Ordered a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove from Costco. I got it delivered to my house and it was installed but when my wife opened the refrigerator after they installed it the shelf on the door fell out and cracked. We called to get a new shelf. We finally got it after calling about 5 times and they sent the wrong shelf. So I had to call again about 5 time and I finally got a hold of the manager Lynn and she told me they will not send another shelf but a new refrigerator. I was really upset because it was a pain installing a new refrigerator and moving all the food again. I asked her why not the new shelf and she said they do not do parts. I told her you sent the wrong shelf; so do not tell me you don't do parts. So she said ok I will send the new shelf. I received an email a couple days ago and it was about calling them to schedule the delivery on the new refrigerator. I was so upset. I promised my self I will never order products from costco again. Please get a new delivery company or you will lose alot of costumers
