I arrived on time to my scheduled 6am delivery appt. They were slightly behind and advised there's 1 truck in front of me with an earlier appt than mine. As that truck exited the dock Tiffany ran up to my truck telling me water loads have been extremely unreliable and insisted I didn't have an appt all though they were expecting my delivery. She rudely advised I had to wait for 3 trucks that entered a long time after me that I was to wait they were her priority. I explained the store would be charged an additional rate for each moment going over my appt slot and she didn't care. Finally I get into a door 3 hours late she puts5my check in time from when I got the door instead of when I arrived at 6am and initially checked in. Then proceeds to tell me that I am done gives me my paperwork for me to come outside and still be getting unloaded. She's munipulating the times to avoid paying the detention however my GPS is tracking this load and the correct times will be known. Very rude, she shouldn't work with the public ?
Desired outcome: She needs to be reminded of how to act with people and to follow scheduled times. They are put into place for a reason because we drivers have a schedule to keep. Her delays cost me $1800 today
