horrible customer service
Taco Bell on Henderson in Porterville, CA. So I went and the guy that took my order was just completely unprofessional. He didn't get the first half of my order. I then had to tell him again. He then asked me if my order was correct and before I could answer, told me to pull up. I then get to the window and he only hands me half of my order, tells me a whole different price than what I was originally told, and I tell him this is only half of my order. And he then asked well what did you order. So I tell him, and he said he would give me a free 5$ box for the inconvenience. So he hands me my food after fixing the problem. And I never got the 5$ box. So I asked him to make sure if I heard him right. And he said no we deleted it, so no you don't get the 5$ box. I'm sorry, but you don't tell someone you are going to give them something for the inconvenience/problem, and say nevermind. In my personal opinion it was very rude and unprofessional. They did NOT handle the way they should have. All in all, horrible experience, and will never go back.

We ordered 6 crunchy tacos plain, and 2 chicken enchritos, we received 8 bean burritos, 4 bags of Doritos chips and 7 Doritos tacos. After we ordered we were asked to wait for our food and we waited for a total of almost 15 minutes. then someone brought only 4 drinks. We told her that was not our order and then she went back inside. Then another lady came out and brought our food what we suspected was our food when it was a completely incorrect order and it was somebody else's food. They refused to remake our food and refuse to give us a refund for the food that we should have gotten when we did not receive. She told me that we're so sorry we are busy and running behind. And that she was not going to remake the food because of that the tacos were mushy and non-edible. At that point all we did was ask for a refund and it was refused. We left the store with no food and having spent $30.
black bean burrito with no rice
I sent my husband to the Taco Bell on eastern an sunridge heights pkwy in Henderson Nevada 89052. I ordered a black bean burrito with no rice. I try to order this all the time and specify no rice. Every time I order it I get rice. I tried to call that specific location to complain and the phone number on the receipt was not in service. Shocking. I guess they get so many complaints they give a number not in service so they don't have to respond.
If you go back in the future, you may want to consider checking your food before you leave. This way it can be corrected without having to drive back.

I came to your establishment in Greenville, NC, Statonsburg Road. Store number is 26333. On the eve of November 17, 2017, about 10:30 PM, I came IN to the store to order a dinner to take home for my wife and I. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and NO ONE came to ask for my order, or to politely tell me ... someone will be with you in a moment sir! So i left. As I left, an employee was in the parking lot, coming in as I was going out. I told her service I DID NOT receive and she was apologetic. I asked for customer service number/info and was given this info. I was never asked if I still wanted to place an order.
Also, I calledthe number given me... [protected]. I left a message and MY contact info. NEVER received a courtesy return phone call! I realize I am one person, but with this type of service, I will not patronize your establishments again!

I said in drive-thru for 30 minutes just for no one to come until I knocked on the window just for them to tell me that they're closed due to the holiday that is tomorrow but the sign says open drive-thru only there is no sign in the window saying that they're closing early for the holidays or the holiday eve the manager was very disrespectful and very rude I would never give them my business again
missing items
Store number 026388, I spent $60 of food and was missing some items. Was really upset when I got home and found out some items were missing. The lady at the drive through window said "have a nice night" so I figured that my order was complete. I tried calling the store but no one answered at all. I've been a fan of the Taco Bell restaurant in my home town my entire life.. until today. Earlier this evening, my sister and I attended this location to grab a quick dinner for her and myself, my brother-in-law, and 4 yr old niece, and for some reason.. that was an issue, according to an incredibly cantankerous employee. Let me explain, we placed our order in the drive thru, and as usual for this particular Taco Bell, we were left sitting for 30-45 minutes, waiting on what was really just a few of their burrito boxes and and about half a dozen crunchy tacos. Not to mention, we were one of only three cars in drive thru at this time! The wait, however, isn't the reason I'm filing this complaint, my issue is with the employee who verbally attacked my family for ordering "too much food". I've never met this human being in my life, and for all I know, maybe they were having a crummy day, but when a loyal customer (or multiple loyal customers, in this case), are being patient about someone's tardiness to fulfill their order, that should never, ever be met with a loud "Jesus F**King Christ, whoever orders this much food should F**King kill themselves", and "they're F**King mother's a [censor]" once the customer has arrived at the pick-up window. Two weeks ago was the four year anniversary of my mother's death, so naturally I was very upset over it. As this remark was made, the worker who opened the window asked for our money, and I asked "Are you kidding me? is that attitude really necessary? I'm sorry my being hungry and expecting you guys to do your job is too much to ask". The girl in the back made no response, but the girl who made the food exchange was incredibly friendly and apologized on her behalf. So finally, after all this wait, my family still being hungry, I held back my anger, apologized for my snippy demeanor, paid for the meal, and reluctantly took the food, but I wound up not being able to eat because of how upset I was. Frankly, I'm not even sure an "I'm sorry" will be enough for me to forget about this incident, but I suppose it's a start. I've heard horror stories of poor customer service from here in the past, but I never held it against this place because I've always been treated with respect. Now I know better than to ever eat here again, at least until I know I won't be treated like garbage. I'm extremely upset about the level of service that I received at Taco Bell located at 10850 Haynes Bridge rd Alpharetta, GA 30022 from a male employee he gave me the name Jean and indicated that he was the GM so me contacting corporate w/ a complaint would fall on deaf ears.On 11/22 @07:00 am I pull into the drive thru only to end up waiting in the drive thru for 10 mins w/ all the lights off on the menu so I figured they weren't open yet I drove around to the front of the store to check the hours on the door and saw 3 customer make eye contact w/ me at the door and learned that they in fact should be open.After I go back to the drive thru line and say "Hello" about 4 times at this time it is 07:25 am w/o any answer all of a sudden I heard the employees talking over the intercom a male voice said "this [censor] can keep driving around to drive thru as many times as she wants but she going to have to wait cuz aint [censor] done. I then say hello I can hear everything you just said that was really rude the male employee says "You sat there and listened so that's your fault we didn't know the button was pressed then all the employees start laughing.At that time I said is there a manager available the male says that's me DO YOU WANT to order or not ?I asked for his name he said Jean I informed him that I was extremely dissatisfied w/ the level of customer service that I'd recieved from him and the staff he leads and asked for the store number to contact corporate to report the incident at that time the person Jean states google it they aint going to do [censor] they need me to run this store but you go ahead and give it a shot and then went on to say that I had better go find somewhere else to eat Jean refused to serve me told me to go elsewhere. At that time I was so shocked that I just proceeded to drive off while driving off I stopped at the drive thru window in which had the survey contact information about how the experience was posted on the window at that time a male opens the window and says I'm the manager Jean and like I said you won't be eating here today bye bye we don't serve your kind anyway your a man dressed as a woman Tacobell won't even hire your kind and began laughing. As a transgender woman I feel discriminated and just to know that the manager of the store confirmed that Taco bell doesn't hire transgender is discrimination at it's best.If these allegations aren't true then the manager Jean needs to be held accountable for his actions.

I am very supportive of Taco Bell and always have been a fan of the service and product. Today 11/22/17 I went through the drive thru at 01:45am hours to order a small order of food. As I pulled up to the drive thru (open from 7am-2am) I observed several employees run to a back room. I attempted to make contact with them still observing I had time left to order before they closed. I received no answer and no employee came out the back. I have never received any inconsideration like this as I did today from any Taco Bell employee. I understand it was late but the fact the employees did not take my order was offensive. If this keeps up I will let many others known of this incident in our small town and advise many of the supporters of Taco Bell of the inconsideration of the employees and restaurant. I don't want to talk bad about taco bell but I had a very bad experience. If the store wants to close early make it 01:00 am instead of 2:00am.

I'm writing this this from the drivethru. I'm at 22 min and 1 car has had its order taken. I've watched 7 cars leave because. There is still 3 cars ahead of my. I'll be here 2 hours at this rate. This store sucks anymore I avoid going there If at all possible. It used to be excellent but I've never seen a store go as downhill as it has.and while I've been in drive thru 30 min there has been employees coming out and smoking and also taking trash and boxes out. Seems to me if they have time for thay I shouldn't be here for 35 min so far and just ordered. I will definitely not be coming back for a while. We have a Mexican restaurant thay has great carryout. Much faster also.
I have sat here for 45 minutes. Finally got my order and half of it was wrong now I'm back in the damn line again. If they would quit playing and do there damn job this would not be happening. Never again will I come here. Almost a hour wait in drive thru. Worst location ever. Couldn't even put the sauces in the damn bag. I'm absolutely blown away on how bad this is.11 cars have left since I've been here.

this has to be the worst tacobell that I've ever been to I've tried to come here several times so many times they are closed when they're supposed to be open every other time I tried to place an order they tell me that they cannot take our order right now they leave you standing through the drive-thru you can say hello as many times as you want they will not respond to you so today we went inside and since they did not respond and they told us they can not taking any more orders right now because they took too many and they have to catch up these kids are lazy and they do not want to work I don't understand how this Taco Bell is still open.

I have had more than one order messed one going threw the drive thru and this last time is just about enough. I always spend over $35 dollars and they seem to always mess my order up or Im missing things and I live a little ways so its not easy for me to turn around and go back. This is insane and something has to be done and on top of that I never get a damn receipt.

I waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes at lunch time. I asked the drive thru clerk if i could get 2 chicken tacos because of my excessive wait, and he told me no, but i could get some coupons. Upon not receiving coupons, i asked for a manager. When said manager came to the window, she was extremely rude, and told me they had a line and that i was not going to receive any coupons or any sort or reimbursement for my excessive wait. This is absolutely unacceptable, and i already called taco bell support with no resolve. After leaving the drive thru window, i was also told to "move along" after not receivng any sauces, because again "they had a wait". Please contact me back, as i will no longer support a business that runs like this, and i will tell all of my coworkers to no longer support this location.

As we were eating the drive through person went on break. Standing outside in front of the store she lights up, granted I'm a smoker but I would never stand in front of a store I'm working at smoking cigarettes talking in my cell and SPITTING all over the ground.
Needless to say we were completely grossed out. Didn't finish our meal. I told my wife I bet she won't wash her hand. SHE DIDN'T.
Had I seen her out there when we first drove up, we would have left.
But, because we were inside chatting and eating and saw the entire thing. We won't be back.

On 16 November 2017!@12:19:23 PM I purchased the Craving Valued Meal advertised at $5.00, but was charged $5.99. The person that help me Charles O indicated to me that the Computer was providing a incorrect charge of $5.99, Knowing this I asked him was a planning on honoring the correct advertised price? He indicated to me that he would fix this later. okay, rather than fix the problem then he adjusted my sell to reflect a Senior Discount of $0.60. making my sale $5.39 Plus the taxes. My order was for the dining room and the whole time I was there transaction, after transaction was taken incorrectly. I explained the Mr. Charles O that I was a Weights and Measures Inspector and that practice was not correct and that prior to making any additional sales the advertised price would have to be provided to the consumer. After dining at 14:00 and when I was to leave the pricing had not been corrected. My order Number was 269442.

We ordered 6 items and when we got home, everything about our order was wrong. When we called the manager to tell him the problem, we could hear the worker in the background telling him that she did not make our order wrong. It was very rude and we completely wasted $20 dollars. Having a diary allergy, I can't have sour cream or cheese and it was loaded in all of the items despite the receipt stating it should not be on there. Very horrible experience!
beefy 5 layer burrito and cheesy potato burrito
EVERYTIME I buy a beefy 5 layer burrito it either has barely any beef and is loaded with beans or has nothing but beans. And even when I order it with no beans it is the same outcome. And also lately when I order the cheesy potato burrito there is also no beef. I used to order these things 3 years ago and there was plenty beef on both. I don't know what's going on. This is occurring at multiple locations.
If you decide to visit again, you may find it helpful to check your order before you leave the location. This way they can re-make it for you if you are dissatisfied.
wrong order/employees rude
I was ordering what I usually order because I always get one thing Taco Bell and it is the Gordita combo. I also order a chalupa for my mother. I got to the window they handed the food, I check and I have two chalupas. Call this employee back showing her the food saying it's a mistake. She keeps claiming to me that it's the right order and that I have one gordita and one chalupa. How do to taco that look exactly the same are different. She had called another employee who said the exact same with a very nasty attitude and left the window without letting me response. That the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant. Pick your staff better next time and find people that actually know your products.

At least 2 to 3 days a week I go in the morning to eat breakfast and they are not open until they feel like it because their staff is not showing up at their suppose it time. I want a warm breakfast in the morning and I can't get it because your store is not open this must be rectified just stayed in there today 17 cars went in and out and five more went into the diner but with no luck due to no staff
You may want to call their corporate customer service or call the location and ask for the store manager.
sauce packets
I am a very loyal customer of Taco Bell, for most of my life. I have spent thousands of dollars with your restaurant. An now I'm very unhappy with the service you're providing everyone. I order a grande meal, a nachos Bell grande, 2 burrito supreme, a taco supreme, and 2 sodas. I asked for plenty of fire, and hot sauce. I received 5 packs of hot, and 3 packs of fire. That's 8 packs of sauce for 15 burritos and a nachos Bell grande. So I asked for another hand full of sauce, and I received 3 more packs. So at this point I'm pissed off an I had to go to the grocery store to buy sauce for my meal. Because your employees are scared to give anyone sauce. And this isn't the first time this has happened, it's every Taco Bell I've been to recently. So I'm done begging for sauce at you're Establishment. My order is almost $30 each time I visit your restaurant. Which may not seem much, but I'm not the only one not happy about this. So "congratulations" Taco Bell has officially become known as the "SAUCE Nazis" . If your going to hoard your sauces like this you should at least have them on the menu for purchase so I can buy them. Just charge me more for my meals, an give me the sauce I want. Quit making me beg for sauce, its degrading for me and I'm not going to plead for sauce, I'll just go somewhere else, an let them have my money. Signed, tired of begging for sauce!
You're overreacting in this situation. I don't see how it's degrading to ask for more sauce, as I'm sure a lot of people do it. Have you asked for a specific number of sauce packets or offered to pay for them? A lot of fast food restaurants are cracking down on condiments, so it's likely you will experience this wherever you go.
