I was in Costco and had our rebate check and was denied using it because my wife’s name was in it and not mine. Our cards are connected and I paid the members ship a few months back. She is the primary account I guess. I don’t understand why I can use the rebate check but your company has no problem letting me pay for the membership and not my wife. I have never been more embarrassed in a lineup of people having that denied and me scrambling to get enough money in my account since you don’t take CC.

Desired outcome: I would like a formal apology and this rectified. This raised the cost for me as now I will be charged in my CC for transferring cash to my bank card. 500 GC is what I want
