complaint and would really like a response. Thank you for your time.

Hi I went to guelph costco today(sep 11, 2017). Employee name Lorena. She is giving food samples. I go to the table already 2 seniors there, they got it already but their talking. So I try to go and get it she said stay in line. Ok other person already came there so I m waiting next to her. Then I try to take she didn't keep the pizza. She said take out the hand and shake her head.
First I never ever see like employee in costco. My opinion is best customer service. But she show me rasicm, she is root, she is behaving like boss. Also she insulted me.
If she giving free staff, that's for customers. We have rights to take. Also she is wasting my time. I don't want to wait for her slow job. If she make food, keep it container we will take it. She don't want to give. She is keeping her side.
Then I go to see her name, she is talking with her country lady and smiling. I go next time she do like that I'll through her face and will punch on her face. You guys should fire her or keep her inside job.

I purchased 2 racks of lamb week of 9/8. Expiration dates were 9/23 & 9/22. On 9/13 the packages were taken from refrigerator and opened. Both packages were rancid/spoiled.
I purchase 2 or 3 packages almost every week and have never registered a complaint but these were well prior to expiration date. At approximately $35 this is not a good representation for Costco.
I am a long time customer and would like to be recompensed for loss due to spoiled food.

I made a salad with these greens, took a bite and found myself chewing A PIECE OF LEAF SHAPED GREEN T SHIRT MATERIAL! I almost threw up since I was just shy of swallowing this disgusting item. I have no idea what this material has come into contact with or where it came from.

I came to the pharmacy with a refill they took the info and told me 30 minutes. After checking back 2 times at 30 min then 40 min nothing the pharmacist needed to look at it that was it. But she was not there as far as I could see so at 50 minutes I walked up and told them to cancel my refill I was going to CVS well low and behold out comes the pharmacist?She then told me the woman wrote it up wrong whatever?Not my problem. I can see 1 time but this was my 5th really bad experience in a row at the pharmacy there I think I'm pretty patient. U need to fix this issue I was not the only unhappy customer today either FYI
Also everyday they close the pharmacy from 1-2:30 for lunch completely closed unbelievable. I love Costco and almost all the employees are wonderful but the frustration level the pharmacy brings takes away the good I will not be using the pharmacy again but many people do and this is unacceptable

I came to costco today as I did yesterday with my step-mother and I was her guest. In previous purchase I used debit at the subtotal With no issue. Today I was refused my items due to having debit and the owner having cash. I was then asked if I was interested in a membership. I am beyond dissapointed with the treatment of your supervisor. I said that I should have been allowed to pay and been given the curtesy of being told I need to have cash. As I was never told this in my previous appearance. I will no longer be coming to Costco or spending my money there and I will advise others not to by sharing my negative experience.

It has recently come to my attention that you guys have supposedly went "cage-free" which sounded good at first until I did some further digging and then found out that these eggs were in fact raised in a factory farm with unbearable living conditions and a complete lack of any regard for welfare or cleanliness of the facility at all. I and many others would strongly urge you to go with a family farm or something better than Pleasant Valley Farms.

You might want to look into what happened at my local Costco #384.
I checked out with op #30 on 9/7/17, and another associate was helping her bag the items. When I got home I decided to check my bill which I had considered high at the time but in my rush did not check immediately. On the bill I noticed a charge for a 'fall planter' item 247252 for $19.99, which I did not purchase. Nor was there a planter in the customer ahead or behind me.
On 9/10 I went back to the store to customer service to rectify the situation, and as it turned out the associate who had packed my cart was alone behind the desk. My conversation was, "There is a charge on this receipt for a 'fall planter'. What is that?" She answered it was a plant. I said, "I didn't buy a planter, and actually you were the one who packed my cart." Without any hesitation the associate said, "follow me, " and took me to a vacant check-out line where she opened the register and handed me $20!. There was no further conversation and she just walked away, and I left the store. On returning home, I felt I should contact you. My wife said she doesn't want to have to worry or check every receipt when we shop there. By the way, we are both senior citizens.
kirkland signature traditional basmati rice
We bought a bag Kirkland Signature Traditional Basmati Rice. It smelled as if the rice is smeared with mineral oil. It could be during storage of the rice to deter pests. washing several time in water did not remove the smell. I stopped using the rice.
Please verify properly before selling such products. Apparently it was sourced from India. The tag ' grown in the foothills of the Himalayas' was useless in such scenario.
We expect high product quality of COSTCO.

During check out after shopping on the afternoon of September 8th, a Costco employee asked to see my credit card (the Costco Citibank card) and then proceeded to try get me to upgrade my membership. I told him I was not interested, and he continued speaking with me as I was exiting the store, asking if I would come with him to a computer to look at my account. After I told him I wasn't interested a second time, in an annoyed manner he told me to have a good day. I found the unsolicited hard sell unpleasant and invasive. If it happens again, I will cancel my membership.

I was shopping at costco on 48th ave Hillsboro Or. I was checking out when my phone rang, normally I would have dismissed the call but it was from my Aunt in Indiana. I took the call fearing the worst and it was, she called to tell me of a death in our Family.I was waiting in line behind a woman with one item, the checker seemed very disorganized . She could not grasp the fact that the women only had one item, in any case there was a male employee boxing/bagging for her ., he was clearly irritated that the checked was so confused, he looked at me on the phone and became enraged. He took the plastic separator and SLAMMED IT ON THE BELT in front of almost breaking it glaring at me . The checker jumped as did I and I stepped back. I went to the desk to complain on my way out, Embarrassed, humiliated, only to be given am comment card and told to fill it out and bring it back at my leisure. bad service pharmacy for the flu shot
on the September, 8 2017. I rush my life try to reach the pharmacy at 2201 Senter Rd, San Jose, CA 95112 - Costco Wholesale. I came ahead of 40 min before this pharmacy close at 7:00 PM. after wait on line 15 min, some nurse told me to come to other window to register for the flu shot. At this window, the guy told me that it need 20 min for the process; I look at my watch and it still has more than 20 min. But he said that has not enough time to process, just do not work come back next day. This guy is lazy and just want to go home. I don't know who is the manager that hire this guy, so stupid.

We went to Costco located at 65 kirkam DR, Markham Ont L3S OA9 to return online order. Big line up @ 11:am most of the customers look upset our turn came after 25 min or so. One of the Costco employee at customer service "comment on us look at her face." She Started laughing with other customer she wasn't helping us with our order infact she was helping other customer. So our question is what kind of Customer Service ? making fun of Customer that what is Costco about we thought is about Customer satisfaction we go to shop at Costco and we did not accept such uncivilized behaviour such issues need to be address and fixed.Thanks.

The last two times I purchased this product I noticed that there was a bad taste. I shop at the Costco located in Canyon Country, California.
I also have an issue with the rotisserie chicken. It isn't cooked long enough. The skin needs to be dark. This signifies that the chicken is fully cooked.
Finally, please consider an opening time of 9:00 am. Costco is kind of like a grocery store. A 10:00 open time is just too late.

My name is Ausra Pyszczymuka, I have an executive membership at Costco #[protected]. We spend an average of $800 every month at Costco and really enjoy the benefits and quality of service as well as products Costco has to offer. However, recently we purchased Tassos Kalamata Olives at Kapolei Cotsco (Hawaii), that claim to be pitted, according to the jar, but on 9/4/2017 I made a salad with these olives and broke my tooth by biting on one of them, because it had a piece of a pit in it! What made it worse, it is one of my front teeth. This was my lunch right before I had to go to work, it happened around 2:00pm. My husband, who was with me at the time, has witnessed it too. I immediately called my dentist and left a message asking for an emergency appointment. He was able to see me this morning (9/5/2017) at 9:45am. According to my dentist, I will most likely need a bridge or an implant. Since the appointment was just this morning, the dentist is yet to present my case to an oral surgeon for evaluation and then decide what the best course of action will be. He will also be able to tell me the price of dental work once the plan of treatment is determined. However, he warned me that it will be costly, as implants and bridges are very expensive.
Thus, I am very disappointed, because this not only caused me a great deal of discomfort, especially at work, but also will cost me a lot of time and money and it was completely unnecessary if only the olive company as well as Costco did a better quality check of this product.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if my dental work was covered by the company or vendor who caused the injury in the first place.
I look forward to your written reply and resolution to my problem. I kindly ask to respond within 14 days of the receipt of this letter or by 9/19/2017. I hope it will not get to this, but if I do not hear from you, I will seek further legal action. Please respond to ausra.[protected]@gmail.com.

couldn't redeem my citi rewards certificate for the second time in a row. employee was rude
I don't normally shop at this Costco( the one located near UTSA in San Antonio, TX) but it happened that I was near and decided to go shop there. Josie on the cash register almost yelled at me because I told her I can redeem my certificate without having an actual check. She insisted I couldn't and got aggressive and yelled to get a supervisor then he told her I actually could then she scanned the certificate and assured me it went through and when the receipt printed it didn't deduct the amount. I'm extremely upset and have been waiting in line at the membership for about 25 minutes. Customer service sucks doesn't feel like any Costco that I've been to. People here are short handed and they have an attitude I will never return to this branch.
tire department lost my car keys
My car was having the tires balanced and rotated at Wharton Costco Friday Aug 25th, 2017.
when I picked up the car at about 5:00 PM, they told me the car key is lost.
Costco did offer a free taxi ride home after an hour of waiting; causing me to miss my dinner date by 45 minutes.
The tire center manager said when I obtain an estimate from Acura dealer for replacing the keys and associated locks, Costco will pay for it.
I obtained a detailed estimate from Acura of Denville for replacement of keys, cylinders and labor and presented it to store manager. The Acura parts representative's phone number is printed on estimate if Costco should have an questions on the charges.
when I presented the estimates to the store manager for payment, he said the work must be done first prior to payment.
I would like to know what's Costco policy?
What happens if my car is stolen or traded?

store improvement suggestion
I'm a software architect and am sitting in your store working on my computer while a flat is being fixed on my car by your technicians. And I love the service. But the battery on my computer is low and I need to plug in and this store [protected] S, South Jordan, UT 84095) has covered all electrical outlet boxes on the wall next to the food court. Furthermore, the only plug available where the ATM is plugged in has a cover inserted. I could remove it but I'm honoring your apparent intent on preventing us from plugging our devices in.
May I suggest that you rethink this policy and provide electrical outlets for professionals that shop at your store. I'm willing to bet that the amount of goods we purchase far outweighs any inconvenience of adding the plugs and the cost of the electricity.

Received decline and cancellation email on 9/04/2017 after 6 pm;
Called 9/05/2017 and on the phone for one hr and 2 mins, was told by the representative that she could not place the order but that I should reenter the order online. Reason that I used a different email address than I had in the past and that the coupon would be honored after I placed the order and called them back. Instead of calming a frustrated customer by offering to place the order and rush the shipment, I am turned away.
**I am so unhappy with the situation I was placed in after years of being a customer of Costco's that I am forced to cease shopping online and in warehouses.
