Costco seafood counter

The form I was working on looks like it was submit before I was finished. If you did not receive a previous form, please let me know.

The portion of the e-mail I did not finish was as a business person understanding not having more employees at the seafood counter, since I assume it is higher margin.

Lucky that there is a Wegmans not far from Costco.

Costco kirkland ground beef patties 1/4 lb 10 lb box

Ground beef patties item #ART./22724 I have been purchasing this product for a long time but this last box I bought we found 2 patties with hair in them. They were slightly defrosted and when I took them out of the bag I found hair in 2 patties. None the less I threw the box in the trash and have since stopped buying this product and am skeptical about purchasing any frozen meat products from Costco. this is my first time ever complaining to a company but a store as big as Costco should have better inspections of their products. Thank you for listening.

Costco tire services

To Whom it may concern,

The Eureka CA tire center has installed new tires on my vehicle, however, they did not correctly torch the tires. After hearing a noise, the tire was examined and discovered that ALL four tires have loose wheels. The tires were not torched correctly causing them to be 'walking tires'. When this happens the tire rubs back and forth and grinds metal and can crack your aluminum wheel. This is extremely dangerous and should never be allowed to leave a shop without being properly installed. Please contact me ASAP as we have no means of transportation due to Costco Tire Centers lack of detail to the job at hand. This is an extremely large problem that need attention immediately.

Costco tire center nampa idaho

I brought my car in on August 15th due to a warranty issue with a tire. I was told that it would take about 3 days to get the new tire. After7 days and no communication I called and spoke to someone in the tire center. I was told that he was going to look into it and call me back. No one called me back. Two days later at approximately 830am I spoke to the manager of the tire department and was told "I'll see what I can find out and call you back". At 4pm I called and was informed that the he went home early. I spoke with Tyler and he said he would look. He actually called me back and said UPS delivered the tire but they couldn't find it. He said he could get one from Reno and it would take 3 days. Today September 1 after not hearing anything since the 24 I called again. I was told my tire arrived on the 29th and a message was left on my phone. Not only was no message left but there isn't even a missed call from Costco. Then I was told it was going to be sometime next week before they could put one tire on. So it will be over 3 weeks and horrible customer service to get one warranty tire put on my car. That is completely unacceptable. I'm considering canceling my Costco membership immediately.

Costco Unethical behavior

Good afternoon,

My name is Samuel Carter and as I was leaving your Simi Valley location I was approached by one of your loss prevention officers who demanded my significant other show him the contents of her bag as we were leaving the store. All we purchased was soap, a lamp, and a few office supplies. This is completely unacceptable and I will not stand for this offense. I have a strong sense that we were approached due to the color of our skin. I was enraged as this was happening and did not get a chance to note the name of the loss prevention officer. This occured between the hours of 2:00PM and 3:00pm on August 30th. I will be writing to my congressman and I demand a response from your corporate office.

Costco Quinoa prepared at Costco facility

On 08/28/17 I bought the quinoa salad at Lakewood Costco #1050 Lakewood, CA. Had some that night noticed a crunching sound, thought it was uncooked quinoa. The following day I noticed three separate instances, same serving, of a crunching sound. I spit it out and looked at it, but couldn't find anything because it was too grainy and with the mixture of colors it was difficult to seperate. Morning of 08/31/17, had a small serving of quinoa and the same crunching sound. I spit it out and was slightly bleeding from my cheek and molars ached. I thoroughly inspected it and saw a small grain of glass. This a little smaller than the size of sesame seed, no wonder I couldn't see it before and because it was transparent it blended well with the salad. I'm calling Customer service to make sure they make other purchasers aware.

Costco food court employee

My family and I are long time customers and we went to the food court at costco lake elsinore on saturday august 26th and we were treated with so much disrespect and attitude it was simply unacceptable. I understand they were completely busy that day but the girl at the service window named rebecca was so rude and disrespectful. First off she had attitude as soon as we walked up to the window, no hi or hello how can I help you, just "what do you want." then she clapped her hands and rolled her eyes at me. We proceeded to order and there were quite a few of us and she acted like we were taking too long and an inconvenience for her. I know costco is about member service and so are their employees, well most of them at least. Rebecca was definitely anything other then about member service and if I were her employer I would think twice about employing her. I did call the assistant warehouse manager shauna and explained the situation and she offered me an apology and a pizza. Which I declined because a free pizza will not make up for the disrespect and attitude me and my family were shown. Thank you for your time. I do frequent this establishment and would hate for myself or anyone else to ever be treated this way again by rebecca in the food court.

Costco employees

At the Orland Park, Illinois location, Store Number 647, I was treated extremely rude by the checkout employee and customer service male employee. The employee was Kat S who basically threw my products after telling me I wasn't able to use my authorized card here. She has been rude to me several times here while shopping and I do not appreciate her attitude. Someone needs to address her issue.

Costco tire center

I would like to be reimbursed for the repair I had to do on my car as well as the cost for 2 tires and here is why.
I had my tires replace end of July 1 week later my car locked up as though I pulled my emergency brake. The mechanic said the pieces from screw flew into my e brake cause it to lock. Now thank God I was going 10 miles an hour and not 65. That costed me 163 dollars to repair. Now the other tire is doing the same thing. They over torqued it so it shredded the inside screw. Because it did this I lost 1, 000 miles on both back tires. I'm extremely upset about this because it's not cheap for new tires or mechanics. Plus if I was going fast like down, the parkway I could have been injured or even hurt someone else. I went to the hazlet, nj store. I had called the one gentlemen was nice and said to come in but then I called a few days later and the younger guy was kinda rude because I explained the mechanics said it was Costco fault. I just lost my pop and I had had the time to go, in there do, it writing you in, hopes you can help.

I met a family that dropped off their truck for tires. Walked around the store, went out to see if his truck was ready and it was gone. Costco says they are not responsible for the truck being stolen. They had the keys! Costco says PUBLIC PARKING LOT! Interesting that COSTCO is never responsible for their actions!

Costco perfume at costco

I bought perfume from Costco store and gift it to my friend. When they opened bottle lid was broken. I askedcostco to refund as the bottle lid is open they said thy need the bottle. But as it was a gift I was not able to get the bottle . I want them to refund the money I have snap shots of the broken lid. I am not able to get the bottle as it was gift and dnt want to bother person to ship it. As it would cost them 30$ or to drive down to costco. As it broken the perfume its unhygienic . Please help me get my refund back or Atlst ship me a new bottle. Its Prada candy perfume

Costco costco directv

Contract: 7826409. signed on 07/29/2017 at Costco
Direct Tv installed on 08/05 /17. AT& T came to install Internet on 08/11 .They could not install the service they promised which is 50 mps. At & T returned without installing. Since then I am trying to cancel my account. I call [protected]. They said they can not do anything. Then I call corporate office of Direct TV they said I have to pay 480 dollars to cancel my account.
Then I sent email to [protected]@directv.com on 08/19. They acknowledge my email but no answer after that. I also got email from Direct TV acknowledging my email but no action. This is what I wrote :
I would like to cancel my contract because I feel cheated and misrepresented by Costco Rep

Problem and issues: I am having with this Direct TV and AT&T contract via COSTCO.

I have signed two year contract with with assurance that my At&T speed will be 50mps.

Direct tv was installed on 08/05

I was promised by costco sales rep that AT&T will be also installed at the same day in the afternoon.

No body showed up that day,

AT & T came on 08/11. Spend two hours but they could only bring the speed up to 24 MPS.
Tecnician said that one of the cable is not getting connection.

HE called other outer professional from AT&T( Carlos Trejos)
Both of them could not bring the speed they promised.

I am paying double at the point. I am paying comcast and directtv and I don't even have AT&T service.

I THOUGHT IT IS FEDERAL LAW IF CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF CONTRACT WITHOUT PAYING 480 DOLLARS.

I have lost total faith in AT&T and I can not work from home with the speed 24mps.

For all above reasons I would like to get out of contract.

I paid 80 dollars for DirectTV installation. Paying Comcast and Directv at the same time.

Why TV is installed first? Internet should be installed first.

I would like to cancel by contract ASAP and want all my money refunded.

Costco 1063463 kirkland trail mix snack packs 28 count

Kirkland brand trail mix snack packs when opened from this box had very few of any M&Ms in the pack. I have not bought Costco brand trail mix since. This ruined my customer experience and I have bought my snacks elsewhere. There should be a way to evenly distribute the amount of M&Ms per a pack.

Costco goldilocks cakes

My mother went to Costco yesterday upon my request to purchase the Goldilocks cakes I wanted. She put them in the fridge without carefully examining the box. I, Nimi, went to the fridge and didn't pay close attention to the cakes till I opened the package. I mistook the fungus and mold for the cake being burnt and almost took a bite till I realized that wasn't burnt cake. There was fungi and mold on all the cakes in the containers. The box says "BEST BY AUGUST 30" which doesn't fit its description because that's obviously not fine. I will go higher if needed if something isn't done because I could have got very sick. This is unacceptable and safety precautions need to be followed.

Costco pharmacy modesto ca (ming) manager

About 5 months ago I went to pick up my medication and the migraine medication was missing this was the 2 time I went in to pick this up. MING MANAGER said the doctor said I could have it I been in to the doctors. he said his office didn't call my primary doctor said she did not call and there is no reason not to fill the medication. I have 75% over growth around both optical nerve and need several surgery the migraines are there for awhile. Today I called to talk to Ming I tried to give her the doctors names and number Ming flat refused to take them she told me a bunch of bull that I had to due and finally told me it as a waste of time because they were probably going to stop caring them anyway
This is not the first time I have been unhappy with Ming every time I come in and get medication she has something negative to say like your doctor shouldn't be prescribing that she acts like she know more then all my doctors and has know problem going on about it me and my friend and family have been using the Modesto Ca Costco for many years and we all have a story about Ming at Costco pharmacy there is many reason Doctor prescribe medication and when she tell you why you should take it
It make people afraid I have never had a pharmacist try to give that advice
I usually hear talk to your Doctor

Costco membership

I was charged twice for Membetship.
My daughter Danielle and I have a membership together, we have had ito for years.
I went to the Azusa store and the Cashier informed me I needed to pay my Membership fees or I could not purchase items that she had already rung up.
I informed her we had already paid updated our membership.
I went to the Service area and was told my daughter had to go in to prove she paid. I was totally humiliated in front of so many people. I was treated like trash.

My daughter went into Costco and was informed I did not pay. She had the date and was told they could not help her.

We live at the same address, we have the same last name and your staff could nit help us? Aren't we in the computer? We receive mailers regularly.
Please look into this and respond in writing as soon as possible.

Costco erin (young blonde female)

On August 25, 2017 I was inside Costco to purchase a cigarette for my local c-store being aided by Erin.

There another customer had nonchalantly asked multiple questions to Erin. She had professionally answered all of his question, but at the very last moment told her she was extremely rude. From my experience with Erin is the total opposite and would like to commend her professionalism.

She was able to take undeserved criticism and turn the cheek. There are far too many bad apples from the customers side and she played it perfectly by the script.

I figure if I put my comment on the complaint side my commendation would be reached far more quickly. Negative actions are dealt with far more quickly than teaching positive habits in big business.

So please give her my compliments as a great team member to Costco Roseburg.

Costco foster grant design optics reading glasses

For starters let me say Costco is my favorite retail store.

I visit the stores twice a week on average.

I also find most of your products to be high-quality and competitively priced.

I rarely find substandard quality in your stores.

However The reading glasses by Foster Grant design optics should be pulled off of your shelves.

These reading glasses are horrible.
I go through about one pair a month.

Over the years I have purchased this product several times and I'm getting tired of constantly having to replace them.

I am not alone in this complaint.
I have talked to several people who have the same complaint pertaining to the Foster Grant reading glasses.

Costco would be better off finding a new supplier for reading glasses.

Even if they cost more it would be beneficial to Costco and the consumer.

I realize Costco takes pride in selling high-quality products at discount prices.

However The problem with Poor craftsmanship with the Foster Grant reading glasses. Tarnishes costco's reputation for selling a reliable product at a fair price.

Costco leonardo h. op#105

I shopped at your Hayward CA location on August 27, 2017 and I asked two people about a product. the first was an Asian young man didn't catch his name where the belvita biscuits were. He said he didn't know. Then I asked the cashier and he told me to get out of line to go and ask someone. I told him I don't want to get out of line and have to get back in line. Could you please call and ask someone? He said you can ask while I ring u up. I find that very unprofessional and rude. I can't believe What lazy employee's you guys have. He wanted me to hold up the line. And I felt like I was a bother. You need to train your staff appropriately. I'm very disappointed and will be reviewing you on Yelp.

Costco customer service rep angie w.

I went to Costco today to take back a item. The lady helping me, Angie W. She is a bigger women with short dark wavy hair. She wore a black and gray strip shirt. It was on 8-27-17 around 2 pm. At the 7000 auburn bulb in Citrus Heights CA.
She made us look like liars in front of everyone. She said we didn't purchase the item. She called us a liar in front of everyone. We made her look multiple times. We even called a manager over. He didn't even look! His name is Franklin Briggs. He didn't even bother to check. He automatically assumed. And when I came back she gave me a dirt look. She is rude.

I was injured at Costco by a manager at the Arvada Store in Denver. The manager put a Flat Bed Cart on my foot because she wasn't paying attention. I was paying for my groceries. They are trying to cover it up. I had two surgeries on my foot so I could walk. Zois Johnston manager said he hates the customers. Joan, Stacy, Annalisa, Desiree, Zois, Jill and the CASHIER LENA are all covering this accident up. Cameron another manager said Lena's job was threatened. Lena lied in DEPOSITION! PURGERY LENA! She did say COSTCO came to her house. COSTCO deleted the SURVEILLANCE! They don't care about the customer! COSTCO I'm not going away! People need to know what you are about!

Costco is not what it was when it started. They have become this huge corporation . The managers they have today just do whatever they can to cover for their employees whether it is a dangerous forklift driver, lazy worker rude worker, etc. The quality and integrity is not there anymore. It is not what the original owner started . I wont shop there anymore. I like Walmart better because the people who work there are friendlier and seem to care more.

Costco food court

Hi I just were in costco in auburn hills MI. The one that is in brown rd. I bought some stuff and then i order 2 hot dogs. The cashier ask me something that I did not understand and I ask him to repeat it to me and he just did not want to repeat it to me making mad faces!. This is not the first time that this man acts like that . I have seen him acting this way not only with me but with others . He is extremly rude and as a client I am not willing to pay for being treated like that.
