Costco costco gas

My question or concern is why at the Scottsdale, Arizona Costco
gas is considerably higher than Fry's $2.09 vs $1.95 and somewhat higher than QT $2.05 vs $2.09, Today 7/19/07. This location seems to continually charge more when I expect to pay less because of membership pricing. I would appreciate you taking a look at this manager at this location and make sure his pricing is in compliance and what he should be charging Costco customers. Doesn't make since that Fry's and QT can offer gas for less than Costco.

Costco costco cash card service complaint

I had purchased a costco cash card. The cash card has a number and PIN that can be used to cancel the card in case of theft/loss. On the card I had purchased there was balance of $172.85 when the card was stolen. I went to the store to take care of this and was told the line to cancel/reissue card was closed (past 6:00) and they will take care of this next day. I told the costco rep that the person stealing the card will use it by then. I was told that they will take care of this.

Unfortunately as suspected, by the time I went there next day, the stolen card was used by the thief. It's ridiculous that Costco has facility to cancel stolen/lost cash card, but will not take responsibility and refund the balance on the card when I first reported it.

Costco member complaints

Thursday July 13, 2017 around 530-550pm at COSTCO in Livonia, MI on Haggerty rd store 391...I had a incident with a COSTCO memeber (teenagers). I was being harassed, and verbally attacked by a young boy around the age of 13-14, two girls aging 16-18, and the mother. This isn't the first time I've been harassed by them, they come shop there frequently and just always have something negative to say. I was called a worker, I'm a servant, the boy stuck up his middle finger and was doing other type of hand movements. The mother was also engaging in her children acts. I'm not sure of what their actual race is although I want to say Arabic but they could be something else. The remarks they were saying was basically calling me a slave. While all of this is going on I have one of my coworkers right beside me witnessing it all. The mother then said I should act like an adult because I was laughing to keep me from saying anything wrong. I am not a COSTCO employee I work with CDS right inside COSTCO doing samples. So while they are harassing me I began to pack up, and they followed behind me until I found my manager. However I understand customers are always right and they take the customers side over an employee. Yet I'm tired of being the blame and now I took it upon myself to find management to handle the issue. I gave them my side of the story, and of course the other party lied about their story. I was told that they were going to run the cameras back around the time I mentioned the incident. I received a call a litter after I clocked out saying I did nothing wrong they saw what happened. My issue is I was never giving a apology for what was done to me. So I want to move forward, since it's been swept under the rug. But if it went the other way I would have lost my job! Costco ameriprise insurance rate increase bait and switch practice

I decided to switch my car insurance to Ameriprise because I am an avid Costco member who trusts your judgement and process for delivering products to your members at fair prices. Because I am very loyal to my providers, it takes a very valid reason to make a change. The Costco/Ameriprise pricing for my car insurance was significant enough for me to switch my 20+ year relationship with GEICO.

Then only 4 months after my singing up for Ameriprise, and before my 2nd semiannual payment, my insurance was increased ~$100/year which evaporated my rationale for making the change. From a consumer perspective, that represents a bait and switch strategy to get my business.

I would like a responsible Costco, not Ameriprise, representative to explain this to me. [protected]

Costco kirkland battery

I just had a Kirkland signature AA battery explode in my headphones. Was listening to music and heard a pop sound. Took the battery out and it was leaking fluid all over my earphones and hands and this morning woke up to find I have a burn on my thumb after I washed it up last night. Costco auto service

It was around 10:30 am Tuesday morning when I entered Costco auto department. Sale counter is empty for almost 20 mins. A lot of workers walked back and forth in garage. They noticed there at least 7, 8 people include me wait in front of counter. front of me. But none of them come out to help. After 20 mins finally a worker came out to help. Being single saleman at front desk the it take another 20 mins to process 7 customers. Totally I wait one hr to get serve to buy s battery, the longest wait I hv ever had in my life beside wait to get in ride in Dysney theme park. Not sure where is manager in charge?

Very Bad service, how come company doesn't know to dispatch more sales to help. This department hv been there for decade. This kind of service is rare seen in any area.

Costco service at des moines location: would not honor my executive card for a loaf of bread.

MY daughter drove to des moines Costco from our home in ames, iowa about 80 mile trip. I gave her my card and ask her to buy us some bread.Upon arriving at checkout with my card #[protected], she was denied service and ask to leave your store. This really sucks and I`m pissed...What the hell? I`m a 100% disabled veteran that don`t have the luxury of running around as most. What kind of crap goes on these days at this location. My 17 year old had drivers license, and her military ID if needed but your associate was so rude over a f----- loaf of bread that she just drove home. What`s your justification for this behavior?

Costco service

Went to cash a Costco cash card, waited forever in the line to find out I had to go to "register 51" because she couldn't cash it. Went to register 51, lady starts to help me, says I have to activate the card, but it's a Costco card that makes NO sense, but I follow her directions I walk away and I call the phone number to activate the card on the front of the card . The card services place says it can't be activated even though I put in all the correct numbers . go back to register 51 and the lady starts to help me again reluctantly she then has to go home so she makes another man come over and help me in the middle of him helping me he pulls a different lady and tell her to come and help me because he has to go finish his audit at the front desk she tells him know she's too busy and she can't do it they in Sue and getting in kind of an argument she goes to get the manager to tell the guy that she's too busy to help me I mean you should be embarrassed at how your employees acted . He then turned me over to the manager who says it's Sunday and we can't help you . Now I have wasted 45 minutes of my time and you can't help me this is a Costco Cash card why can you not help me you are a manager of a Cosco store you have to be able to look up information . But it was evident she didn't want to help me she was too busy . My Cosco membership has expired and part of the reason we don't want to membership there is exactly how these people treated me when I went in today . Please tell me where I can activate this card and have a check sent to my home address as I do not want to go back to the store !

Costco shoreline, wa optical customer service

On 07/15/2017 I came into Costco wanting to get an eye exam and buy a year supply of contacts. The service that I received from the older ladies was unprofessional and rude. They weren't helping any customers and when I asked them to help me they told me I needed to wait. I was okay with that. As I stood silently for twenty minutes patiently waiting, they were chitchatting and pretending to look busy and even took some customers that came up for pickups. I politely reminded them that I was waiting and she turned and told me just a few more minutes as she continued to talk to her coworker about when they were going to lunch. So I asked another gentlemen for assistance and he let me know that I needed to go into the office behind me for that service. I don't understand why I needed to wait 30 minutes to be directed to the right desk. This is the first time I have had a bad experience at Costco. Please provide more training and manage these unprofessional people.

Costco lisa d (port chester, ny) costco location

Totally rude and disrespectful she was arguing with her co-workers and when it was time for her to make my return she slammed the box almost throw my membership card on my face never said hi thank you or have a nice day. I am really upset about this if she doesn't like her job she should look for a different one, costco employees are alright some of them are rude but Lisa D was aggressive and I know they get insurance and great benefits from their employer but employees are sending customers away with this type of attitude. Costco needs to pay a lot more attention to their employees attitude.

Costco kirkland extra fancy unsalted mixed nuts

Over the past year this product (Kirkland Extra Fancy Unsalted Mixed Nuts) has become mostly cashews. You should not call it mixed nuts...as there are very few other nuts in the container. There used to be plenty of walnuts, pistachios etc mixed in. I have been buying this for years but now unfortunately will not continue. Since it is your own brand, I am assuming that you may be able to fix this easily!

Costco employee lori

Knowing costco's registers are always busy with long lines, i always decide to put the barcode up so it can be a smooth fast transaction by scanning all the items. Your employee decides to comment by saying "take all your items out" in my head, i was thinking do they think i am trying to steal something? I replied with, i've placed the barcode facing up so it will be easy to check out. She then says, "got to be difficult" just loud enough so i can hear it. Thats the thank you i get as a customer for trying to help your store and employees?

Costco racial discrimination

I was going to Costco's food court, which was inside the store, with a black friend. I was told to show my Costco card but I told them that I using my parent's card because I did not have mine on me at that time. The lady in front told me that I could not enter because I was with a black person. I told her that I was just going to get food at the food court but she stilled refuse to let me in. So I decided to come back later at another time when that lady in the front of the door. A couples days passed before I went back to Costco This time I was let in by a different person in the front. However when I was coming out of Costco, the lady that refuse to let me in, told me that I need to be search and she accused me of stealing even the I had nothing on me expect my glasses and my wallet. She told me that i was banned from ever entering the store and if I ever enter the store again I would be arrest for trespassing and be charge for trying to steal. The first indecent happened a week ago, but the second indecent happen on 7/13/17 at noon

First i can't see ANY greeter saying "you can't come in because your friend is black". There is no way they said they were going to search you! What did they do pat you down? Are you stretching the truth my man?

Costco cashier clerk is very rude and impatient to customers.
I was checking out my product at Costco warehouse, and I tried to explain to the clerk name (Madelyn P. OP#:197) about separated my products to 2 cards, but she didn't listen and yelled at me. She also said, " I am racist." I still didn't know why she said that. I have been a customer with Costco more than 15 years. This is the first time I saw a rude Costco cashier like this. Please talk to her about her behavior. If she keeps doing this customers, it will damage Costco reputation.

Costco possible webmail fraud

I am inquiring if Costco is holding an online survey for their customers?
It has you answer several questions regarding your shopping experience at Costco then awards you with a product. All you do is pay shipping.

I did the survey, gave my credit card then again it asked to upgrade if you'd like additional product. By this time I got leary and suspicious. I cancelled my credit card but still want to know if this was a scam? They have very good marketing tools that mimic Costco.

Please let me know .

Costco customer service

This is not a complain but a suggestion to Costco. Why don't you start delivering to customers, like u r selling now, in bulk. And if u are, u need to market the service better. Amazon will end up killing the business and so many of us depend on costco to stay alive. I am a regular consumer who shops at Costco and amazon and really wish costco stepped it up a notch. The truth is that we love Costco.

Also your onions often rotten in the huge bag. This wouldn't happen if u cut the size of its bag in half. Pple would buy it more often cuz the amount is just right.

Costco customer service

Was appalled by the discourteous customer service at the optical center. At 11 am this morning I was waiting to place an order for contacts. There were 3 associates 2 of whom were busy with customers. The third one was working on a pair of lenses. She ignored me and chatted and worked on the lenses. I waited 10 minutes. When one of the other associates was done she too took her time and chatted with this one. I was absolutely incredulous as I've had better service with lines of customers and as many associates. Please address.

Costco unpoorly/ disrespected supervisor

Myself and my husband was at costco on Sunday July 9th 2017. We were purchasing four cases of bottle water and a seasoned chicken when we got to the cashier and he rung up purchase. Then he paused and stated my card needed to be renewed okay we had no issue on that. I asked we get sales information from your establishment why wasn't a letter sent and sonething stating an increase in payment? We also knew costco do not accept. master card, I stated we would be going to front desk. A supervisor came over did not state name nor nothing asked cashier what he wanted then stated to cashier she dont understand. He sounded arabic from his language I could be wrong. We were going to go to desk to ask about why we were not sent anything then the ATM because our cards are mostly Master cards. I felt disrespect on the fact the supervisor stated I dont understand like am slow, stupid or simple then the fact of the non notifications. We shop at costco a lot and I reached out that same day on Twitter no respond so I felt they condoned the issue and what the spervisor replied. It's unacceptable. I feel they should accept all major credit cards because many individuals do not have the same cards. I am looking to get a new card and feews waived for being disrespected by this corporation..Costco in Merrillville, Indiana location

Costco not what we expected

The shepherds' pie. Come on Costco. even I can put a little bit of Hamburg at the bottom of a pan and cover it with 1.5" of potatoes. Very disappointed. flavor has gone and the so called filling or Hamburg was next to nothing. you sell this for what $14 - 15 bucks and basically end up heating up a few potatoes with spices on the top.

Costco unprofessional cashier poor customer service

I had the absolute worst customer service experience at the Costco South Ogden #770 store on 7/9/2017 @ 14:22 per transaction receipt. Cashier was #64 Kellie f/e. My member id is: [protected].

Per usual my husband and I do all of our shopping together on sunday. After we collected all of our groceries and were checking out my husband left the line briefly to get a drink for my son. As it was my turn the cashier said she couldnt take my card because it was not mine. I tried to tell her that it was my husbands and that he would be back however she left the register before I could explain to her that he would be right back. She went to the little station off to the side to verify member information. She was absolutely rude when she got back! In the worst possible tone she told me next time to get a pass from customer care before I even got in line. I replied why? my husband is here. and she snapped at me replying he wasnt here a second ago. I again replied thats fine I understand if per policy you have to have my card at the register but you really dont have to give me an attitude over this. and she again very rudely replied you're holding up my line if you dont like it go talk to my supervisor. I want to make sure that this behavior is noted. I AM PAYING TO SHOP AT COSTCO and I feel like I should be treated with respect from your employees. AS A PAYING CUSTOMER I SHOULD NOT FEELING HORRIBLE AFTER I LEAVE THE STORE. I want to make sure that someone follows up with her and works on retraining her for customer service etiquette.
I spoke to someone in membership but no one really seemed to know what the protocol is for rude cashiers that send you to talk to their supervisors because they refuse to be polite.

I hope that someone follows up with me the soonest possible (With an apology that was overlooked) or someone can refund me my membership that I just renewed because I dont need to go back to a store where I wont be treated like a valued customer.
